1. Introduction
---------------

Hello all you gamers out there. This is my walkthrough for the
funny party game 'Team Buddies.' I will go over the missions,
weapons, buddie ranks, vehicles, etc. I should be able to help you
get through the tough levels that you may get stuck on. I wrote
this FAQ because, before I made it, there were only 2 FAQs on
gamefaqs!

2. Story
--------

Once upon a time, there was a place called Buddieland. In
Buddieland there lived the strangest creatures. They had pill-
shaped bodies with hands and feet. They had no arms or legs. These
creatures were called Buddies and they were made up of different
colours. There was no violence in Buddieland, just love, peace and
happiness.

But, one day something strange happened. The buddies gathered
inside a tent for a disco. Then the music stopped. The ground was
rumbling. The buddies ran outside to see what was going on. They
saw a shadow heading towards them and it stopped over the place
where they were standing. The shadow was coming from the Baddie
Moon (unknown to the buddies right now.) "The sky's gone out!" said
one of the buddies. It was an eclipse. Another buddie saw crates
falling from the Baddie Moon. A crate squashed a buddie. Another
buddie kicked the crate open and found something that he and his
friends had never seen before. A weapon. This weapon was a bazooka.
Another buddie came along and picked it up. The buddie who kicked
open the crate looked into the bazooka's barrel. The buddie holding
the bazooka found a trigger and pulled it. And the buddie with his
head in the barrel was blown off his feet. The other buddie was
amazed and held up his new toy with pride.

More crates fell out of the sky and all the buddies had armed
themselves to the teeth with these weapons. Each buddie with the
same colour got together and formed teams. There is no more love,
peace and happiness in Buddieland anymore. And it's your job to
restore it!

v) Special moves
----------------

Discard weapon: To discard your current weapon, press the square
and circle buttons at the same time. The Armageddon Barrel cannot
be discarded.

Slow walk: When on foot, press and hold the circle button to walk
slowly.

Crate collection: Get in a vehicle and drive over a crate. The
vehicle will pick it up and drag it along from behind. Press the
circle button to drop gathered crates.

Special attack: This can only be used when you have picked up a
buddie. To pick up a buddie, stun him first. (Stars appear above
his head.) You pick up buddies in the same way as you pick crates.
When you have picked up a buddie, press the circle button
continuously to perform a special attack.

Turret centring: When in a tank, press the R1 button twice to
centre the tank's turret if it's out of place.

This game has lots of dangerous (but cool) weapons. They are all
split into different categories: light, thrown and heavy.

5. Buddies
----------

This section goes over the ranks of buddies and their abilities.
To build a buddie, stack 2 crates on the stacking pad one on top of
the other. In other words, 2 crates vertically. Stacking 4 crates
vertically will give you a stronger buddie. All upgraded buddies
have glowing heads.

Infuntry
Max. Health: 80
Abilities: None
Close combat attack: Swipe
Details: The lowest rank in the game.
Upgraded: Super Infuntry
Max. Health: 110
Abilities: Increased speed


Commando
Max. Health: 120
Abilities: Super strafing
Close combat attack: Stronger swipe
Details: Much better than Infuntries.
Upgraded: Super Commando
Max. Health: 160
Abilities: Increased speed


Medic
Max. Health: 85
Abilities: Can heal wounded allies, see buddies' health, and heal
their own wounds. You can't heal friendly buddies.
Close combat attack: Pump up enemies. Use this to throw enemies
away. If a thrown buddie hits a building when he is pumped up
fully, he will die. He will also die if he takes damage.
Details: Excellent at healing allies and pumping up enemies.
Upgraded: Super Medic
Max. Health: 120
Abilities: Increased speed


Ninja
Max. Health: 120
Abilities: Fast movement, high jumping, slicing joined crates.
Close combat attack: Katana. Used for slicing joined crates. This
can also cut down trees.
Details: Great for quick getaways and for stopping enemies from
building strong toys.
Upgraded: Super Ninja
Max. Health: 150
Abilities: Increased speed and jump height


Cyborg
Max. Health: 200
Abilities: Cannot be squashed by tanks, can see vehicles' health,
can squash enemy buddies (doesn't work on Cyborgs), lava doesn't
hurt them.
Close combat attack: Electrical punch. Can damage tanks and can
stun buddies.
Details: Can withstand a lot of damage. When they pick up crates,
they move faster.
Upgraded: Super Cyborg
Max. Health: 250
Abilities: Increased speed


Stealthy
Max. Health: 100
Abilities: Can disappear from view. They will be visible again when
they fire a weapon, get hurt or touch water.
Close combat attack: Stealing ammo and weapons
Details: Great for sneaking up on enemies and stealing their
weapons. Keep your eyes open for invisible stealthies. A small
shadow is the only clue, apart from moving crates!
Upgraded: Super Stealth
Max. Health: 130
Abilities: Increased speed


Super
Max. Health: 200
Abilities: Can glide, have laser eyes which doesn't use up ammo,
can see invisible stealth buddies and stealth vehicles.
Close combat attack: Spin buddies
Details: Laser eyes is the only weapon they have. They cannot pick
up new weapons and they cannot enter vehicles. If they touch lava,
it hurts them but it has no lasting effects when they get out.
Upgraded: Super Super Buddie
Max. Health: 250
Abilities: Increased speed, can fly

6. Vehicles
-----------

If you stack 8 crates on the stacking pad, a vehicle will be built.
Vehicles cause more chaos and carnage! There are loads of different
vehicles in the game, especially tanks! Remember to run if your
vehicle is damaged so much that it won't move because it will
explode! The larger the vehicle, the larger the explosion. A good
tactic is to drive a damaged vehicle next to enemies or an enemy
base and let the enemy buddies destroy it. Or destroy it yourself
if there's no one around.

i) Tanks
--------
There are loads of different tanks in the game. They come in
different sizes and types: Baby, Tandem, Medium, Stealth, Tyrant,
Hover, Killer and Super.
Tandem tanks have 2 seats, one for the driver and one for the
passenger who rides shotgun. The driver can fire the weapon he is
armed with and the passenger fires the tank's turret.
Stealth tanks act just like Stealth buddies. They can disappear
until they fire a weapon or take damage.
Killer tanks have grenade launchers on the back. Press and hold the
square button to fire the tank's turret and then the grenades. The
grenades don't damage their own tank.
Super tanks have 3 seats, one for the driver and 2 for passengers
who ride shotgun. The driver uses the turret and the passengers use
their own weapons. As the driver, press and hold the square button
to fire the turret and then special rocket launchers.

ii) Aircraft
------------

As you progress through the game, you'll find air vehicles. They
are very useful. Most of them are found in Megacrates.

Microlite
Found in some Insane Plains missions. Quite slow and not very
durable. The bombs that can be dropped from it are pretty strong,
though!

Plane
Found in the Sphinx Jinx mission and the Rong Brothers mission. It
is fast and its machine gun is very strong.

Copter Gunship
Found in some Droopy Wood missions and in the Mad Mechs mission. It
has VTOL abilities and rapid-fire missiles.

Harrier
Found in some Chilling Fields missions. It has VTOL abilities and
homing missiles. Don't underestimate their strength and tracking
abilities.

Stealth Harrier
Found in the Fumble In The Jungle mission. Same as the Harrier but
has stealth abilities.

Stealth Bomber
Found in some Ori-Mental Peaks missions and in the Inflammable
Cannibals mission. Fast and has stealth abilities. Use its special
bombs for airstrikes.

