No, that would be counted as cheating on the PSP that's why he is only available on the PS3.

you can play jinpachi in the tekken DR using CW cheat
you can play jinpachi in demon mode or the human mode :D
but the sad part is you cant use him in multiplayer mode :D try it because iam doing it when iam bored XD
