Where can I find (site 11 key)?

Hey all.
Can somebody help me i cant find site 11 key from Lhusu mines.

It's at the Phon Coast. Head northwest of the crystal there and look for a man sitting against a rock face titled "The Man Who Fell." There is a shiny object beside him, examine it to find the key.
