Where can i find Electrigger ?

I am in the Final Act 1 and I don't have the Electrigger Download and I have searched every free battle i have for me now and I couldn't find any monster who have the skill

In my game, I believe I downloaded it on the map right before battling the Asgard golem (when you'll really need it)

I believe that Starlit Path, the place where Levin and Felius did the little puzzle thing, has the enemy you need. You may need to visit the place multiple times because you need a certain enemy to spawn with the rest. Just look at the enemies and look for one that has a red/pinkish head and that should be the one.
