WonderSwan Color

"Wonderswan Color is gooooood!"

I think the Wonderswan is off to a good start or it would have failed like the NGPC. Fortunately for all of us WSC owners it's still up and running.

Graphic Capability:9
It doesn't have the dame quality as the GBA BUT it is a heck of a lot better than the GBC. Some games have graphics on the chunky side but it isn't bad at all. All of the colors blend nicely together. But 4096 colors and 241 at once is not bad at all

Sound Capability:9
I like the sound a lot especially in Guilty Gear Petit. I found myself sort of jiving(corny I know) to some of the tunes. Only downside, if you live in the states you might be looking around the whole thing saying,''Where's the jack''. Well there isn't one either you got to go to Japan or an import shop to get that special headphone piece

All right, you might be saying so what if it doesn't compete with the GBA's 32 bit, it doesn't matter. Well I'm sorry to say it kind of does. 16 Bit is better than 8 Bit but without sprite-scaling or any of that other good seizure inducing stuff. The games and everything related tend to get a little bit limited.

Nice and small, just the way it's supposed to be. A whole lot better than the GBA. Man how i hate the way the GBA looks like. If it were a person I would want to banish it to the Himalayas. It hurts my hands but the WSC is small and fits anywhere.

I don't have a PS2 and don't plan on getting one. I like the idea of having a handheld hook up to a console but I don;t think it works out as well as it seems. Maybe you can hide your plans or see other things but that's it. I am more focused on the WSC ability to be a PDA and hook up to the phone but not being in Japan and all , I'm sort of in the dark on those things.

If you can find it for a good price and have enough info, I say go ahead and get it BUT if you have any hesitations don't get it. It's not a general public pleaser but if you are a real gamer you might like it because sometimes size doesn't matter and the WSC is no exception.
