    As I was looking through the internet trying to find a GOOD strategy guide
    that tells people how to get high scores _AND GIVES EXAMPLES OF LINES_ I found
    that there were none. There is an overabundance of guides that gave only the
    combo basics and nothing else. I believe that I have the ability to convey the
    message of the combo basics in an understandable manner as well as give
    strategies and lines, which none other has done for as many levels or as many
    lines as I have found. For this reason I decided to write this FAQ.

    Version 1.30:      Typed up lines for Airport and Skater Island as well. I
          have lines for other levels down, I just need to type them

         for Los Angeles. I ended up adding over 25k of info in only
                      around 3 hours.

           I I I                        COMBO BASICS
    ==============================================================================
    
    
    With the introduction of the Revert, and the ability for the multiplier to go
    well over what it ever could on any previous version of the THPS series (251
    to be exact), as well as an infinite special during your combo, makes insane
    scores achievable by very many in a short amount of time. However, there are
    still many people that are having problems getting their scores up there. In
    the next few paragraphs, I hope that I can explain just what is needed to get
    scores that get into the tens of millions.

                                    Base Score
                                    
    
    For those who have played any version of any Tony Hawk game, you should know,
    or at least recognize what your base score is. When you start to combo, you
    should see two numbers appear on your screen. One is the base score (BS) and
    one is the multiplier (MP).
    
    
                                    57,359 * 17
    
    
    Now, the 57,359 is the Base Score (I will call it BS from now on). If you
    landed this specific combo, you will have gotten a total of 975,103 (which is
    57,359 multiplied by 17) points. Not much of a score, but just an example.

                                    Multiplyer
                                    
    
    Much like the BS, the Multiplyer (From now on, MP) should be familier to just
    about every player of this great series. In the combo listed above, the number
    17 is the MP.
    
    
                                      ______
                                      Revert
                                      
    
    Personally, I despise the Revert. Eventually, though I have learned to except
    it, but I still don't like it much. A revert is basically a quick 180 degree
    turn right as you are landing on a quarter pipe (QP from now on). This can be
    used to extend your trick, even after you land from a QP. It can be manualed
    from or even jumped and tricked from. With the execption of Rio, it is next to
    impossible to get over 10 000 000 points with out a revert.

                                     Spinning
                                     
    
    Spinning has a similar role as is had in Tony Hawk 2. In both of the games you
    needed to pull off huge spins in order to get your base score up high. The
    larger your spin, the greater your score for that trick will be increased.

    So, if you do a Kickflip (worth 100 points) with a 360 then you will get 200
    points. If you do a 1080 Kickflip, then you will get 800 points.

                                    Air Tricks
                                    
    
    
    Air tricks are any tricks that can be done off of a QP or a kicker ramp.
    Usually 540s and 720s can be done off of the kickers and anything ranging from
    540s to 1260s can be done off of the QPs. Air tricks should make up about 90%
    of your BS. This is when you need to pull of special tricks with as large of a
    spin as you can possibly get. For a listing of good tricks, read the section
    for them later in this FAQ.

                                      Grinds
                                      
    
    Grinds do not have as much importance in getting your base score up as they
    did in Tony Hawk 2. No matter how large of a spin you do going into a grind,
    you will always get a score as if you did no spin. It is for this reason that
    grinds will play more of a supporting role, that keeps the combo going for a
    while, just trying to get both you BS and your MP a bit of a boost.

                                      Manuals
                                      
    
    More than ever before, manuals will play a huge part in extending your combo
    to its absolute fullest potential. At the end of your combo, you will be
    "tricking" to get your MP to its max. During your combo, you will manual from
    grinds to grinds, to a QP, from a Revert, just about everywhere. To master
    your manual is to master your combo.

                                      Tricking
                                      
    
    "Tricking" as I like to call it is the jumping from one manual to another
    manual with a trick in between (Manual - Shove It - Manual - Shove It - Manual
    - Shove It....). Unlike Tony Hawk 2, every trick you do will add 1 onto your
    MP, so you will never have a MP of 145.5  thus making it easier to get your MP
    up twice as quickly. As your combo starts to come to an end, you will want to
    jump off of whatever you are on and just trick your way until you fall.

                                      Goals
                                      
    
    The first thing that you should do is to create reasonable goals for yourself.
    A good goal would be 1 000 000 point combo: 10 000 000 point combo....  In
    order to get some of these combos, you will first need to know what kind of BS
    and MP you will need to reach your goal.

    This list shows some of the most common goals that people have, and what sort
    of BS and MP you will need to get each one of your goals.

                              Base Score  vs. Multiplyer
                              
    
    If you looked at the chart above, you should have noticed that you will need
    both to get ungodly scores. But for the common player, which is more
    important? Personally, having felt the limitations of Tony Hawk 2 on PSX with
    a MP of 28.5 but with base scores easier to build, then playing the same game
    of Dreamcast having a MP of 103.5 but harder to build BS, multiplyer is much
    more important. If you are able to build up your MP by "tricking" your MP to
    over 100, you can get an easy 10 000 000 by doing a quick set of reverts. If
    you are ever in a jam and need your score, build up your MP (this means you
    have to be good at manualling)

                                 Building Base Scores
                                 
    
    Unlike those of Tony Hawk 2, base scores CAN NOT be racked up by doing a 1080
    into a long grind. Which, to me, is bittersweet. I was awsome at doing long
    grinds, so I had to learn a whole new way of playing, and looking for good
    lines. Anyway, building your base score should be the first goal of your
    combo. Simply find a half pipe (HP from now on) and get your special up on one
    side, then do a huge trick off of one side (1080 Special Grab - Revert) then
    land in a revert. Keep in mind, there are no Perfect or Sloppy landings, like
    previous versions of the game so if you land a bit off, it is alright. After
    you land from the first revert, either manual to the other side of the HP, or
    if you have enough speed, just jump off of that side and do the same as the
    first jump. Then repeat what you did one more time.
    
