Here's the translation.
Game button= Button pressed on PSP
R= Square([ ])
S= Triangle(/\)
E= Circle(O)
G= Cross(X)
B= Right Shoulder
C= Left Shoulder
An arrow next to a button means you have to press that direction and the button at the same time.
Examples:
R R R R R= Press [ ] five times, or just mash the button.
R+G= Press [ ] and X at the same time.
==> E= Press Forward on the directional pad and O at the same time.
<== S= Press Backward on the directional pad and O at the same time.
==>=> R= Press O While dashing towards opponent.
B C= This one is confusing, but very simple. Press Right Shoulder and then Left Shoulder.
