Sadie -Appears at the store. Clear the game with at least five Page 1
characters. Defeat her in a duel
Dorothy-Clear the game with at least five Page 1 characters. At the
school festival, when you are about to duel against Dark
Magician Girl, you will have the option to duel her or " Dorothy
Girl". Choose Dorothy and defeat her in a duel
Exodia Pack - Get 10 Consecutive lost

statusTo get the exodia pack. you should have 10 consecutive lost.
You can get Dorothy but not Sadie for Dorothy 1st you need to win against Dark Magician Girl in the School Festival after that win against some other duels then fight Dorothy ( worked for me)