    After your third air trick and revert, you speed should be somewhat delpleted,
    this is about time when you should start taking some strategy and find a good
    line.

                                  Finding Good Lines
                                  
    
    When looking for a line, try to get one that involves pretty many grinds that
    are somewhat short, and many different rails. The more times you jump from one
    grind to another you build your BS and MP, and if you jumped from one rail to
    a different rail, you balance should be increased. Also, at the end of a
    series of grinds look for a place where you can do another air trick (either a
    QP or a kicker ramp, or jumping off of a ledge). Once you have these basics
    down, try to make the combo a repeating one (Meaning you want to be able to go
    in a circle over and over again for the same combo).

    This crude drawing shows at least a basic conept of a good line. Get into the
    HP, do a set of reverts then get out on the left rail. From there jump to the
    top left rail, then top right. When you are done with that rail, jump over to
    the QP and pull off an air trick. Revert and grind on the rail below the HP.
    
    As a side note, whenever you are grinding any rail for any time greater that a
    quick tap, do a special grind. The only time when you should not do a special
    grind is if you a doing a "Kiss the Rail", but you will rarely want to do a
    special manual.

                                Building Multiplyers
                                
    
    
    Building your MP is much easier than in any other verison of Tony Hawk. Before
    you get done building up your base score in a HP, your MP should be at least
    10, and depending on how good you are at your grinding balance, it could be as
    high as 200 before you are done with the actual combo.  Once you are done with
    the comboing, it is time for the tricking. As long as your manual balance is
    good, you can build up a huge scores and quick. (Keep in mind if you have a BS
    of 250 000, every 4 tricks nets you another million)
    
    A good way to build up your MP but is kind of a cheat is to equip the "Casper"
    special, then when you are ready, keep performing the Casper Flip. As long as
    you are balancing, and doing it, you can build up your MP very fast.

                                      Tricking
                                      
    
    At the end of your combo, you will want to trick out your MP. There are many
    people that do this my doing a manual then a trick, then try to fix their
    balance. This is not the way that you will want to do this. Try doing around
    five quick jumps and and tricks, then fixing your balance. Another tip that I
    picked up is; If you are a Nose Manualer (like I am) try to keep your balance
    on the upper half of the meter. Likewise, a Manualer should try to keep it on
    the bottom half of it. This way, when your balance starts to fail and you
    overcorrect, you will be safe. Also, if you have a problem with the quick
    balancing at the end of your combo, and prefer Nose Manuals, when you feel
    yourself about to bail, switch to a manual and your combo will be landed.

                                      Specials
                                      
    
    Just like every other Tony Hawk game, specials are the key to getting high
    scores. Fortunatly for us, you can equip up to 10 specials for each one of
    your characters. Preferably, try to get 5 or 6 air tricks and the rest grinds.
    You will want to choose special air tricks that are quick and easy to pull
    off.
    
    1-2-3-4 Air
    Nollie Flip Underflip
    Super Hand Clap
    Handspring Layout
    Panhandling
    Assume the Position II
    Misty Flip
    Kickflip Backflip
    Christ Air
    
    All of these special air tricks are great to have equiped. As for the special
    grinds, choose whichever one you think looks cool and you are good at
    balancing, because all of them are worth the exact same point value.
    
    When you go off the the very first QP or HP to start out your combo, try to
    pull off a 1080 Handsrping Layout - 1234 Air. This will net you around 55 000
    points. However, most people find it hard to get that amount of air, so a good
    idea is replacing the 1234 Air with the Nollie Flip Underflip. This will still
    net you a good 45 000. On the second set, do whatever you want (I like
    Panhandling) but anything is good including the Handspring Layout - Nollie
    Flip Underflip again.

              V                           COMBO LINES
    ==============================================================================
    
    *****   I have talked to many people that have realized that most of the
            courses only have one real good line, with some variations of it.
            However, some people have figured out a way that adds replay value
            (especially for those who hate the Revert *me* as well as others who
            have both the Manual and Revert. Basically, they are making combos
            using the THPS 1 trick engine and the THPS 2 trick engine. I will
            include combos that support both of these styles of tricks, and they
            will be noted in the beginning of each combo.
    
    
    *****   Also, for some of the lines posted (Mainly the THPS 1 based lines)
            doing all of what I have posted is IMPOSSIBLE. However, most of what I
            have posted is in some way connected to another part of the combo.
            This means that I could have something posted in a line that no body
            can do in the order that I have it posted, but it is still possible if
            you try to do it in a different variation of the combo. The only
            reason that I choose to do it this way is to help people create their
            own combos. If they are on a rail, I am trying to show them all of the
            possible ways they can go, weather it be in the beginning of their
            combo, or at the tail end.

    From the start of the level, skate down the rollin that is in front of you.
    When you get to the bottom of the rollin, there will be a HP in front of you.
    Get some air off of the side of the HP that is furthest from the start, then
    begin your combo on the other side. Once you are done with your set of
    Reverts, grind the lip of the HP going towards the left side of the level.
    Quickly, jump off to your right and manual over to where there are two rails
    next and a walkway. Grind the right rail, then transfer over to the left one.
    
    At the end of this rail, jump strait ahead of you onto the rail that circles
    around and behind the QP. Once you get up a bit on the rail, transfer over to
    the lip of the QP. Once you get to the elevated part of the QP, transfer back
    to the rail. **Then you could transfer over to the ledge to your left, then at
    the end of it, wallride the wall and land back on a grind on the rail you were
    on**.  At the end of this rail, there are some different options you could
    do...
    
    __________
    Option #1:      At the end of that rail, jump off to the right and you should
          see a quarter pipe in front of you. Perform an air trick off
                    of the quarter pipe and land in a Revert. Once you have
                    landed, manual and jump over and grind the lip of the QP.
    