Flying Saucer
Found in all Loon-A-Moon (Baddie Moon) missions. Doesn't fly like
other aircraft. It hovers above the ground and moves really fast.
It can climb up walls and its weapon is out of this world!

iii) Miscellaneous
------------------

There are other vehicles to be found in the game, from bikes to
golf carts.

Bike
Found in the On Yer Bike mission. Slow, as you would expect. You
can fire your weapon from it.

Motorbike
Found in a few missions. Much faster than the bike but difficult to
control at high speeds. Again, you can fire a weapon from it.

Golf Cart
Found in the Quarrelsome Quarry mission. Quite slow, but great for
collecting crates. Press the circle button to drop crates that your
vehicle has collected.

Tractor
Found in the Country Vile mission. Also good for collecting crates.

Bus
Found in the Rong Brothers mission. Sadly, you can't drive it but
you can get in it. More info on this in the mission walkthrough.

Jeep
Found in the Return to Sender mission. Has 2 seats. It is very
slow.

Mechwalker
A yellow robot that replaces the tanks in the Loon-A-Moon missions.
Its lightning weapon is strong!

Mechwalker Upgrade
An upgraded version of the Mechwalker. This one is blue.

7. Pickups
----------

Along with weapons, there are special pickups. They give you
special power-up effects.

Health                    Gives you more health
Ammo                      Gives you more ammo
Gun Frenzy                Gives you infinite ammo and extra damage
                          for a short time
Ammo Cache                Gives you a full ammo pack (500)
Pumped Up                 Gives you full health
Jetpack                   Allows you to go up to high places for a
                          short time
Rocket Boots              Makes you run fast for a short time
Shield                    Makes you invincible for a short time
Super Vision              Allows you to see invisible stealth
                          buddies and vehicles for a short time
Phreak                    Makes you run fast and fire weapons fast
                          for a short time
Fishy                     Slows you down but you can move fast
                          through water for a short time
Base Repair               Allows you to restore your base's health
                          if it's been damaged. To repair a base,
                          shoot it. It only lasts for about 2 seconds
                          so be quick.
Random                    A green question mark pickup. Found in
                          multiplayer. What could the pickup be?

8. Turrets
----------

Apart from vehicles, there are also stationary turrets to use. Be
careful. In some missions there are automatic turrets that fire at
their own free will.

Turret 1
Found in some Insane Plains missions. Fires tank shells.

Homing Turret
Found in some Dirtbox Desert missions, the Flock Rocking Bleats
mission, the Inflammable Cannibals mission and the Temple Tantrum
mission. Fires homing missiles.

4-Pack Turret
Found in the Camouflage Sabotage mission. Fires just like a 4-Pack
Rocket but fires much faster.

Flame Turret
Found in the Nursery Crimes mission. It's like a stationary
flamethrower.

Ice Turret
Found in the Herdy Birdy mission. Fires ice, just like an Ice Gun.

Gatling Turret
Found in the Chocks Wahey mission. Fires gatling bullets.

Laser Turret
Found in some Loon-A-Moon missions. Cannot be entered, there are
only automatic ones. Fires laser bullets.


Enough on buddies, weapons, etc. We've reached the mission
walkthrough! Let's go over those hard missions, shall we?

9. Central Park mission walkthrough
-----------------------------------

The first world for missions is Central Park. The enemy buddies
here have been messing up the park. It's your job to stop them. The
only buddies you get to control are the Infuntry and the Commando.


i) Battle Hill
--------------
Difficulty: 1/10
Time limit: 10.00
Unlockables: None

This mission is simple. All you have to do is eliminate the enemy
buddies and you're done. Grab a shotgun from behind a tree near
your base and blast away at the enemy buddie (there's only one
enemy buddie from the start of this mission) until he dies. Easy.

Other mission info
* Destroy the tree in the middle of the map to release a bazooka
* There is a Gatling Gun behind a hill southwest of the enemy base


ii) On Yer Bike

Time limit: None

The enemy buddies have stolen your bike and you must get it back.
By the way, it's your NEW bike they have stolen! How dare they!

Build 2 more buddies so that you have a full team; then arm 3 of
your buddies with Uzis and one of them with a bazooka. Then head to
the enemy base and waste the enemies. Once they're all dead, shoot
at the bike to release the wheel clamp so you can ride the bike
back to your bike park.

Other mission info
* There are super crates at the corners of the map
* Destroy the bench beside the enemy's bike park to drop a
  Megacrate. You can find it at a pond southeast of the enemy base.
  Inside it is a Gatling Gun.

iii) That's Rubbish

Time limit: 7.00
Unlockables: Domination game, That's Rubbish Domination map, VR
Training tutorials 8 and 9

All the bins in the park have been tipped over by your foes. You
must turn the 6 bins up the right way and get rid of the enemy
buddies before the time runs out. The bin locations are: Your base,
enemy base, north crate area, south crate area, northeast map
corner and southwest map corner.

From the start, build both your buddies an uzi then kill the 2
enemy buddies. They are unarmed and take a while to build, making
them easy targets. Once they're dead, turn the bins up the right
way. While you do this, pick up the 10 scraps of rubbish. The
rubbish scraps can be found around the outskirts of the park.

Other mission info
* Destroy the statue at the southwest corner of the map to drop a
  Megacrate that contains a motorbike
* The puppet show box in the middle of the map is indestructible so
  don't bother trying to destroy it


iv) Bowwow Ker-Pow
------------------
Difficulty: 3/10
Time limit: 5.00
Unlockables: Naked skin

This is the final mission in Central Park. The enemy buddies have
rounded up all the dogs in the park, strapped explosive barrels to
them and brainwashed them to destroy your base. You must keep the
bomb dogs away from your base at all costs. The battle lasts for 5
minutes so all you have to do is defend your base for 5 minutes.

From the start, run north from your base and pick up the Gatling
Gun in the pond. Then use it to kill the enemy buddies. If you
don't kill them, they will help the bomb dogs destroy your base.
You may want to build some more buddies to help you defend the
base.

Other mission info
* When the clock hits 2 minutes, a Megacrate will drop in a pond
  west of your base. Inside it is a motorbike
* Super crates can be found at the northeast and southwest corners
  of the map, but there's no time to get them!

And that's all the Central Park missions completed!

10. Insane Plains mission walkthrough
-------------------------------------

In these missions, you'll be fighting in quarries and farms. A few
of your missions are to help out the farmer. The enemy buddies have
been annoying him and it's time to stop them! The Medic has now
been recruited.


i) Quarrelsome Quarry
---------------------
Difficulty: 3/10
Time limit: 8.00
Unlockables: None (It says that the Quarrelsome Quarry battle map
is unlocked but it is unlocked from the start of the game)

This mission is like Battle Hill but this time there are 3 enemy
teams. Build another buddie, give him a Gatling Gun and order him
to defend your base. Then build yourself a Gatling Gun or a Gatling
Cannon and kill the enemy buddies.
If an enemy buddie has Time Bombs try to lure him or another buddie
into thrown bombs. Use the mineshafts to get to the super crate
areas quicker. Super crates are found at the northwest and
southeast corners of the map.

Other mission info
* Destroy an enemy base and a Megacrate will drop at the northeast
  corner of the map. It contains a Microlite
* At the southwest corner of the map is a Golf Cart. Use it for
  collecting crates, if you need to. Some enemy buddies tend to go
  inside it
* Watch out for the gamekeepers around the map. They have strong
  shotguns, so be careful. They will also attack your foes


ii) Country Vile
----------------
Difficulty: 4/10
Time limit: None
Unlockables: World 2 crate contents

The farmer's tractor has been stolen. You need to return it and
punish the enemy buddies for stealing it.

