    BASIC SYSTEM=====----
    
    
    OverAll
    -------
    First Player with all 3 Characters beaten loses.  
    If Jumping backwards, attacks from the air can be guarded. 
    Attacking repeatedly over a guard can cause a guard break. 
    Counters can now be done against normal moves as well. 
    A member can be selected with the roulette option which changes them every fight. 
    The player is free to decide on the number of roulette fighters (1-3) 
    
    
    Advanced Mode 
    -------------
    1st Character has 3 Stocks, 2nd has 4 stocks, 3rd has 5 stocks 
    A DM done when POWered up depletes the rest of the meter .
    
    
    Extra Mode

    Extra Mode
    POWer meter shortens by every character Lost.
    Dodge attacks can be canceled to a combo.

       Press Start in the Order Select Screen to check the friendship between

    In the select Character screen, the Character's colors can be selected with the

                             --==Kyo's Infinity==--
                        Kyo has an infinity in Extra mode.
                   Do [Image]+ C from Hop(Dash) over and over.
                This move is reccomended only against the Computer.
    
    
    
                            --==Autoguards on DMs==--
      Ralf's Galactica Phantom and Goro's Root Grabber DM now have autoguards.
         Since the autoguard lasts uintil the move is executed, they can be
                 strategically used when opponents are jumping in.
    
    
    
    
                            --==Last Boss is Rugal==--
       The last boss is different from the Player's Rugal or Omega Rugal, 
                           has a new stage and a new move.
    
    
    
    
    
    
    
    =================================================================   
    
    ADVICE FROM THE MADMAN
    Here are some personal advice on Yamazaki and Rugal from the Madman, Henry Moriarty.
    
    
    
                               --==Yamazaki==--
      Yamazaki is not much different from 97'. He still has his nice priority
     jump kick and punch, his Snake Arm is still fast and can be used for quick
                          power up with the Snake Fake.
    
     His Guillotine is now like CrazyGlue- it rarely lets go of the opponent in
                      the second hit, so use it and abuse it.
        His Sand sweep can be done with only the D button now- the B button
     changes it into the new Foot Cruncher.  However there probably will not be
        much of a use with his old sand sweep anyway since it now pushes the
                           opponent far away in a hit.
    
     The Foot Cruncher hits two times- on its way up, and on its way down. The
      second hit is unblockable while crouching, and it can be used in combos.
     Although it may seem like the Foot Cruncher has quick recovery time, it in
     fact can easily be countered with a feirce attack so use it with caution.
    
    
    
    
    
                                 --==Rugal==--
          Do not overestimate Rugal- he is nowhere as strong as in 95', and
                     definitely not a character for beginners.
    
     Rugal is at his strongest in a middle-distance. Since his attacks are long
      but slow, once an opponent is close up to him he has a hard time getting
                    loose -so, always try to be on the offence.
    
     Basically, Rugal should not rely on his special moves and try to use them
     mostly in combos. His Reppuken comes out slow, his Kaiser Wave is big but
      comes out slower, his Godpress can easily be countered after a guard and
      his Dark barrier does not have the insane zero recovery like in 95'. His
      Genocide cutter is not a total anti-air but it can be usedful: just keep
     in mind that it should be used with B when insterting in a combo, and used
                             with a D as an anti-air.
    
      The Gigatec Pressure is also pure suicide when guarded, so it should be
        done only in combos or when the opponent is hit with a counter- for
      example, right after a Genocide cutter that has switched damages with an
       opponent. His other Dm-  the DeadEnd Screamer, is unguardable but too
     obvious a move and will easily get dodged by an opponent. Thus, try to use
       it to jump over an opponent when they are about to shoot a projectile.