                    After you are on the lip of the QP, transfer to the yellow
                    rail that is behind it. Grind this rail until the end of it,
                    then transfer back onto the walkway railing. **If you have the
                    right timing, you can hit the up-slope and pull off a 540 or
                    720 special before you land back in a grind.** At the end of
                    this railing, jump off and go to the right. Wallride the wall
                    to your right and try to do a quick special trick.
    
                    When you land, go off to the left a little bit and there
                    should be two quarter pipes near you. Grind the lip of the
                    nearest one, and then transfer over to the other one. At the
                    end of the second, jump off to the left and manual over
                    towards the wall. Do the same wallride trick as you did on the
                    other side.
    
                    Once you land, there should be a rail leading up to the waste
                    container in front of you. Grind this rail to the top, then
                    transfer to the next rail, then the rail that slopes down. At
                    the end of this rail, jump off slightly to the left and manual
                    up the slope and go into the flat area inside of the QP. Jump
                    off of a quarter pipe near the control booth and do a special
                    trick and land in a grind on the control booth.
    
                    If you are going towards where you just came from, follow the
                    instructions for Option #2. If you are going towards the other
                    way, just repeat as much as you can.
    
    
    __________
    Option #2:      When nearing the end of the rail, jump off and grind the rail
          that is in front of you. Then at the end of the up-slope, jump
                    off and grind the rail in front of you. **Depending on your
                    timing, you might be able to pull off a quick 540 special
                    before you grind.** Then grind the rail that goes down the
                    slope. At the end of the rail you have another couple of
                    options.
    
         ____________
         Option #2-1:      As soon as you get off, jump off to your right. The lip
               of the quarter pipe should be near you. Grind the lip
                           going to the other side of the level. Once you are near
                           the end, jump off to your right and go towards the
                           handrails. From here, you can repeat what you just did
                           over again.
    
         ____________
         Option #2-2:      At the end of the rail jump off to the left. There will
               be a wall off to your left. Wallride the wall and do a
                           quick special. When you land, go off to your right and
                           you should see two quarter pipes in front of you. Grind
                           the lip of the nearest one, then transfer to the other
                           one. From there, jump off to your right and the wall
                           should be right on your left Wallride the wall and pull
                           off a quick special and land in a manual. Then repeat
                           the process again.
    
    
    No matter which option you choose, as soon as you can no longer balance on
    rails, keep on tricking to get your MP up as high as you can.

    Variation #1      From the start of the level skate down the rollin and make
          your way to the back of the level where there is the curved
                      quarter pipe. In the middle of the back end of the quarter
                      pipe is a control booth. Do a large spinning special grab
                      from the right side of the control booth and land in a grind
                      of the control booth going to the left.
    
                      Continue to grind the rail until you get to the large molten
                      bucket. Once you are there, jump over it and land in a grind
                      on the rail in front of you. Continue to grind this rail all
                      of the back to the molten bucket, then jump over it again.
    
                      When you start to go up the slope, jump off to the right and
                      grind the yellow rail. When you get to the flat part of the
                      rail, jump to your right and grind the ledge. At the gap,
                      jump to the ledge in front of you, then over to the yellow
                      rail. At the bottom of the yellow rail, jump off and land in
                      grind on the handrail by the walkway.
    
                      Transfer over to the left handrail, then back over to the
                      right. Then back over to the left handrail. At the bottom of
                      the handrail, jump off to your left and grind the lip of the
                      half pipe. As soon as you land on that, quickly and as often
                      as you can, jump up and do a trick and land in a grind again
    
    ____________
    Variation #2      From the start of the level, make your way down the rollin
          and to the back of the level. When you get to where the long
                      curved quarter pipe is, you should see a platform above you.
                      Get up onto that platform. There will be another long curved
                      quarter pipe on that. Get some air off of one side, then on
                      the edge of the other side jump off and pull off a huge
                      special. Depending on which side of the quarter pipe you
                      jumped off of, follow either "Variation #1" listed above or
                      "Variation #2" listed below as your line.
    
    ____________
    Variation #3      As soon as you start out the level, angle a bit to your left
          and there should be a kicker ramp in front of you. Jump off
                      of the kicker ramp and do a quick special trick. Land in a
                      grind on either the left or the right handrail on the
                      catwalk. If you are on the left side transfer over to the
                      right side and then go through the set of rails. If you are
                      on the right side, then just follow the set of rails that
                      you are on.
    
                      At the end of this rail, do a quick special grab and land in
                      a grind on the rail that is on top of the large buckets.
                      Grind this rail until its end, then jump off and do another
                      special grab and land on the yellow rail. As soon as you
                      land on that rail, jump off to your right and land in a
                      grind along the top of the quarter pipe. When you reach the
                      control booth, jump over it and land in a grind on the other
                      side.
    
                      Depending on your balancing skills, go around two or three
                      more times. Then when you get to the control booth the next
                      time around, jump off to the left and grind on the yellow
                      rail. From the end of the rail, jump off and land on the up-
                      slope of the next rail. At the top of this rail jump off and
                      grind the flat rail. Then quickly jump off to the right and
                      grind the rail that is parallel to you, and do the exact
                      same thing again.
    
                      You should now be facing the other direction. When you are
                      nearing the end of that rail, jump to the right, then backto
                      the left. You should be going back down a slope. At the
                      bottom of the slope, jump off to the yellow rail. As long as
                      you have balance, jump to the lip of the quarter pipe, and
                      continue with the combo using the "Variation #1" as your
                      line.

    As soon as you start out the level, turn off  to the right and hop over the
    fence. Continue to skate through the area with the pools and get into the area
    with the two half pipes. Get into the halfpipe that is nearest to the parking
    lot area. Then get some air off of the side that is furthest from the parking
    lot. Then when you get to the other quarter pipe, do a big spin with a special
    trick. Revert, then do the same on the other side, then once again on that
    side.
    