From the start, build a Gatling Gun and then build a Medic. Give
the Medic a shotgun since the crates at your base are in short
supply. Order your Infuntry to defend your base then head to the
east enemy base. Blast away at the enemy buddies but be careful if
they have Gatling Guns and watch out for the Turret if there is
someone in it. If there is someone in it, shoot at the enemy base
to get him out. This doesn't always work, though. When all the
buddies from that base are dead, get in the Turret and destroy the
enemy base. You need to destroy the enemy bases if you want a gold
medal. You should have a stronger weapon by now so head over to the
other base and kill all the buddies there. This base also has a
turret but it's too far back to use for destroying the base.
Destroy the base when all the buddies are finished. Then head to
the southeast corner of the map which is where you'll find the
tractor. Watch out for the bulls. Get in the tractor and drive it
back to the farmer to complete the mission.

Other mission info
* A Megacrate is dropped when you bring back the farmer's tractor.
  You will find it on top of the hill at the northeast corner of the
  map. Inside it is a Super Pocket Rocket
* When you bring back the farmer's tractor, the farmer will help
  you collect crates
* The farmer will also defend your base. He has a strong shotgun.
  Don't shoot him because he'll shoot back!
* Sometimes, the enemy buddies will get in the tractor and drive it
  around. It may get damaged when this happens. You could always
  check to see if the tractor is okay
* The holes in the ground are geysers. Step on them to be taken to
  unexpected locations
* Don't make your other buddies drive the tractor. They can't drive
  tractors at all well

iii) Piggy In The Middle
------------------------

Time limit: 7.30
Unlockables: Pork Scratchin' Domination map

The enemy teams have stolen the farmer's pigs. You must get them
back before they are brainwashed into being suicidal pig bombs,
just like the dogs.

Again, your crate supply is small. From the start, head to the east
enemy base as fast as possible and pick up the pig. 2 or 3 quick
slaps should stun it. Then quickly take it to the pigpen. This
activates a crate dropzone at your base, which gives you more
crates. Then quickly head north from the pigpen and you'll find
another pig. Grab it and take it to the pigpen. Another dropzone
will be activated and a Megacrate will drop, southeast of the
pigpen. Inside it is a Microlite. Quickly head back to your base
and build yourself a Gatling Gun. Then build a Medic and finally
build a Baby Rocket Tank. Order your Commando to get in it and
order him to defend your base.

Then head to the windmill at the east side of the map. Destroy it
using either the Microlite or a build weapon (preferably Time Bomb
or Gatling Gun) Once it's destroyed you'll find a Flamethrower and
ammo cache. Pick them up then head to the southeast enemy base and
kill the enemy buddies. When an enemy team is wiped out, you'll
hear a sound. Destroy the enemy base then head to the northeast
enemy base and kill the buddies there. Watch out for the turret. It
would be easier to attack them using the Microlite. When they're
all dead, destroy the base then finally head to the northwest enemy
base. This base has 2 turrets guarding it. Destroy the base first
then kill the enemy buddies. It's easy to destroy the base because
the buddies will be trying to get at you by firing at you but
they'll hit the base instead! If there are still a few enemy
buddies left once you clear the area, find them as fast as
possible, as this mission's time limit is quite tight. Then go for
the last pig, which is at the northeast enemy base. Pick it up and
take it to the pen.

Other mission info
* There are no super crates in this mission. The only way to
  upgrade your toys is to use the all crates powered up cheat. Cheats
  are covered later in this FAQ.


iv) The Fabulous Flying Rong Brothers
-------------------------------------
Difficulty: 4/10
Time limit: None
Unlockables: Bomb-Ball Game, Footie Loose Bomb-Ball map

This is a special mission where you're on your own. The 5-star
Generals are heading home by bus and the Rong Brothers are going to
bomb them. You must save them.

Head towards the bus (red dot on radar) and protect it. If the Rong
Brothers drop bombs on it, pick them up and throw them away before
they explode. When the bus stops, a General will get out and head
towards his house. The Rong Brothers will try to bomb him. Throw
the bombs away from him, but NOT AT THE BUS!!! If a General gets
caught in a bomb explosion, he will die and we can't have that.
Once the General is safely home, the bus will head towards the next
house. There are 5 Generals to save, meaning the bus will stop at 5
houses. If you've been hurt by bombs, there are some crates outside
the second house that you can kick open for more health. If a bomb
hurts you and there's water nearby, you can run into it to cool
down so you won't lose too much health. Make sure the Generals all
get home safely and throw the bombs away from the bus and the
Generals. The distance between the third and fourth houses is quite
long; so keep the bus in perfect condition. You may have to rotate
the camera a bit so you can see where the Generals are going.

Once all Generals have been saved, it's time to kill the Rong
Brothers! A Megacrate will drop at your base. It contains a plane,
just the vehicle for chasing down an airborne target. Fly after the
Rong Brothers and use the machine gun to shoot them down. The red
bar at the top left of the screen indicates their plane's health.

Other mission info
* There is a way to get into the bus but you can't drive it. First,
  activate  the heavy weapon cheat, which will give you a Pocket
  Missile Upgrade. Constantly shoot at the bus until the driver gets
  out, allowing you to get in. But wrecked vehicles can't move, so
  you can't drive it.
  Another way is to damage the bus with bombs dropped from the Rong
  Brothers.

And that's all the Insane Plains missions completed!

11. Dirtbox Desert mission walkthrough
--------------------------------------

These 4 missions are set in the desert region of Buddieland. Your
main objective is to find the sacred ankh of Who-Ra. The Ninja has
now been recruited.


i) A-Nile-Ation
---------------
Difficulty: 4/10
Time limit: 7.00
Unlockables: World 3 crate contents, A-Nile-Ation Domination map

This is a domination mission. You need to win this mission by
scoring as many points as you can. To score points, you need to
light the ankhs around the map. There are 5 ankhs, one at all 4
bases and one in the middle of the map. Touch an ankh and keep it
your team's colour for 5 seconds to score 1 point. Light the other
ankhs so your score will go up faster. But remember, the enemy
teams are going to be doing exactly the same, watch your back!

From the start, light the ankh at your base then rush to light the
ankh in the middle of the map. This activates a Megacrate, which
drops at the southeast corner of the map. Run back to your base and
build a Flamethrower, then build a Ninja. Switch to your Ninja and
order your Infuntry to defend your base. Then run to the southeast
corner of the map and open the Megacrate. Grab the Super 4-Pack
Rocket inside it then just go on a crazy rampage around the map.
Kill all buddies you can find and destroy their bases (sub
objective.) Don't forget to keep lighting the ankhs, it's
important. If your team, or any team for that matter, gets wiped
out, a buddie will re-spawn at their base. So no team can be
completely wiped out until the time is up. Keep the ankhs your team
colour until the end of the battle. If you have the most points,
you win!

Other mission info
* There is a Fireball at the northwest corner of the map
* There are towers around the bases called relics. Destroy them for
  pickups


ii) Camel Strain
----------------
Difficulty: 4/10
Time limit: None
Unlockables: Flame crate contents

4 camels need to be escorted to the oasis bazaar. The supplies they
are carrying must be delivered safely.

From the start, follow the road that the camels will take until you
reach some steps. Go up them and onto the hill. Go to the part of
the hill that over looks your base. You should see a relic. Destroy
it and a Megacrate will drop. Inside it is a Gatling Gun.
Destroying the relic also releases ammo cache. Once you're armed,
head to the enemy base and kill all the buddies. Be careful if some
of them have Flamethrowers. Once they're all dead, go up onto the
wall of the base and destroy the automatic turret.

