ok for the minotaour...as soon he comes up.start hitting him with charged punches by pressing and holding square 3 times..to break his armor...then perform the circle execution move to get health....then for the harpies just press circle on most of them..when you have less than half of health..use charons wrath when their close to each other to kill most of them at the same time...that way you buy some time to get health from the people that are chained...then for the dudes with big swords...hit them 3 times with the gauntlet.....you should still have a little health to complete the challenge..IT HAS TO WORK CAUSE I DID IT WHILE DOING THIS ANSWER PERSONALLY....good luck

when the fire defenders appear, quickly switch to the gauntlet of zeus and start doing the Air Olympic Thunder attack (fully charged) and use the efreet to break the shield. If you keep on dying, try and try again. Also, have at least 2-3 people left to kill just to be sure you don't die. Hope this works. Good luck
