u cant make expand pixaxes , but u can try to get them in quest . this is the way , go to the training centre and GUN down a monoblos . there's a chance for the expand pickaxes to appear in the reward after u kill it .

statusFrom my knowledge,you can get them as a reward in Training School Quests. But it appears rarely as a quest reward.
