statusIgnore those descriptions and remember the GPS coordinate. It's the easiest way to locate something.
Use the GPS.
They are probably referring to Jini, since it requires going to an underwater cave to get into it. To find hideout 4, go to Imen use the Aifish and head northeast and look carefully underwater.
I don't recall the GPS coordinate offhand, but doing that you'll find one of three things. Entrance to Jini, Hideout 4 and Shadow's Cave. I know Shadow's cave is 5,12 and Jini is 35,8 (or something close), and I usually found hideout 4 while looking for one of these two.
And also of note, Jini is a round cave, Shadow's Cave and Hideout 4 aren't.
If you can't find any of these, go back to the Van Eltia and go back to Imen. It can be tricky at times
