"The sims game we all know and love has been reinvented..."

When I watched the first cutscene where the car breaks down before he gets into town, I was thinking "Hang on a minute, he was driving home right? Surely if I talk to this guy he gets me up and running..." and then I thought the first part was a tutorial, but no, thwe game plays like an adventure. Thats exactly what I thought when the garage dissapered and the cell phone was on the ground. And when the man told me about the job, I eased my breathing to think it was the PC version ported. And when I got to my house and checked out the music room, my hopes went down to think of an easy PC port of the game I love. But when I had to get the ghosts out of my house, it got rather addictive.

Graphics: 9/10

Very crisp and detailed, just a little glitchy.

Sound: 7/10

The only DrawBack with the sound is that it is soooo quiet. While thy are good, they just sound like a whisper.

Gameplay: 7.5/10

A dissapointment, a bit. It is a big dissapointment that you can't be in a family. Instead you areone single person who went out on a drive in the desert and is stuck in strangetown. No kids whatsoever. This is a decent attempt at re-doing the sims, but I really want to fiddle about with a family. Hey, it is still very addictve though. As completing goals is a perfect way to kill some time. And instead of having a family, you can invite soulmates. Even though that is a bit awkward, as there are no kids.

Lifespan: 9/10

Even if you complete the game, you will be collecting secrets, or even chaging your house!

Load times: 1/10

The aren't that bad between levels, but this game loads every 30 seconds, lasting for about 10 or 15 seconds, leaving your character stuck until the character does that action, it completely ruins the game. As you will be stuck before you do anything. You will then think the game has totally froze. But looking at all my other friends versions, I guess that is normal. This is either annoying or cheaty in a social game, as it will freeze up every time. This can be really annoying, as it will freeze before you options come up on the screen, you will wait and out of nowhere, the options come up and your time chews right down. Or it might freeze up while youyr options are being shown, leaving you to hammer the right button until the game comes back. So it is either annoying, normal or WAAAY too easy.

Overall: 6/10

Three points lost for the annoying loadtimes, they will make you cry.
