Have you ever dreamed about turning into a vegetable and beating the crap out of mutated food in your very own kitchen??? No...well, then this game is not for you...and shouldn't be for you even if you have had that very dream. Let's get right into this one, it's juicy. sha sha shaaa

Graphics: 8 out of 10 What a shame, what a shame in deed. The graphics are pretty. But what has been said many times??? GOOD GRAPHICS DO NOT MAKE A GOOD GAME!!! This game is good in the graphics department. The sprites are large and detailed with a cartoony theme to them, it sets the mood of the game very well indeed, from walking carrots to bouncing peas, each enemy is drawn very well. The main character, however, could've been drawn a bit better, basically you are just a naked green guy. Sorry to say that everything is going to go downhill from here on out.

Sound: 5 out of 10 I gave this a 5 because though the sound isn't bad...its nothing that you wouldn't find in any other beat em up of its time. Not bad sound effects, but not great. At least it won't make your ear drums bleed.

Story: 5 out of 10 Generic story of scientist turn vegetable and has to stop the mutating vegetables. I don't know how much development the story goes into, you will find out why below, so I gave this a basic 5.

Gameplay: 1 out of 10 This game is your basic button mashing beat em up. Should be fun then right??? WRONG!! This game is EXTREMELY HARD, which is why I don't know much about the story development, I can't live long enough to get past the 2nd level. You have to be perfectly in line with the enemies in order to hit them. There are basically no power ups other than health, which are few and far between, so basically you get beat down and die, repeat. I bought this game with a bundle and I've so wanted to like this game...but I can't. The gameplay has ruined this otherwise good game.

Overall: 4 out of 10 This is a good game to own just so you can brag about having a game where you beat the crap out of food. Maybe if you even like super hard beat em ups, you may enjoy this, for me, it's too frustrating. I've wanted to like this game, I really did, but I can't. Like Checkerd Flag for the Jaguar, I've given this game many chances, but come to same conclusion of this being the worst game on the Lynx.
