Im just wondering what level it learns it because my star mage is at lvl 110 and still hasnt learned it yet while the other mages learned their Tera magic at lvl 100.
Star Skulls and Mages learn Tera Star at level 120.

I do belive it is 125 don't blame me if i am wrong but by that lv. you should learn it.