    As soon as you land from the third revert, jump up and grind the lip of the
    quarter pipe. When you get on it jump off to the left and grind the top of the
    fence. Then quickly jump back onto the lip of the quarter pipe. Continue to
    grind this lip until you get to the gap in the quarter pipes. Jump the gap and
    then land in a grind on the other side. From here, you have a couple of
    options..
    
         __________
         Option #1:     When you land on the lip of the quarter pipe, grind around
              the corner, then jump off to the left and land in a grind
                        on the fence. You should see a totem pole ahead of you a
                        bit. When you get near the totem pole jump off to the left
                        and grind the wings of it.
    
                        At the end of the wing jump off and land in a grind on the
                        fence that is on the ground. When you near the corner of
                        the fence jump off to the right and grind the other fence.
                        After a bit of time on that fence, jump off to the right
                        and land in a grind on the rail.
    
         __________
         Option #2:     Grind the lip of the quarter pipe around the corner and
              down the slope. When you start to near the end of the lip,
                        jump off strait ahead of you and land in a grind on the
                        short rail. Hold on to the grind and grind the next rail
                        ahead of you.
    
    
    Which ever way you took, you should be on the same rail. At the end of this
    rail, jump off and manual ahead of you and get some air off of the right side
    of the curved quarter pipe. Do a large spinning special and land in a grind on
    the fence. Grind the fence for a bit, then you have another couple of
    options...
    
         __________
         Option #1:      When you get about half way to the end of the fence, jump
               off to your left and land in a grind on the top of the
                         funbox. Jump off of the funbox and manual strait ahead
                         until you get to the quarter pipe that is in the corner.
                         Do a spinning special trick, then land in a revert. Once
                         again, you have another couple of options...
    
              ____________
              Option #1.1:     As soon as you land, you should see a small quarter
                   pipe off to your right. Try to get your way around
                               the bend that you need to do, then get some air off
                               of the quarter pipe and do a spinning special.
                               Revert, then manual ahead and grind the fence that
                               you were on at the very beginning.
    
              ____________
              Option #1.2:     When you land, revert and skate a bit to the left,
                   you should see the fence that you jumped off of
                               going alongside the parking lot. Wall ride the wall
                               and then jump up and land in a grind on the fence.
    
         __________
         Option #2:     Instead of jumping off of the fence to the left, simply
              grind the fence around the corner and down the length of
                        the next side.
    
    
    Either way, you should be grinding the fence going towards where you first
    started. Right before you get to the quarter pipe, jump off to the right and
    grind the lip of the quarter pipe. **If you want, you could go over to the
    other side of the half pipe and do a trick, then go back on the lip of the
    quarter pipe, but sometimes your speed gets completely eliminated.** Once you
    are on the lip of this pipe, you can just circle around Canada as many times
    as you can. Then when you have no rail balance left, jump off of the rails and
    trick out your combo.

    C   A   N   A   D   A   #   2
    
    
    
    Note: This line is a THPS 2 based line... (No Reverts)
    
    When you first start out the level, turn right and then jump over the little
    fence that is on your right. Grind the lip of the nearest edge of the nearest
    pool, then go over to the pool in the back Circle around this pool so you have
    good speed and are facing the curved quarter pipe. Get some air off of the
    right side of the quarter pipe and do a spinning special. Land in a grind
    along the fence. From here you have a few different options in which you could
    take...
    
         __________
         Option #1:     Just grind along this fence until you  get to the half
              pipe area in the back. Once you get there, you can pretty
                        much just follow the exact same line that is described
                        above in the "Canada #1" combo.
    
         __________
         Option #2:     Grind this rail until it gets to the part where there is a
              funbox just to the left side of it. When you get there,
                        jump off and land in a grind on the top of the funbox.
                        Jump off of the funbox and manual over to the quarter pipe
                        that is strait ahead of you. Jump off of the right side
                        and do a spinning special. Land in a grind of the fence
                        that is beside the quarter pipe.
    
                        Grind this rail until you go completely around the quarter
                        pipe at the bottom of the parking lot area. There should
                        be a wire leading up to a pair of signs. Grind this wire,
                        and then the two signs. At the end of the second sign,
                        wall ride the wall and then grind the fence.
    
                        You should now be grind the fence in the opposite
                        direction that you just came from. When you get to the end
                        of the pool, jump off to the left and manual to the left a
                        bit, and then turn a fairly sharp right. You should have
                        the first quarter pipe in front of you. This is when you
                        just repeat the combo that you just did.
    
    No matter which option you chose to take, make sure that you "trick out" at
    the end of the combo so that you can get the maximum score possible out of
    your combo.

    As soon as you start the level jump down to the left. You should be in the
    inside of a half pipe. Get some air off of the side nearest to the street.
    Then do your set of three reverts off of the half pipe. When you land the
    third revert, jump up and grind the lip of the quarter pipe in front of you to
    the right. Jump once and grind the lip again. This should give you enough
    speed to transfer over to the metal street railing.
    
    Once you are on the street railing, grind it until you get to the end of it.
    Then jump off and land in a grind along the bus stop. From the end of the bus
    stop, jump off and grind the metal railing. At the end of this railing, jump
    off of it and do a few manuals across the back of the level.
    
    On the other side of the level, grind the railing itself (The metal part). At
    the end of that, jump up and grind along the platform. About half the legth of
    the platform is a raise in levels. Jump right as the raise comes and you
    should get enough air to pull off of 720 Special trick.
    
    Land in a grind on the cinder block wall. At the end of this wall, jump off
    and grind the metal railing. Then from that railing, jump off and grind the
    long cinder block wall. From there, jump off and grind the railing that is by
    the street.
    
    Continue this circle around the course until your balance is all but gone,
    then jump off of the grind and trick out your combo.

    When you start out the level go down the ramp and then get your special up. Go
    back up the ramp and jump off to the right and pull off a spinning special.

    quarter pipe, jump off and land in a grind along the metal railing.
    
