Story

Syphon Filter is a fun and thrilling game. Syphon Filter: Dark Mirror continues the fun, where you play as Gabe Logan and with other characters. The graphics are unbelievable. The characters, weapons, story mode, and multi- player make this game even more fun to play, something you might play all day and all night!

Graphics - 9.5

The graphics on Syphon Filter: Dark Mirror for the PSP(playstation portable) is the best yet. Better than the graphics on the other games of the Syphon Filter series. They make characters look real, what the characters wear, the motion and speed makes it even more real. The levels look good. Even when your character breaths in cold weather conditions such as the level Refinery, you could see his breath! The walls, floors, ceilings, objects and items look well designed, and you would've never known that it could fit all on a portable gaming system!

Sound - 10

When you walk, you could hear your footsteps, the metal, the crunchy snow sound, the sound of your bullets flying out of your gun and into the wall, hearing the grenade landing and then blowing up,etc. The air in levels where is hot such as shanty twon or canyon, you could hear it passing by you, so cool.

Weapons - 9.5

So many weapons. The weapons in this game are to die for. You can get a SMAW(rocket luancher), and have fun shooting it for days. The MGL(mini grenade launcher) is a one shot - one kill, if you hit the enemy. Alot of snipers, pistols, explosive weapons, etc. Three different firing shots, single shot, 3 round burst, and automatic. There is also a choice of 3-4 weapons, you can carry with you at once.

Story Mode - 8.5

It is very interesting. Great begining and great ending. In between, you learn, find out, master, and have fun with new things. You learn how to use and work weapons, such as mines and hard to use weapons such as snipers. You can earn weapons, for doing certain things. Once you've mastered it, have fun trying to beat it on a harder difficulty mode, try hard!

Multi Player - 10

There are two modes, ad-hoc and online. Ad hoc is where you connect to another player within 30 feet. Online is where you need a router connected to your computer, it detects that and you can play as teams online, do everything you do in story mode in online, plus more! More levels, meet people, communicate between people with the Sony Microphone designed for the PSP. Earn badges and earn ranks.

If your going to get a game for christmas, don't forget to add Syphon Filter:Dark Mirror to your list. Maybe even for your birthday!
