I accidentally hit cowboy with a heavy blow and knocked his hat off. I saw it on the ground and picked it up...and I can't give it back. Help

statusYou can't give it back to him. If you get hit and it falls off of you then Cowboy may pick his hat back up after. Just hang around his hat and he should pick it up when he is right next to it. But there is no way you can give it to him when you have it on.
