Introduction
***********************
I first started to make this guide because firstly it was not covered in the 
guide by Voltanis. Secondly because I was always spending too much time 
deciding which character to choose and what equipment to try. I also saw 
someone on the message board asking what combination would be best for a 
certain character. Which in fact is what is in this guide, the best 
combinations depending on the characters strengths and weaknesses. Not 
every person will automatically have Infinity Clubs and Balls to their name.
The first five players which have the weakest stats will be mentioned in the 
beginner section, the characters next five characters with average stats will 
be explained in the intermediate section and so on.

As the game says, Tiffany is a player for beginners. This means that she has 
high impact making it easier for the player to get a perfect hit. This is why 
you should try and exploit this to the max. If you use the beginner, infinity 
combo then her impact will grow higher will most of her other stats will rise 
as  well. As her power is low it is recommended that you use her on the first 
few courses. If you are using her then that means you are a beginner and you 
would not survive on the harder courses anyway.

Alright, I had to put double infinity because it gave him his best stats. Giving
Jonnie Infinity Clubs and Balls improved various stats whilst dropping a few 
down (Impact and Height). Jonnie in my books is considered an intermediate 
player which is why I didn't try to raise his impact stat.

These two combinations are the best options for Pete. He is an average
character with no big strengths but a pretty good all rounder. With his new
equipment he is more evened out and all but 2 stats is improved.

The Infinity clubs and ball do wonders for Stacy. Instead of having two weak
stats they are all now average making her the perfect all rounder for anyone.
The only thing that has not improved is her Impact and Curve which had to be
sacraficed in order to raise everything else. I didnt equip any beginner gear
because it brought down the power stat too much.

I chose these two combinations because for one it brought up his spin stat.
Secondly it gave the best stat reading he could attain and it raised his shot
height to high. Altough it decreases his power a little it can be made up for.

Although her impact decreases slightly it is still at a good level and allows

A good transformation. A number of stats went up and very few came down.
Spin and Height were increased greatly. Mitch is now a better than average
player now with his new clubs.

Estelle is a power hitter no matter how you slice it. The Infinity Clubs and
balls were a must as she needed improvement pretty much everywhere.
However, now she is somewhat rounded off with a long drive.

This was a very hard decision because if you equip Turbo Spin Clubs
instead on beginner ones then will get A, B, E, A. However, I figured it
out and beginner won by 1 stat. Toni is now a perfectly slightly above
average player with good stats in everything.

John

John is a horribly uneven character. His stats are all low except for power.
This means you have to be an expert to play as him. All stats have been
improved except for Impact and Curve. All in all a pretty good upgrade.

Not a very good result here. I could not find another better combination.
Control and Impact were sacrificed to employ better Spin and Height.
A very unique character indeed.

An average result. I also tried Infinity Clubs with a Straight Ball and that
turned out okay. So if you hate his auto-fade then you can change to that.
Anyway, Impact and Curve were decreased to raise Power, Control and Spin.

The almighty Louise, tops in everything but Impact, Curve and ability
in roughs and sand traps. This Granny is truly a player for absolute
masters of the game. Nothing was sacrificed in order to make the most
powerful player in the game.
