In which room am I able to refill the fire extinguisher?

How do you get behind the bookcase?

Refill the fire extinguisher in the Antarctic base when playing as Chris. It's the room with the large tank Chris has to drain to get a key. The refill-extinguishant is hanging in a large sack from the ceiling.

You can't get behind the bookcase until the power is back on.

Antarctic Base - Chris only.

There will be a blinking blue light on a switch just behind the elevator leading down into the weapon storage room (the room you use the extinguisher to get the magnum). Press the switch and the extinguishant container will raise up just in front of the glass tank containing the Crane Key (need the square pegged valve handle to drain for this, but you can get the extinguisher filled immediately). Use the Empty Extinguisher and it will refill. After this, take the elevator down and use it.
