I am a huge fan of the Godfather movies and when I saw this game I decided I needed to have this.
Game Play: 9/10
The game play is enjoyable. The controls are fine. The weapons are awesome. Each weapon has 1-2 upgrades. The game can be played in story mode or in Mob Wars. Mob Wars are fun. New York is divided into families. There is the Tataliga's, the Cuneo's, the Brarzini's, and finally the family, your family, the Corleone's. Every family has territories. In Mob Wars it's your job to help the Corleone's take, defend, and fight for territories. There are two ways to gain a territory. One way is if the territory is unclaimed you have to extort the business owner so he can figure out the right family to side with. The other way to claim a territory is if it is claimed to do one of three things. A. Kill every mobster in the business, B. Kill the hit target in the business, or C. Plant a bomb in the building's weak spot and get out alive. You are also given a deck of cards which you can use to steal money from rival families, lower your heat level, ect.
Graphics: 8/10
Not much to say about the graphics. There alright. At least, for the PSP. The character designs are excellent.
Sound: 9/10
Again, not much to say about the sound. The character, gun, explosions audio is great, couldn't be better
Story: 10/10
The story is like the Godfather IV. This in my opinion, is one of the best video-game stories ever. The game starts of as your character at about thirteen years old. Your father has just gotten back from working for Don Corleone. Your mother and father are about to have a lovely dinner when suddenly Don Brarzini and his goons grab your father and shoot him up. Fast forward nine years later and your mother goes to Don Corleone on his daughter's wedding day and asks to welcome you into the family for you have fallen into a violent gang. So fast forward about six hours where your are being beat to death by a gang. Luca Bratsi shows up with a lead pipe and that's where the story kicks off. Luca kills one of the gang members then shows you how to fight. After that he teaches you how to extort a business, shoot a gun and so forth.
