Metal Slug: 2nd Mission

"Neo Geo's second Metal lsug game"

Metal Slug 2nd Mission is the second Metal Slug game for Neo Geo pocket. Released (again) in the year 2000. Again Marco must save the day from Donald Morden again (I'm assuming the X means it's Morden's troops in the game). However now you can not only be Marco but also Fio as well and as a secret character (which I shall say more later), however it seems like all the people are the same. Marco and every one else dies the same. The only difference would be their scream when they die and their gender.

Game Play 9/10: Unlike the first one where you could only be Marco, now you can be a different person but it doesn't really matter who you are. Every one gets the same weapons and etc. In this one you can ride more vehicles: like the submarine, instead of just the tank and plane. And also just like in the last game, there are multiple paths you can take.

Controls 9/10: Since it is Metal Slug, you know the controls will be extremely simple. The joy stick is for moving, A is to shoot, and B is for jumping. To use a bomb you press up + A. The options is to pause the game. (I never understood why the company didn't just you a start button to pause the game.)

Length 6/10: For some reason the hand held versions of the Metal Slug games, always have a lot more missions then their console parts. In this game there are 31 missions plus like 4-5 more extra ones.

Extras: The game has like a good amount of unlockable stuff in the game. For instance, Tequila can be unlocked as a secret playable character, blood can be an option and a harder mode can be unlocked as well.

If you really want to complete and play every single Metal Slug game then get this. If not, then don't even bother looking for it since it is really hard to find a complete version of this game (complete= with box and booklet). Not to mention expensive as well.