Then head back and see where the camels are. They should have
stopped for a rest next to an oasis. Jump on their heads or shoot
them to get them moving again. Now the tricky part: getting the
camels past the annoying lizards. If a lizard goes near a camel,
kill it. Once the camels are past the lizards, the rest of the
journey is simple. The camels will simply walk to the oasis bazaar
without stopping. If they do stop, you know what to do.

Other mission info
* When a camel reaches the second oasis, a Megacrate will drop. It
  contains a plane
* Building a Ninja would be helpful


iii) Sphinx Jinx

Unlockables: Sphinx Jinx battle map

Another easy deathmatch mission. Simply eliminate the 3 enemy teams
before the time runs out to complete the mission. Build a
Flamethrower and go kick butt. Be careful when trying to kill
buddies who also have Flamethrowers.

Other mission info
* There are switches at the north and south parts of the map.
  Pressing one will make a Megacrate drop on top of the pyramid.
  Press the north switch and the toy inside the crate will be a
  plane. Press the south one and it will be a motorbike
* There are teleporters at the east and west sides of the map. They
  teleport you to the top of the pyramid.
* The Sphinxes contain pickups. They may come in handy
* Watch out for Foreign Legion soldiers around the pyramid


iv) Who-Ra
----------
Difficulty: 5/10
Time limit: None
Unlockables: Football skin

Now it's time to find the sacred ankh of Who-Ra. It's in the area
but an enemy team is guarding it!

From the start, your base has no crate supply. Head along the path
that goes south from your base. Stand on top of the small pedestal
and jump over the hill. You'll find a crate and a tree. Pick up the
crate, take it back to your base and put it on your stacking pad.
Kick it open and pick up the Pocket Rocket. Then head back to the
place where you found the crate. Destroy the tree and you'll get a
jetpack. Pick it up and fly over the large stone wall towards the
northeast corner of the map. You'll find a motorbike. Get on it and
collect 2 crates with it. Drive back to your base. You'll come to
some more crates, which are in front of a big area with flashing
squares. Drive into 2 crates and they'll fly over the squares and
next to your stacking pad. Drive over the squares and get off the
bike. If the jetpack is still on, wait until it runs out of fuel.
When it does, build yourself a Flamethrower.

Then get back on the bike and drive back over the squares. Get off
the bike and kill all the Foreign Legion soldiers. There are a lot
of them so be careful. Watch out for enemy buddies in tanks that
may ambush you while you do this. When they're all dead, destroy
the 2 Sphinxes. When they're both destroyed, a Megacrate will drop
nearby. It contains an Ankh. This is the 'Staff of Ra.' Head to the
enemy base and use the Ankh to kill all the buddies. Watch out for
the automatic turrets. Then, find the relic at the west side of the
enemy base and destroy it. You will find a teleporting square. Walk
onto it and you'll be transported to the sacred ankh of Who-Ra,
allowing you to claim it for your team.

Other mission info
* Don't walk onto the teleporting squares at your base or you'll
  get ambushed by the Foreign Legion
* The Foreign Legion soldiers will also attack your enemies. You
  can get them to help you destroy enemy tanks
* Destroying the Sphinxes also activate crate dropzones at your
  base

And that's all the Dirtbox Desert missions completed!

12. Droopy Wood mission walkthrough
-----------------------------------

Now you're fighting in Droopy Wood, the woodland area of
Buddieland. You'll be trying to save sheep and defending factories.
Get ready. The Cyborg has been recruited. Respect him. He is
strong.


i) Flock Rocking Bleats
-----------------------
Difficulty: 5/10
Time limit: 7.00
Unlockables: Flock Rocking Bleats battle map

Another deathmatch mission, against 3 enemy teams. Build a 4-Pack
Rocket and waste the enemy buddies. Watch out for buddies with
cluster grenades. You lose a lot of health if all the bombs
released from the grenade hit you! If a buddie starts following you
and won't get lost, you can use the homing turrets to scare him
off.

Other mission info
* Super crates can be found at the east and west sides of the map.
  More can be found at the east side
* There are 2 pedestals in the map, which have trees next to them.
  Destroying one of them makes a Megacrate drop on the opposite
  pedestal. Inside the west Megacrate is a Copter Gunship and inside
  the east one is an Armageddon Barrel. The pedestals are quite high
  but the Ninja should reach them easily

ii) Camouflage Sabotage
-----------------------
Difficulty: 6/10
Time limit: 5.00
Unlockables: World 4 crate contents

This is a hard mission. Your objective is to defend 2 fizzy-pop
factories from
the enemy teams for 5 minutes. It won't be easy. As soon as the
mission starts, the enemy teams will have armed themselves to the
teeth and built tanks.

As soon as the action begins, build yourself some cluster grenades
and get in the 4-Pack turret beside your base. Switch to your other
buddie and build him a 4-Pack Rocket. Then hold off the tanks and
heavily armed buddies. From the start of the mission, the enemy
buddies will go for your base more than anything. Destroy the tanks
and kill the crazed enemy buddies. If your base is smoking like
mad, destroy a tree beside your base and you'll find base repair.
IMPORTANT: ONLY USE THIS WHEN IT'S NECESSARY!! Once the area is
clear, make sure no one gets near those factories. If the 4-Pack
turret beside your base gets destroyed, order the buddie that was
in it to get in the turret beside the factories. When you think
it's safe to leave the factories unattended, go destroy the enemy
bases so your foes won't be able to build anything else. There are
2 ways to complete this mission. Defend the factories for 5 minutes
or kill all the enemy buddies. It's better to kill the enemy
buddies but it's up to you. If both factories are still standing
when the mission is over, you will get a gold medal. You will get a
silver medal if only one factory is left.

Other mission info
* Watch out for bears near the enemy bases
* There is a switch on a pedestal, north of the west enemy base.
  Pressing it drops a Megacrate on a nearby hill. It contains a
  Copter Gunship
* There is an Armageddon Barrel on a hill south of your base. Use
  it if you want to completely storm an enemy base


iii) Nursery Crimes

Difficulty: 5/10
Time limit: None
Unlockables: Flog Raw Bomb-Ball Map

In this mission you need to rescue Little Red Riding Hood from the
witch's gingerbread house and escort her back to your base. The sub
objective is to escort Little Bo-Peep's sheep back to their pen.

From the start, head south and follow the river east. You'll find
the 3 sheep here. Escort them past your base and through the woods.
If you get lost, use the map from the pause menu. Try not to hurt
or jump on top of a sheep because it can cause them to turn around
and go back. Watch out for wolves on your way to the pen. Sometimes
if the sheep see a wolf, they won't move. Kill or scare off a wolf
if you see one. When all 3 sheep are in the pen, a Megacrate will
drop on top of a hill with a waterfall. It contains a Multi Orb
Gun.

Head back to your base and build a Super Cyborg. You'll find super
crates if you go to the place where you found the sheep but keep
heading north and you'll find a big collection of them. Once you
have a Super Cyborg, switch to him and build a Killer Tank Flame
(need super crate.) Once the tank is built, order your Commando to
defend the base then get in the tank yourself. Drive to the
waterfall and park the tank next to it. Jump on top of the tank to
get on top of the hill so you can get to the Megacrate. Then go to
the enemy base and get rid of the enemy buddies. Don't go too close
to the flame turrets. When they're all dead, find the witch's house
(it's nearby) and shoot at it until it's destroyed. This frees
Little Red Riding Hood, allowing you to escort her back to your
base. Make sure the wolves don't get her!

