What does the GBA version have that the PSX doesn't?

0 load times.
Extra dungeon.
Extra bosses.
Some glitches fixed. (can't use cheap Vanish Doom/X-Zone trick)
Lower resolution (not really a problem unless on GBA Player)
Music sounds crappier
Saving in Slot 3 may result in deleted saves