    From here just continue the combo that is listed above and you should be able

    At the start of the level go down the ramp and then face towards the left. You
    should see a thin half pipe on with its back connecting to the back of one of
    the larger half pipes in the back of the level. Get some air off of the side
    nearest to the street. Then do two reverts, and on your third time up the
    quarter pipe, angle to the left and land in a grind on the wire. As soon as
    you get past the lip of the quarter pipe, jump off to your left and land in a
    grind on the ledge that is near the fence.
    
    Grind this ledge around the corner until you are facing the center of a large
    half pipe. Manual and jump through the two half pipes until you get to a
    quarter pipe that is facing you. Jump off of this quarter pipe and revert.
    Combo the same way you just came and grind the ledge again.
    
    After grinding this ledge, jump off to your right and manual and jump forward
    until you get to the half pipe that you started out the combo with. Jump off
    of the quarter pipe nearest the street at an angle to the left. While doing a
    spinning special land in a grind on the top of the trailer.
    
    Grind the wire after the trailer, and right before you get to the next
    trailer, jump off strait ahead and land in a grind on the planter that is
    between the house and the fence *You may need to manual one time*. At the end
    of the planter, jump off and grind the crack in the concrete that is in the
    back yard.
    
    Once you get your balance on that, jump over to one of the other two cracks.
    At the end of either crack, there should be a quarter pipe in front of you.
    Perform a spinning special off of the quarter pipe and revert. Quickly jump
    back onto the crack that you just got off of. Transfer to another crack if you
    think that you can. Then at the end of the cracks, jump off and try to grind
    the planter that you came in on. From here you have a few different options
    for tricks that you can do...
    
         __________
         Option #1:     From the end of the planter jump off forward and manual
              one time, then grind the top of the trailer that is in
                        front of you. Grinding this trailer should lead you to
                        near the original half pipe that you started the combo
                        with. Once you get near that half pipe, jump in it and do
                        a spinning special off of the side furthest from the
                        street and then land in a grind on the wire, basically
                        repeating the whole combo all over again.
    
         __________
         Option #2:     At the end of the planter, jump off to your left and land
              in a manual. There should be a ledge just off of the house
                        that you can grind. Grind the ledge if you can, then
                        transfer to the second ledge.  Jump off of the ledges and
                        manual your way across the street. When you get to the
                        other side you have another set of options that you can
                        do...
    
              ____________
              Option #2.1:     In front of you should be another street with a
                   quarter pipe on either side of it. If you can, jump
                               off of one of the quarter pipes and do a spinning
                               special over to the other one. *This is very hard
                               to do so you may just want to do the spinning
                               special off of one of the quarter pipes and revert
                               your way back down*. Once you land, manual and jump
                               your way back across the street, where once again
                               you have another set of options...
    
                   _____________
                   Option #2.1a:     Manual back over to the half pipe that you
                        began you combo with and do the exact same
                                     thing as "Suburbia Combo 1: Option 1".
    
                   _____________
                   Option #2.1b:     Manual all of the way across the street until
                        you get to the ledges right by the house that
                                     lead to the planter. Grind the ledges, and
                                     then transfer to the planter and continue
                                     doing the combo from what you already have
                                     done.
    
              ____________
              Option #2.2:     Manual across the street then turn to your left.
                   There should be a kicker ramp that faces the pool.
                               Jump off of the kicker ramp and try to land in a
                               grind on the pool. If you can not grind the pool,
                               manual then grind the pool. Continue to grind the
                               pool until you face the same direction that you
                               came in. There should be a quarter pipe in front of
                               you. Jump off and do a spinning special to a revert
                               off of the quarter pipe. Jump off and land in a
                               grind on the quarter pipe.
    
                               When you face the wall that separates the two
                               yards, jump off and wall ride the wall. As soon as
                               you get to the peak of your wall ride, jump up and
                               grind the top of the wall. *You could also do a
                               quick 540 special if you want*. Then jump off until
                               you get into the street. Once you are in the street
                               you have the exact same options as "Suburbia Combo
                               1: Option 2.1a" and "Suburbia Combo 1: Option
                               2.1b".

    From the start of the level skate forward until you get to the first set of
    escalators. You should see a kicker ramp that is in front of you and leads to
    a light railing. Jump off of the kicker ramp doing a 360 or 540 special and
    land in a grind on the light. Once you are on the light and near the end, jump
    off to your right and land in a grind on the diagonal light that leads towards
    the right side of the level. Then at the end of that light, jump off and land
    in a grind on the light that is parallel to the right wall. From this light,
    jump off and land on the final light. Once you are nearing the end of this
    light, jump off to the right and wall ride the wall and perform any special
    trick that you choose. If you can, land in a grind on one of the benches in
    the open area. From here you have one of two different options that you could
    take...
    
         _________
         Option #1     When you land on the grind you can either try to build up
              your base score by landing in a special grind and just
                       grinding out your combo until your balance is all gone. Or
                       you could land in a regular grind and then do hidden combo
                       after hidden combo to make your multiplyer higher than it
                       already is.
    
         _________
         Option #2     Option #2 is kind of an extension to option number one, but
              it is a more stylish way to end your combo, even though you
                       may not get as many points as you would the other way.
    
                       When you land in a grind, grind around the circle one or
                       two times. When you are about to face the left hand wall
                       (as you are looking at the back of the level) jump off and
                       land in a grind on the top part of the benches. Make sure
                       that you land on the long strait part and not the part with
                       all of the curves. From there, simply grind until you are
                       near the end. Before you get to the end, jump up and grind
                       the same rail again to build up your speed. Then you can do
                       another one of two things...
    
              ___________
              Option #2.1     When you land from you last jump, jump off to the
                   right and land in a grind on the middle part of the
                              escalator that goes down. Once again you can do one
                              of two things to either build up your multiplyer or
                              your base score.
    