Other mission info
* There is a Flamejet somewhere in the mission. The river also goes
  south from where you find the sheep. Follow it south and you should
  find it next to a waterfall


iv) Ewe Fiend
-------------
Difficulty: 5/10
Time limit: None
Unlockables: Running Lamb Capture Map

Another mission where you're on your own. In this one, a lunatic
called Captain Anthrax is testing a new tank, called a Wolf Tank,
on sheep. Your mission is to destroy the tank and Anthrax. The tank
can teleport and go invisible.

From the start, head to the northwest corner of the map because
you'll find a Megacrate. Inside it is cluster grenades. Grab ammo
cache nearby and also get the shield. Make sure you pick up ammo
cache first! Then go to the middle of the map and destroy the green
teleport node. I don't know what the teleport nodes are for. I
think they have something to do with the tank's effectiveness of
teleporting to safety. Attack the tank until the next Megacrate
drops. If the tank is invisible, look for clues such as a shadow or
water being swept up. The next Megacrate drops in the same place as
the last one but this one is on top of a tower. Use the pile of
logs to get to it. This one contains a Supazooka. Find the tank and
attack it. Remember, the tank can replenish its health by sucking
up sheep. The next Megacrate that drops contains a Gatling Cannon
and is found at the northeast corner of the map. Get it then
continue damaging the tank. By now, the tank should have sustained
a lot of damage. Keep shooting it, until it's destroyed.

Now it's time to face Captain Anthrax! He has a Multi Orb Gun, a
very powerful weapon, which can tear even the toughest buddies
apart in seconds. Wait until the fourth and final Megacrate drops.
This one contains a 4-Pack Rocket and is found at the southeast
corner of the map. Take it, then kill Anthrax. Do your best to
avoid contact with the power orbs fired from him.

Other mission info
* If you have trouble finding the Wolf Tank when it's invisible,
  there's a Super Vision pickup on top of a tower where you find the
  4-Pack Rocket
* Try to get Captain Anthrax to go behind a tower. If you're lucky,
  he'll shoot the tower and kill himself. This only works when you're
  close to him

And that's the Droopy Wood missions completed!

13. Chilling Fields mission walkthrough
---------------------------------------

Put on your hat and gloves, soldier. These missions are set in the
icy tundra! Your job is to search for a scientist called Dr.
Madasalorrie. The Stealthy has been recruited. They are perfect for
search and rescue missions.

i) Ice Scream
-------------
Difficulty: 4/10
Time limit: 8.00
Unlockables: Ice Scream battle map

Another simple deathmatch mission. Simply eliminate the enemy
buddies to win. Build some Ice grenades from the start and head
south from your base along the slippery ice. You'll find a snowman
on your right. It is actually a disguised special equipment switch.
Destroy it and a Megacrate will drop. It contains a Flamejet. Pick
it up then burn the enemy buddies. That'll warm them up, in an evil
way! Ha ha! If an Ice Gun freezes you, make sure you hide until you
thaw out because if you take damage from another weapon when
frozen, you will die straight away.

Other mission info
* There is also a Flamejet on top of a hill at the north side of
  the map. You can get to it by using a Ninja or by using the Harrier
* A Harrier can be found if you keep going east from the snowman
  that gives you a Flamejet and you'll reach another snowman. Destroy
  it and a Megacrate will drop. This one contains a Harrier. Use its
  missiles to blow up your foes


ii) Herdy Birdy
---------------
Difficulty: 6/10
Time limit: 6.00
Unlockables: VR skin

The time limit for this mission is tight so be as quick as
possible. You need to escort 4 penguins back to the South Pole.

From the start, build some Ice grenades, then go up to the
penguins. Then jump down off the hill and the penguins should come
with you. If they don't, try again. You must get them to follow
you. Run as fast as you can towards the enemy base just ahead. Go
past the base and you should see some crates. Jump on top of one
and onto the hill. Go south along the hill and you will reach a
snowman. Destroy it and a Megacrate will drop. It contains a
Harrier. Get in it and fly to the base you ran past. Shoot and kill
all the enemy buddies. There are Stealthies in this mission but the
missiles can track them.

When you're sure that they are all dead, fly to the other enemy
base and kill all the buddies there, too. When they're all gone,
have a look for the penguins. They should still be following you.
If you see them quite close to you, jump out and guide them to the
South Pole on foot. To get there, go round the back of the base and
follow the path from there. If you get lost, use the map. When you
reach the South Pole, stand near it to persuade the penguins to go
to it. By now, there should be at least 1 minute left on the clock,
so get the penguins to the South Pole quickly.

Other mission info
* There is a snowman beside the first enemy base. It is very hard
  to destroy. Destroying it gives you a Tazar
* There are ice holes in the ice. They take you around the icy
  tundra. Don't use them or you may get lost


iii) Sub-Zero-Hero
------------------
Difficulty: 5/10
Time limit: None
Unlockables: World 5 crate contents

Dr. Madasalorrie is in the area, in a block of ice. You need to
save him and get him back to your base.

From the start, build yourself a Multi Orb Gun. When there are 3
crates on the stacking pad, head down to the lower crate area and
wait for a super crate. When one falls, take it to your stacking
pad and build the gun. Then start killing the enemy buddies. Never,
ever shoot close objects with the Multi Orb Gun!!

When all the buddies are dead, head up the north enemy base's hill.
When you get to the top, destroy the snowman to release a
Megacrate. It contains a Flamejet. Pick it up then head to the
large hill at the east side of the map. When you reach the top,
you'll see Madasalorrie inside his ice block. Melt the ice to free
him. Then escort him to your base. Try not to hurt him or jump on
his head because he'll get scared and won't follow you again.

Other mission info
* There is a snowman at the other enemy base, too. Destroying it
  releases a Megacrate, which contains a Scatter Bomb
* Each enemy base is guarded by an automatic ice turret
* Watch out for polar bears guarding the eastern hill


iv) Kill 'Em 'In Scraper
------------------------
Difficulty: 5/10
Time limit: None
Unlockables: Radjy Goo Goo Choppa Capture map

Dr. Madasalorrie has joined your team. To complete his work, he
needs his M.A.D. (Mechanology Assisted Destruction) disc, which the
enemy buddies have stolen. The disc is in a laboratory, guarded by
the enemy.

From the start, head west to your crate supply and when you see the
enemy buddie, keep slapping him until he dies. Watch out for the
Ice turret. When he dies, build yourself a Multi Orb Gun. Be
patient when waiting for a super crate. When you've built the gun,
build a Medium Rocket Ice Tank (upgraded.) If you like, you can
build a Cyborg, give him a Power Orb Gun and order him to defend
your base. Get in the tank and destroy the Ice turret at the west
enemy base. Then destroy the other Ice turret, which can be found
if you head north from the west enemy base. Then drive to the
laboratory and destroy the Flame and Gatling turrets. Don't go too
close. Finally, destroy the other 2 turrets, which are north of
your base.

When they're destroyed, waste the remaining enemy buddies and then
head back to your base to pick up Madasalorrie. Escort him to the
lab so he can go in and get his disc. Then take him safely back to
your base.

Other mission info
* Dr. Madasalorrie is a bit slow in this mission so don't run off
  ahead of him
* Megacrates drop when you destroy the turrets. I think destroying
  the 2 Ice turrets and then the Flame turret at the lab gives you a
  Medium Flame Tank and destroying the rest gives you a Power Orb Gun
* Ignore the red guy at the north enemy base. He's harmless
* Watch out for the polar bears at the middle part of the map

14. Ori-Mental Peaks mission walkthrough
----------------------------------------

You've reached the mountainous area of Buddieland. You're almost
there! The last buddie type has been recruited: the Super. Your
mission is to find and destroy a Mech factory.

