well to use it u have to have 7 ki bars filled and then u press L and R at the same time

B C is nothing but Burst(aura burst----R button) and Charge(energy recharge----L button) as soon as ur ki bar is above 6 or best 7 press R and L simultaneously.....

B stands for Burst, which is default set to the R button. C stands for Charge, which is default set to the L button. B C is your Aura Burst Charge. If you didn't already know, you can activate Aura Burst Charge by pressing R, then L.

By the way you guys, it doesn't matter what your ki level is, you can use it anytime. Although, some aura burst charges(like Golden Warrior) eat away at your ki until you run out, so it would be recommended to have high ki when you use it.