                   ____________
                   Option #2.1a     When you land, simply land in a special grind
                        and grind your way to the bottom of the
                                    escalator. Then when you are at the bottom,
                                    jump off and do a trick and land your combo.
                                    This way builds up your base score.
    
                   ____________
                   Option #2.1b     As soon as you land in a grind on the thick
                        rail jump and land in a grind of the other
                                    side of the rail. This is kind of difficult to
                                    explain, but you stay on the same part, you
                                    just transfer sides. Keep on jumping back and
                                    forth on the same rail all of the way down and
                                    you should be able to add around ten total
                                    points to your multiplyer.
    
              ___________
              Option #2.2     As soon as you land on that rail, jump off to the
                   left and wall ride the wall. Then as soon as you
                              can, jump off and do any special trick that you wish
                              to do. Sometimes if you are lucky, you can land in a
                              quick grind on one of the escalator rails, but that
                              rarely happens. This way is my personal favorite way
                              to end this combo.

    A   I   R   P   O   R   T   #   2
    
    
    
    Note: This combo is a THPS 1 based combo (no manuals or reverts).
    
    As soon as you start off the level, turn to your right and get into the
    baggage claim. As soon as you are in there, special grind the left side of the
    long platform that goes through the walk way that you are in. Then after you
    make the turn, jump over to the right side of it, then quickly back over to
    the left side again. When you are at the end of this rail, jump off and land
    in a grind on the escalator and grind your way to the bottom. At the bottom
    you should see a set of rails that are side by side. Jump off and land in a
    grind on the rail that is on the right. When you near the end, jump off and
    land in a grind on the rail that curves towards the center of the baggage
    claim area. Once again, jump off of this rail when it is at the end and land
    in a grind on the other curved rail. Right before you get to the end of this
    rail, jump off and land in a grind on the next rail. Grind this rail until its
    very end, then jump off and grind the escalator rail that is directly in front
    of you. Make sure that you jump off of the end of that rail, otherwise you
    will do a long grind on the escalator that ends up depleting your grinding
    balance. After you make your way back down, jump off and grind the rail that
    you just came from.
    
    Continue to grind this series of rails until you can no longer balance. Also,
    if you are like me and prefer to do your THPS 1 combos with the "Super Stats"
    cheat on (I like it like that because the balance seems to be a bit more like
    the original game when you transfer rails, but when they are longer grinds, it
    makes it much easier, so I usually turn it off when I am in the beginning of a
    long grind) you can get this combo all of the way up to the 100 000 000 point
    mark in free skate and around 45 000 000 in a 2 minute run.
    
    
    _________________________________
    A   I   R   P   O   R   T   #   3
    
    
    
    From the start of the level skate down until you get to the bottom of the
    second set of escalators. Once you are there, you should see a large quarter
    pipe on either side of you. It does not matter which side you start on, so
    just do your set of three spinning air tricks to reverts. When you land, turn
    and face the escalators. Jump and land in a grind on one of the rails. When
    you land, transfer onto anther one and grind that one until you start to fall
    back down. When that happens, transfer to another and then at the end, jump
    off and manual across the flat part just ahead of you. You should see a small
    quarter pipe towards the back of the level. Get some air and do a spinning
    special off of it. Then land in a revert. Manual across back to the
    escalators. From here you can do one of two things...
    
         _________
         Option #1     When you get on the escalators, grind one rail on the outer
              side of them. Then transfer to a middle rail, and then back
                       to the outside. Grind the outside one until you start to
                       come back down the slope. When that happens, jump and grind
                       one of the middle rails. If you can, jump back and grind
                       one of the outer rails.
    
                       This should start to look familier, so you can just keep on
                       doing this part of the combo until you do not have enough
                       speed to do anything greater than a 540 when you jump off
                       of the quarter pipe (Which is what I usually end up doing).
                       Then when you are done you should follow the directions for
                       "Airport Line 3 Option #2
    
         _________
         Option #2     When you get to the escalators, grind one of the middle
              rails that is kind of fat. When you grind on one, quickly
                       jump to the other side and grind the other. This is hard to
                       explain how to do, but it kind of looks like you are doing
                       a hidden combo grind, but you are just transfering rails
                       very quickly. You should be able to do this around 5 or 6
                       times boosting your multiplyer up by around twelve total
                       points.
    
                       Then right as you get to the top of the slope, jump off and
                       do a 540 special grab and land in a manual. Manual and jump
                       until you get to the walkalator things (the things you
                       stand on and it moves you). Once you are there, grind the
                       fat middle part and just transfer from one side to the
                       other boosting your multiplyer even more. At the end of
                       this rail, you have one of two options...
    
              ___________
              Option #2.1     Jump off of the rail and go to the right until you
                   get to the escalator. Once you are there, you have
                              another set of options...
    
                   ____________
                   Option #2.1a     Jump and grind one of the outer hand rails and
                        then transfer to one of the middle ones. Then,
                                    as soon as you land, transfer back over to the
                                    other hand rail and continue to grind that one
                                    until you come back down the slope. When that
                                    happens, jump off and grind one of the inner
                                    hand rails. Then at the end of that, jump off
                                    and land in a manual.
    
                   ____________
                   Option #2.1b     Grind one of the inner handrails. Just like
                        you could have done on the other escalator and
                                    walkalator, you should transfer from one side
                                    of the railing back to the other side as
                                    quickly as possible. Then when you are at the
                                    top of the slope, jump off and do a 540
                                    special and land in a manual.
    
                                    From there, you should see another walkalator
                                    in front on you. Grind the fat middle part of
                                    the handrails and transfer back and fourth
                                    over and over again until you are at the end
                                    of the rail. Then, jump off to your left and
                                    land in a manual. You should see a ledge that
                                    closes in a baggage drop off area. Grind that
                                    ledge until you get to the wall. Then jump off
                                    and manual across the starting area until you
                                    get to a ledge on the opposite side of the
                                    area. Grind this ledge leading back to the
                                    walkalator that you just came in from. Once
                                    you are at the end of that rail, jump off and
                                    go over towards that walkalator.
    