----------------
i) Chocks Wahey!
----------------
Difficulty: 6/10
Time limit: 10.00
Unlockables: Chocks Wahey battle map, World 6 crate contents

Another deathmatch mission but this one is not all that simple!
Enemy Super buddies are extremely annoying and hell-bent on
destroying your base. The best way to stop Super buddies from being
built is to destroy the enemy bases.

From the start, head to the southwest enemy base and you'll find a
Pocket Missile at the bottom of the hill. Then head to the
southeast enemy base and wait at the crate area for a super crate.
When one drops, take it to your base and build a Super Super
Buddie. Switch to your Super Super Buddie and order your Stealthy
to get in your Gatling turret.

Then fly to the northeast enemy base and kill all the enemy buddies
there. Or you can destroy their base. Destroying their base would
be better. Try getting enemy buddies with Scatter Bombs to try
attacking you when you're behind their base. This will damage the
base much quicker. Then head to the southwest enemy base and do the
same. If you see any Super buddies heading towards your base, kill
them. Remember, when your home base is under attack, the radar will
flash red. Then finally, head to the last enemy base and do the
same until you win. If there are a few buddies left, they're
probably Stealthies. Even though Super buddies can see invisible
Stealthies, they don't appear on the radar. So keep your eyes open.

Other mission info
* Each base, including yours, has switches. Press all 4 switches
  and a Megacrate will drop at your base. It contains a Stealth
  Bomber. Use it to bomb enemy bases. Remember, Super buddies can't
  enter vehicles
* Use the waterfalls and tunnels to get to enemy bases quicker
* Teleporters can also be used to get to bases quicker


ii) Chinese Burn
----------------
Difficulty: 5/10
Time limit: None
Unlockables: Chinese Burn Domination map

The enemy buddies made lanterns to get their way through the valley
and put them out once they got through. Light the 5 lanterns and
kill the enemy buddies. The lantern locations are: Hill west of
your base, northwest corner of map, north enemy base, south enemy
base, hill in middle of map

From the start, jump onto the hill to the west of your base, light
the lantern and press the switch. A Megacrate containing a Stealth
Bomber will be released. Get in it, then fly to the northwest hill
and pick up the Lightning grenades. Get back in the bomber, light
the lantern next to the hill by flying over it and then fly to one
of the enemy bases and bomb your foes. If you have trouble, get out
and zap them with your grenades. Don't forget to destroy the enemy
bases.

When all the buddies have been wasted and the bases have been
destroyed, use your bomber to light the remaining lanterns. The one
on the middle hill can only be reached by flying. If your bomber is
destroyed, head back to the switch and press it again.

Other mission info
* Use tunnels and waterfalls to get around the map if you get lost
* Kill the enemy buddies quickly; they like attacking your base in
  this mission


iii) Return to Sender

Unlockables: Undead skin

Dr. Madasalorrie is going to destroy the Mech factory for us. To do
this, he needs to 'pretend' to rejoin the enemy team. Once he has
gained their confidence, he'll sabotage their mech operations and
destroy the factory. He has been hurt and can't walk well, so you
need to drive him into the enemy base using a special vehicle.

From the start, build a Tazar and head east, past the east enemy
base. You'll reach a tree next to a hill. Jump on the tree and onto
the hill. Destroy the tree on the hill and a Megacrate will drop.
Inside it is an Ankh. Yep, it's back! Obliterate the enemy buddies
at each base. Watch out for the automatic Gatling turret guarding
the walled enemy base that the scientist needs to get to.

When the bases are clear, head towards the northwest corner of the
map. You should see a waterfall. Go up it, through the tunnel and
you'll find yourself standing next to the special vehicle (jeep.)
Get in it and drive back to your base to pick up Madasalorrie. Run
him over before he gets in because he has a habit of getting in and
getting out constantly. When he gets in, drive to the walled enemy
base. If you see an enemy buddie, get out and kill him.

Other mission info
* You can't lose the special vehicle before the scientist gets a
  ride
* At the start of the mission, the enemy buddies get ready to
  launch attacks on your base


iv) Mad Mechs
-------------
Difficulty: 7/10
Time limit: None
Unlockables: Moon Goes Boom Bomb-Ball map

There's no sign of Dr. Madasalorrie. The enemy buddies' mech
operations haven't been sabotaged either. He must have been killed.
You're our only hope, now. Destroy the Mech factory and the Mech
soldiers!

Another mission where your base is destroyed and you're on your
own. First, head to the southeast corner of the Mech factory and
you'll see a switch. Press it and a Megacrate will drop at the
southeast corner of the map. It contains a Pocket Missile Upgrade.
Then head to the west side of the map and you'll find another
switch. Pressing it drops a Megacrate at the southwest corner. This
one contains a Scatter Bomb. Then go to the northeast corner of the
Mech Factory and press the switch on the small hill. The Megacrate
drops at the northeast corner of the map and contains a Super 4-
Pack Missile. When one switch is active, the rest aren't. You must
press them in that order to get what you want.

Now to attack the factory. In order to damage the factory, you must
first destroy the 4 turrets around it. Watch out for the Mech
soldiers. They have Laser Rifles and bazookas. Use the hit and run
technique to attack the turrets because the soldiers keep coming.
The Mech soldiers are quite weak, so killing them is quite easy.
When a turret is destroyed, fire will appear around the factory, so
be careful.

When all turrets are destroyed, you have the chance to destroy the
factory. Again, watch out for the Mech soldiers. When the factory
is destroyed, the leader of the Mech soldiers will appear in a
Mechwalker Upgrade. As soon as the factory blows up, RUN FOR IT!!!!
The lighting from the Mechwalker can cost you a lot of health and
can hurt you from quite a distance. Fire missiles at it from a
distance because they will hit it. You can also destroy some
buildings to release shields. Use them to attack the Mechwalker at
close range. You can also use the Copter Gunship to destroy the
Mechwalker. Press the switch at the north side of the map and a
Megacrate containing a Copter Gunship will drop at the northwest
corner of the map. Get in it and attack that crazy robot from
above. Once the robot is destroyed, you'll complete the mission.
Well done!

Other mission info
* If you run low on ammo or health, use the crates near the factory
* Trees around the map can be destroyed for handy pickups

15. Rubber Jungle mission walkthrough

you complete this set of missions, peace and order will be restored
to Buddieland. Good luck!


i) Fumble In The Jungle
-----------------------

Unlockables: World 7 crate contents, Suits skin

A Stealth Harrier has crash-landed in the jungle. You must retrieve
it and eliminate the enemy buddies that intercepted the distress
call that the Stealth Harrier pilot sent out.

At the start, turn the camera around 180 degrees then pick up a
crate and put it on the left edge of the small mound in front of
your home base. Jump on the crate and jump over the big hill
surrounding your base. Head northwest and you'll reach the Stealth
Harrier but it's guarded by 3 automatic turrets, lions and a huge
pool of lava. Jump over the lava and quickly get in the Stealth
Harrier. Then fly away as fast as you can before the automatic
turrets shoot you down. When you disappear from view, fly back to
the automatic turrets but don't go too close. Shoot and destroy
them and a Megacrate will drop. It contains a Multi Orb Gun. Grab
it, then fly to the northeast enemy base and kill all the buddies
there. Watch out for the nearby automatic turrets.

