"Best Racing Game EVER"

When I bought my PSP, I knew I would only have enough money left over for one game. I generally like racing games, so I tried this. I'm so glad I bought this. Let me tell you why...

GRAPHICS-10/10

The graphics on this game are awesome! It's almost as good as PS2, which is saying a lot considering thats a console. The cars look awesome, the tracks are polished, and everything just fits! The cars are especially nice. The shine and look exactly like real cars. Just pick up the game, you'll see what I mean.

SOUND-7/10

The music in this game is not great. About half the songs are good and about half the songs stink. The music is mostly Alternative, featuring bands such as Yellowcard. The sound effects are all really nice except for the engines. The engines can get on your nerves after a while. However the crash noises are very well done.

GAMEPLAY-10/10

This is where the game shines. There are many different modes of play, which is good, because a racing game without enough modes can get repetitive. There is Race, which is just your standard race, Crash, which is where you try to create the biggest crashes, Pursuit, where you get behind the wheel of a cop car to bust some speeders, there is Road Rage, where you try to take out as many people as possible, and more too! My personal favorite is Road Rage. Taking out other cars is really fun. Crash is fun too. Sometimes you can create 25+ car pileups! There is also a LOT of cars to collect. The cars can be pretty cool. There are no brand names like Ferrari, but the cars are still really cool. The tracks are really cool too. My personal favorite is Silver Lake.

REPLAY VALUE-8/10

This is actually a very good replay value for a racing game. Racing games generally get boring after a while, but this one doesn't! This one will keep you entertained for months on end. With so many cars to collect, and over 175 events, you'll keep coming back for more. I mean come on...to unlock the firetruck you have to get gold on all crash events. And I bet you really want to drive a firetruck!

BUY OR RENT:
Buy, you defiantly won't be able to complete the game in a rental period, and it's fun to play over and over again.
