"A good, but VERY short game..."

Control: 7/10
Story: 7/10
Graphics: 6/10
Gameplay: 5/10
Music/Sounds: 7/10
Replayability: 1/10
Fun Factor: 5/10
Overall: 5/10

Harry Potter and the Sorcerer's Stone is a fun and good game but it is just to short. I mean you can beat it in one day if you play only a couple times a day. Takes about 5-6 hours just to beat the game if you take a long time, but only 4-5 hours if you know what you are doing.

Control: 7/10
The controls are not hard to learn. Some of the buttons you don't use at all doing the game except when you are learning and using new spells.

Story: 7/10
Well, if you didn't see the movie or read the book you might not know what is going on. So all you do is read page 7 of the instruction booklet to find know what the story of the game is. The story of Harry Potter and the Sorcerer Stone is sometimes like the movie, sometimes like the book, and some stuff were just add to make the game a little longer.

Graphics: 6/10
The graphics for the game are ok not as good as it could of been if EA would of spent more time on it.

Gameplay: 5/10
Well, all you do is go around doing what people have told you, like go to class, get something for them, etc. At certain points of the game you have to use your spell and sometimes you have to press X, O, Triangle, or Square to complete the spell. Sometimes you look for a colored Star on top of blocks, items, or ledges you press X and it does a spell.

Music/Sounds: 7/10
Basically you hear Harry Potter say the name of the spell and see him do the spell. That is pretty much it for sounds and now for music. The music in the game fits the surroundings great. If you are in a dark place they play music that makes the surroundings a little bit more strangish.

Replayability: 1/10
Well, the only reason you would play it again is because it is very short and easy to beat. Otherwise you will just put it in your collection of beaten old games to collect dust.

Fun Factor: 5/10
Like I said before the game is a fun game but gets boring after a while. EA even added Quidditch to play whenever you like. Other than that most the of the game is boring especially when you do not know what to do next.

Buy or Rent???
Well, only buy if your a Harry Potter fan other than that I would say rent since the game is very short.