                                    Once you land, jump off and grind the fat
                                    middle part of the walkalator. Transfer from
                                    one side of the rail back to the other
                                    building up your multiplyer even more. Then at
                                    the end of the rail, jump off and manual over
                                    to the escalator in front of you. From here
                                    you have another set of options...
    
                        ______________
                        Option #2.1b.1     Manual over to the kicker ramp that is
                             ahead of you, and jump off of that
                                           doing a quick special and land in a
                                           grind on the light rafter. Continue to
                                           do the "Airport Line #1" until you get
                                           to the end of the lights. Instead of
                                           grinding the benches, just manual over
                                           to the escalator and grind the fat
                                           middle part of it and transfer back and
                                           fourth from it.
    
                        ______________
                        Option #2.1b.2     Manual to one of the fat middle rails.
                             Then transfer back and forth from one
                                           side to the other building up your
                                           multiplyer.
    
    
                              Either way that you could have went you should be at
                              the bottom of the first escalator (except "Airport
                              Line #3 Option #2.3b1" but I'll get to that). Once
                              you are there manual and jump over to the walkalator
                              that is right in front of you. Grind the fat middle
                              part of the railing. Then transfer from one side to
                              the other. At the end of this rail, jump off and
                              manual through the security check and towards the
                              next set of escalators.
    
                              From there grind the fat center part of escalator
                              and, well you know what to do. Once you are at the
                              bottom of the escalator, you can, "theoretically" do
                              the whole combo over again.
    
                   ___________
                   Option #2.2     Once you are there, jump off to the left and
                        manual through the security check. You should
                                   be in a room where there are a set of rails.
                                   Just do the combo that is listed as the
                                   "Airport Line #1" combo.
    
    
    No matter which option that you chose to go, be sure to trick out your combo
    at the end of it to milk every last million out of the combo that you can.

    Note: This is a THPS 1 based combo (No manuals or Reverts).
    
    When you first start off the level you should see a wooden fence off to your
    right separated the pool and half pipe area from the street area. Skate over
    to that and grind the top of the fence. Keep on grinding until you get near
    the end. Once you are there, jump off to your right and land in a grind on the
    clover pool there. Grind the lip of this pool until there is a fence that is
    on your left. Jump up and grind along this fence. From here you have a couple
    of options you can do...
    
         _________
         Option #1     As soon as you land on the fence, jump off to your right
              and grind along the fence that you started your combo on.
                       Then after grinding the fence for a second, jump off and
                       land in a grind on the lip of the clover pool again,
                       essentially just making a circle around that area.
    
         _________
         Option #2     Grind the fence around the corner, then at the end of it,
              jump off and land in a grind along the lip of the large
                       half pipe. When you get to the spot where there is a hump
                       in the half pipe, jump off of it and do a 540 or 720
                       special grab (or a flip if you prefer). This should align
                       you with the lip of the nearest pool, so just land in a
                       grind on it.
    
                       Once you are on this lip, grind it until you are right next
                       to the oval shaped pool. When you are there, do a quick
                       transfer to the lip of that pool and then grind the pool
                       around.
    
                       When the fence that you first started you combo on comes up
                       on your left, jump on it and grind. Grind this lip until
                       you get near the slope. From here you have a couple of
                       options you could do...
    
              ___________
              Option #2.1     Jump off to your right and land in a grind on the
                   wooden fence that is next to the deep end of the
                              pool to your right. Grind this fence until the end
                              of it, then jump off strait ahead and you should be
                              able to grind the lip of the pool again.
    
                              From there, grind the lip until you get to where the
                              other pool is just on your left. From here you have
                              another couple of options...
    
                   ____________
                   Option #2.1a     Simply continue to grind the same pool that
                        you are on until you get to where the wooden
                                    fence that you started you combo on is to your
                                    left. Once you are there, jump off and land in
                                    a grind on it and continue with either "Skater
                                    Island Line #1 Option #2.1" or with "Skater
                                    Island Line #1 Option #2.2" or with "Skater
                                    Island Line #1 Option #2.3"
    
                   ____________
                   Option #2.1b     When the other pool is on your left, do a
                        quick transfer and land in a grind on the lip
                                    there. Continue to grind this pool until you
                                    do a complete circle. Once you are there,
                                    transfer back to the deep-shallow pool and
                                    pick up "Skater Island Line #1 Option #2.1a"
    
              ___________
              Option #2.2     Grind until you are just at the beginning of the
                   upwards slope, then jump off to your right and land
                              in a grind on the wooden plank that slopes upwards.
                              As soon as you start to grind, jump off and do a
                              quick 540 special. You should be right on line to
                              grind the lip of the half pipe.
    
                              Grind the lip of the pipe until its end, then jump
                              up and grind along the fence that curves off to the
                              right. As soon as you can, jump off to the left and
                              grind the fence that you originally started your
                              combo on.
    
              ___________
              Option #2.3     Grind the slope going upwards. Right away you have a
                   another set of line options that you could do...
    
                   ____________
                   Option #2.3a     This is very tricky, but you will need to jump
                        off to the left right before you get to the
                                    top of the slope. Hopefully, you will be able
                                    to grind one of the rafter railings that is in
                                    the air. Grind this until it ends, then jump
                                    off to the right and do a quick 540 special
                                    grab and land in a grind back on the fence
                                    that you started your combo on.
    
                    ____________
                    Option #2.3b    Just continue to grind the slope upwards and
                        forward until you get to the clover pool
                                    again.
    
    As you may be able to tell by the description, this combo is a very
    interesting combo. You can put very many different variations on the combo,
    and since you can go around the loop a few times before you run out of
    balance, you can do practically possible way and not repeat anything.
    
