Yeah, once you unlock both islands, boats and helicopters begin to spawn.

Do the mission for lance and you unlock it that how simple it is and if you people want more info reply to me at cool.coolkid@hotmail.co.uk and if you want to put themes on your psp look on you tube and type
how to put themes onto a psp mines has got 18 views but is realy good at explaining it.