Then head to the other enemy base. This one is guarded 5 automatic
turrets. Destroy them, then kill the enemy buddies. Remember not to
go too close to automatic turrets when destroying them.

Other mission info
* A Cyborg would be useful for getting through the lava because
  lava can't hurt them.
* Lava doesn't harm tanks either. Building a tank would be useful,
  too
* If the Stealth Harrier is destroyed, you won't fail the mission
  but you won't get a gold medal


ii) Inflammable Cannibals
-------------------------
Difficulty: 7/10
Time limit: None
Unlockables: Slippery Pot Shot Bomb-Ball map

Buddie cannibals have captured the 6-star Generals and are going to
cook them. You must free them and take them to the helipad at your
base so they can evacuate.

From the start, build yourself a Krypto Light Gun but watch out for
the automatic turrets. There are about 11 automatic turrets in this
mission so watch your back. Then head to the enemy bases and kill
the cannibals. Destroy their bases, too. Then head back to your
base and build a Killer Tank Rocket.

Once in the tank, destroy all the automatic turrets at the corners
of the big wall in the middle of the map. If you lose your tank,
simply build another one. Then head towards the northwest corner of
the map, where you'll find 3 captured Generals. They are guarded by
an automatic turret. You can destroy it from a distance but be
careful. When it blows up, head up the stairs and destroy the
prison cells to release the Generals. Then head towards the
northeast corner of the map. Another 3 captured Generals are here
and they're guarded by another automatic turret. Destroy it then
destroy the prison cells to release the Generals.

Now it's time to head back to your base. Make sure all 6 Generals
are with you and head towards your base. Avoid the automatic
turrets on the hillsides. When you reach your base, guide the
Generals onto the helipad to complete the mission.

Other mission info
* There is a Thunderball next to the automatic turrets at the west
  side of the map. You don't really need it so just leave it
* If a General gets hurt, use your Medic to heal him
* Saving 3 Generals activates a Megacrate, which drops at the
  lions' den. It contains a Stealth Bomber


iii) Temple Tantrum
-------------------
Difficulty: 7/10
Time limit: 6.00
Unlockables: Temple Tantrum battle map

Another deathmatch mission. The enemy (and you, of course!) can
build Super buddies. But for once, it's easy to kill them! Head to
the base east of your stacking pad and you'll find a Krypto Light
Gun (ignore the lion guarding it.) Then simply electrocute the
enemy buddies. If they build Super buddies, the Krypto Light Gun
will waste them very quickly. Yes! That's their weakness! The
Krypto Light Gun! If you like, you can build more buddies and put
them in the homing turrets and watch the enemy buddies try to get
to the crates but get blown away!

Other mission info
* There are switches beside the bases. Pressing 3 of them drops a
  Megacrate, which I think contains a Krypto Light Gun. Pressing all
  4 drops a Megacrate, which contains an Armageddon Barrel
* If you get hurt, use the waterfalls to heal you. Yes, the
  waterfalls have healing powers

iv) In For a Pound
------------------
Difficulty: 8/10
Time limit: None
Unlockables: Virtual Brutality Domination map

This is another deathmatch mission but it is very hard. The enemy
buddies start with weaponry and you start with nothing! As soon as
you go invisible, run to one of the stacking pads and wait until
someone builds a Krypto Light Gun. As soon as the crate is kicked
open, grab the gun. The enemy buddies always attack your base so if
you see someone heading for your base, steal their weapon. When
you're armed, build a Killer Homing Missile Tank and launch an
attack on the enemy bases. Your tank will probably get destroyed,
so keep building them. Or you can steal an enemy's built tank. Keep
attacking the bases until they're destroyed. When all bases are
destroyed, finish off the remaining buddies.

Other mission info
* There is a 4-Pack Missile on top of a hill at the northwest
  corner of the map
* There are totem poles around the enemy bases. Destroying all of
  them drops a Megacrate on a tower at the northeast corner of the
  map. It contains an Armageddon Barrel

And that's all the Rubber Jungle missions completed! And you'll be
pleased to know that that's all the Buddieland missions completed,
too! Congratulations! Sit back and watch the cinematic, where peace
and order has been restored to Buddieland. But Baddies are watching
them and their positions are given away. The Baddies head back up
to the Baddie Moon. But a buddie grabs onto the rocket before it
takes off and goes with them.

16. Loon-A-Moon mission walkthrough
-----------------------------------

Welcome to the Baddie Moon. You've reached the Baddies' home and
the Baddies were responsible for dropping the crates on Buddieland.
It's time to stop the Baddies before they do it again!


i) Space City
-------------
Difficulty: 8/10
Time limit: 6.00
Unlockables: Space City battle map, World 8 crate contents

Another hard deathmatch mission. You're not fighting buddies now.
You're fighting the strong and evil Baddies. This mission is set in
the Baddies' power city. You must eliminate the Baddies before you
can move further through the Baddie Moon.

From the start, quickly build a Pulse Rifle and head towards one of
the enemy bases. Destroy it, then head to another base and destroy
it. Repeat for the last enemy base and waste all Baddies. If anyone
attacks your base, head over there and obliterate them. Destroy the
towers around the city for pickups. Don't touch the lava or you'll
burn to death.

Alternative strategy:
Build a Pulse Rifle and destroy the towers at the corners of the
city. When all towers are destroyed, a Megacrate will drop at the
middle of the city, and in a pool of lava. Cheers, mate! Use a
Cyborg to get to it or destroy the tower at the southeast corner of
the city last because it contains a shield, allowing you to get to
the Megacrate without frying. The Megacrate contains a Flying
Saucer. Get in it and eliminate all the Baddies. It shouldn't take
too long because the Flying Saucer's weapon is very strong. But if
the saucer gets destroyed, you're screwed.

Other mission info
* Lava can't hurt Baddies, so don't try blowing them into it
* The Pulse Cannon is the upgraded version of the Pulse Rifle; try
  stealing it from a Baddie. There's not much time to build one,
  though

ii) Gang Star
-------------
Difficulty: 9/10
Time limit: None
Unlockables: Space skin

Dr. Madasalorrie has returned. He didn't die at the Mech Factory at
all. He escaped to the Baddie Moon because he is also a Baddie and
is planning to destroy Buddieland. He is surrounded by a force
field, making him safe, for now. To shut down the force field, you
must destroy the 3 generators powering it. When the force field
deactivates, kill Madasalorrie for betraying you.

Believe me, this mission is hard. The Baddies won't leave you alone
for a second and they'll just keep coming. Quickly build a Laser
Rifle and destroy the tower north of your stacking pad and grab the
shield. Then head to the Baddies' stacking pads and kill some
Baddies. If you see a Baddie with a Pulse Rifle, kill him and grab
it. Make sure the Baddies don't destroy your base. You can walk
through lava in this mission because you're a Cyborg.

When you successfully kill all the Baddies, go and destroy the 3
generators. Watch out for the automatic laser turrets. There are 2
easy to reach generators and one of them is on top of a small
'hill.' There is a yellow space plant nearby, which releases a
jetpack if you destroy it. You can also build a Super buddie to
destroy the generator, if your base is still intact. When all
generators are destroyed, go and kill Madasalorrie. There are
automatic turrets guarding him, so be careful. You could destroy
them before you destroy the generators. To kill Madasalorrie, you
must destroy the small generator that he is using. When the
generator is destroyed, Madasalorrie will run away from it,
allowing you to kill him.

