What Do You Do At The Device ?
What do you do if the innocent willl not cross the bridge after you move the crates and charm him is it some kind of glitch or game data loss i cant get him to budge acrosss the bridge?

It sounds like a glitch, have you tried resetting the game and trying it again?...This game is full of glitches >.<
