Sorry...im kinda new in this game.Just wanna noe which part i gotta defeat in order to unlock Super Saiyan 3 goku.Im currently in Chapter 5 and I still havent unlock him.
Well uhhh well just beat the story and throughout there somewhere u will unlock him

Try finding the alternate path where there is the super saiyan 3 goku beat that goku and clear that part of the chapter.