Other mission info
* When you destroy the 3 generators, a Megacrate will drop near
your stacking pad. It contains a Flying Saucer. Use it to kill any 
remaining Baddies


iii) Lava Palaver
-----------------
Difficulty: 8/10
Time limit: 8.00
Unlockables: None

The Baddie Moon volcano is about to erupt! You must save the 5
aliens called Ikimen. There is a teleporter that, when activated,
will send an alien back to Buddieland. To activate the teleporter,
you must touch the 4 power beacons. Whenever you save an alien, the
teleporter will turn off and you must activate it again to save the
next alien.
The alien locations are: Southeast of your stacking pad, south part
of map beside a teleporter, on hill where you get teleported to, on
small hill east of main teleporter, south of one before.

Your base is destroyed again but so are the Baddies bases. As soon
as the mission begins, go to the southwest corner of the map, grab
the Laser Rifle and touch the power beacon. Then touch the
remaining power beacons (they're all at the corners of the map.)
When the teleporter is active, go to the south part of the map,
grab the Pulse Rifle and walk onto the teleporter. Jump off the
hill and go east from the main teleporter and pick up the alien. If
Baddies are coming, hold them off before getting the alien. Touch
the fan at the bottom of the teleporter hill to go up to it. Walk
over the teleporter whilst holding the alien to save it. The
teleporter will turn off, so you must re-activate it.

Try to kill the remaining Baddies now. You must do it quickly,
though. When all Baddies are dead, re-activate the teleporter and
save the alien next to the other teleporter. Repeat for the alien
on the hill and the smaller hill near the teleporter. When 4 aliens
are saved, a Megacrate will drop beside your deactivated stacking
pad. Inside it is a Flying Saucer. Get in it and use it to touch
the power beacons. There should now be about a minute left. Fly
back to your stacking pad and get the alien on the small island
surrounded by lava. When you pick it up, jump from the island to
the land. If you or the alien touch the lava, the mission will
surely be failed. If you make it off the island, get to the
teleporter as fast as you can before the volcano erupts.

Alternative strategy:
Waste the Baddies at the start then get all the aliens and put them
next to the fan beside the teleporter. Then activate the teleporter
and save each alien one by one.

Other mission info
* There is a Laser Cannon on a small hill near the teleporter
* Destroy the space plants for pickups. Handy when you're killing
  the Baddies


iv) Boss-A-Nova
---------------
Difficulty: 10/10
Time limit: None
Unlockables: Ghost mode, Baddie skin, Funky crate contents

This is the final mission in Team Buddies. It's time for a final
showdown against Dr. Madasalorrie's greatest creation, the
Megamech. Even though Madasalorrie is dead, the remaining Baddies
are going to avenge his death, but not if you can stop them! They
have taken control of the Megamech and are ready to kill you. So
destroy the Megamech...if you can...

You're base is destroyed again in this mission. But a Megacrate
drops next to you at the start. It contains a Laser Rifle. Pick it
up, then head to the northwest corner of the map. Step on the fan
and then step on the teleporter. Head south and destroy one of the
plants near the automatic turret. One of them contains a shield.
When you find the shield, find and attack the Megamech. If the
Baddies exit the Megamech, a Megacrate will drop at the south part
of the map. It contains a Pulse Cannon, the perfect weapon. If the
Baddies don't exit the Megamech, it will go to its recharger and
recharge its health.

When the shield runs out, go to the southwest corner of the map.
You'll see a large group of automatic turrets with a teleporter in
the middle. Run to it and you'll be taken right in front of another
automatic turret. Quickly walk onto the fan and onto the
teleporter. This one takes you to the Megamech's recharger. There
are 4 towers powering it. Destroy one of them and a Megacrate will
drop at the place where the Megamech takes you if it jumps on you.
The Megamech will jump on you when you attack the recharger towers.
The Megacrate contains a Laser Cannon.

Just keep going to the recharger and destroy the remaining towers.
Each one you destroy drops a Megacrate. When you destroy them all,
the Megacrate dropped contains a Flying Saucer. You'll find it at
the place where you started the mission. Get in the flying saucer
and fly to the Megamech's recharger. By the way, when the
Megamech's recharger is destroyed, it can't recharge its health
anymore. Shoot at the Megamech until it's destroyed. It might take
a while because the Baddies will constantly exit the Megamech when
it takes damage. When the Megamech is finally destroyed, you'll
hear a loud 'POP!' as all the Baddies in the Megamech die. Then the
Megamech itself blows up.

Other mission info
* Destroying a recharger tower drops a Megacrate.
  1 tower: Laser Cannon
  2 towers: Super Dam Buster
  3 towers: Pulse Rifle
  4 towers: Flying Saucer

And that's it! You've done it! Congrats! You have completed Team
Buddies! Sit back and watch the short cinematic where the President
says: "So, you won a game! Well, what do you want from me, a
medal?"

Now it's time for some multiplayer mayhem! Completing the game
unlocks Ghost Mode and also unlocks Funky crate contents in
multiplayer.

18. Multiplayer games
---------------------

There are 4 games to play in multiplayer: Deathmatch, Bomb-Ball,
Domination and Capture. Here is a list of the rules and how to play
each game.


i) Deathmatch
-------------

This is the main multiplayer game. All you have to do is wipe out
the enemy teams to win. You lose if your team is wiped out or if
you run out of time.

Ghost Mode can be used in this game. It can only be used when there
are 3 or 4 teams and at least 2 of them must be human controlled
teams. When a human team is wiped out, the player gets to control a
ghost. Ghosts can disappear like Stealthies and can scare enemy
buddies. But ghosts cannot be killed. To return to the game, you
must walk over the smoking boots of a recently killed buddie. You
will return to the game as a buddie of the rank that was killed
(i.e. if a commando is killed, walk over his smoking boots to
return to the game as a commando.) The number of ghosts set in the
multiplayer options menu determines the number of times a player
can be resurrected.


ii) Bomb-Ball
-------------

This is a fun game. The object of the game is to get the Bomb-Ball
to explode in your opponent's goal area. Pick up the ball and throw
it to set the 3-second fuse. You score 1 point if the Bomb-Ball
goes through the goal posts and 5 points if the ball explodes in
the goal area. You get no points for carrying the ball across the

* If you drop the Bomb-Ball (i.e. if you get shot) and it bounces
  across the goal line, you score 1 point
* You can go wherever you want in the game, as there are no
  boundaries
* When a buddie dies, he will re-spawn at his team's goal area
* There are no crates or stacking pads in the game. You always
  start the game with weapons
* Look out for weapons and pickups around the map
* Keep away from the Bomb-Ball when it's about to explode because
  the explosion is heavy


iii) Domination
---------------

The object of the game is to capture 'Domination Points,' which are
areas of the map that give you points when captured. To capture a
Domination Point, touch it and keep it your team's colour for 5
seconds to score 1 point. Capture the other Domination Points so
your score will go up faster.

Other game info
* No team can be completely wiped out until the game is over. If a
  team is wiped out, a buddie re-spawns at their stacking pad


iv) Capture
-----------

In this game, each team has a pen containing an animal. The object
of the game is to steal an enemy team's animal and put it in your
pen. You get 10 points for getting an animal in your pen or 15
points if you get an animal in your pen when your animal is also in
it.

Other game info
* To pick up an animal, stun them with a quick slap and pick it up.
* You will drop an animal if you are shot (only certain weapons can
  do this)
* Animals cannot be carried in vehicles

Q: Can you tell me how to get the Baby Gatling Tandem Tank? Is there 
a code for it? 

A: This tank is found in Piggy in the Middle. It is a powered up tank 
but there are no super crates in this mission. Activate the super
