How do I do that bonus level?

I don't remember which realm, but one of the bonus worlds involves walking on this cloud of smoke while grabbing the coins. But for some reason, it looks as if I go through some of them. Is there some trick to manouvering around on the cloud?

Answer

you don't do thru them; you have missed them--unless you have a glitch. the cloud obviously moves on its own, but you can influence it slightly. the level is the Toxic Spire, and the secret door is Cloud9.

Simply keep your character over each incoming coin as if you were trying to cover them up and you should have no trouble with that bonus world.
