ATV Offroad Fury: Blazin' Trails
Review by zhuge_liang_
"A poor game to imitate Pros."
I thought this game is so cool! I idolize those drivers that perform stunts in the air but here......... NO! This game is so easy to learn and that this game is boringsky. Also, the AI are some kinda dumb, but fast. This game has no specialties. Repeat, this game have no specialties. As the title states: this game is poor in imitating the Pros in this topic and career.
Even though this is a disappointment I bought this game and I should also rate it. Don't worry, I'll be fair in judging this game according to what I had observed.
Graphics: 8/10
A strike for me because the fact that this game's graphics make me feel in it. Well, of coarse, for me. I'm really amazed of the seemingly like reality graphics that they produce. A big smile for that, but this is where I saw a flaw. What I don't know and creeps me is that when the player drive ito the water, why's there's no splash? Is this a ghost motorcycle? Isn't all of the places here are accessible?
Sound: 10/10
Rock music at the highest, man. So many tracks, so little time..... So much to hear, so much to say.
Gameplay: 1/10
A disappointing game, for me because this game is very unrealistic. When you hit a truck, do you act like you had just hit the wall? And also, when you do a stunt and climb up a steep ramp, how certain are you that a motorcycle won't tumble? Even an unrealistic point back, when you fail, you will see that your rider is acting like he's just slipped and of coarse, out of his motorcycle. When your also racing, when you shunt an enemy, he will just fall down and away. Much like an ant that you will throw. Why in the quarry, when you jump into the water, crossing it and attempts to land in the ship, which you really can't do, your rider hits the hull and acts like he just hit a wall, again. Just one more. If you fail a stunt or even fall of the bike in a cliff, you'll see that your rider isn't that much hurt and you can play again??? How could a decapitated rider can actually ride the bike with no trace of such injuries??? Oh, man, how so unrealistic.
I really recommend to rent this game first before buying it. Always remember, a picture is worth a thousand words. You should see or try this before you buy it. Don't follow my footsteps that I just bought this game without extensive research. This game isn't worth it for my opinion but I think that you, reader, has a very different opinion.
