And where can I get it?

sorry man but it's not getting realest in the U.S. you have to import it from the U.K.,Astrailia or Japan
I sugest going to ebay
and it will be about 36 to 40 dollars plus tax

statusIt's not coming out in the US.
Luckily, the European version has an English translation.
You might want to rethink it if you're getting the PS1 version, too. The PSP version is the exact same game except with slightly longer load times.