    Writers Note:  For me, this was probably the most fun that I had making a THPS
                   1 combo up to this point in the game. There was a lot of
                   improvisation and just jumping back and forth. If you do not
                   like THPS 1 combos, I suggest that you at least try this one.

    Skate forward at the start of the level until you get to where there is a half
    pipe with one quarter pipe on the left wall and the other right next to the
    opening that leads to the half pipe. Jump off of the side nearest the half
    pipe and do a spinning special. After doing your set of three reverts, grind
    the lip of the quarter pipe that is in front of you going towards the right.
    At the end of that quarter pipe, jump off and land in a grind on the lip of
    the next one.
    
    After you grind around the corner, you should jump off and manual then jump
    again. If you are lucky you should be able to land this jump on a grind on the
    clover pool. If you are not, aim towards that way on your next jump. From here
    just follow the combo listed under "Skater Island Combo #1 Option #2.3a" but
    instead of jumping before the top of the slope, jump off right and the top and
    do a 720 special grab and land in a manual. From there you can just manual
    strait ahead and grind the lip of the quarter pipe where you first started to
    grind.
    
    From here you should be able to go around the Skater Island at least twice.
    When you are done, get into the street area and just trick out your combo. You
    should also try to grind as many of those small ledges and rails that are all
    over the place. If you do that, it should provide enough speed to allow you to
    jump off of a quarter pipe every now and then and do a spinning special to a
    revert.

    From the start of the level make your way down the hill and to the right. Keep
    on going forward until you get to where the fountain is. When you are there,
    transfer up to the top of the lobby using one of the quarter pipes. When you
    are up there, start your series of airs to reverts off of the side that is
    nearest the Hollywood sign. On your third air, jump off to the left instead of
    reverting and land in a grind on the top of the quarter pipe that is below.
    From there, jump off and grind the edge of the planter.
    
    Continue to grind the series of planters until the end of the last one. From
    there you should do a 540 special trick (you can get a 1-2-3-4 Air if you time
    it correctly) and land in a manual. Go over to the quarter pipe that is in
    front of you and grind its lip to the left. Then at the end of the quarter
    pipe, jump to the next. Finally, jump off to the right and wall ride the wall.
    
    You should fall to a grind on the ladder of the fire engine. Grind this until
    you are near the top, then jump off and wall ride the wall and do a quick 360
    or 540 special grab and then land in a grind on the ledge. When you get near
    the end of the edge, jump off to the right and do a wall ride to a 540 or 720
    special (or a flip) and land in a grind on the steps below. Grind these steps
    until there end, which should be a slope going upwards.
    
    Jump off of this slope while doing a 540 special and land in a grind on the
    chain that connects the two ledges. Then jump off to the left and manual
    across the street to where there are a set of planters. Grind the first
    planter towards the left. Then transfer to the next and then finally to the
    "Earthquake Rail". At the end of that, jump off to the left and manual across
    the street.
    
    You should manual ahead until you get to a quarter pipe that is in the corner.
    Get some air off of it and do a spinning special to a revert. Manual across
    the walkway to the quarter pipe that you first started to grind and then just
    continue to go around LA in your combo until you can no longer balance. Then
    when you are done, make sure that you trick out your combo.

    Note: This combo is a THPS 2 based combo (No Reverts).
    
    From the start of the level make your way down the hill and to the right. Keep

    left doing a spinning special and land in a grind on the top of the quarter
    pipe that you originally started your combo out on.
    
    From here you should be able to go around LA a couple of times before your
    balance goes out on you. If you can, be sure to trick out this combo to get
    your highest score possible.

    Note: This is a THPS 1 based combo (No manuals or Reverts).
    
    There are three different variations to the beginning of this combo...
    
    ____________
    Variation #1     From the start of the level make your way down the hill and
         to the right.  Continue to go forward until you get into the
                     fountain. Then get onto the roof that you needed to for the
                     two previous combos listed. Jump off of the side further from
                     the Hollywood sign while doing a spinning special. Make sure
                     you are angled to the left. While you are in the air, you
                     should see a set of balconies. Grind the series of balconies,
                     then on the last one, continue to grind and you should grind
                     down and around the corner.
    
                     When you near the bottom of the slope, jump off to the right
                     and grind one of the hand rails on the walk way. If you are
                     on the side nearest to the car wash, jump one time and grind,
                     then transfer to the other side. Then continue to grind this
                     rail around the corner. You should see another set of rails
                     ahead of you. Grind this set, then when you are about at the
                     end, jump off to the left and land in a grind on the planter
                     that curves around the corner.
    
    
    ____________
    Variation #2     As soon as you start off the level, jump down the steps. You
         should see a rail that is right next to the street. Grind
                     this rail to the right down the street. Once you get to the
                     end of the rail, jump strait up and land in a grind on the
                     pole on the light post. Then jump up and land in a grind on
                     the telephone wire. Jump and grind one more time on the wire
                     to build up speed. Then when you get at the top, jump off and
                     grind the balcony that is there. Jump off of the balcony and
                     land in a grind on the lip of the quarter pipe. From there,
                     jump down and land in a grind on the long planter.
    
    ____________
    Variation #3     From the start of the level go down the hill and over towards
         where the little pool thing is. There should be a roof with a
                     quarter pipe on the top of it. Get onto the roof and jump off
                     of the side nearest to where the Hollywood sign is. Jump off
                     to the left and land in a grind on the lip of the quarter
                     pipe, then quickly jump off and grind the planter.
    
    Grind this planter and then the series of them. On the third one, transfer to
    the rail that is alongside the walkway and nearest to the car wash. From
    there, jump and grind one time then transfer to the rail on the other side.
    When you land on this rail, jump and grind one time, from here you have a
    couple of options...
    
         _________
         Option #1     As soon as you land on the second rail jump off to the left
              and land in a grind on the lip of the quarter pipe. From
                       there, jump and grind one time for speed. You should be
                       going up a telephone wire. On your way back down, jump off
                       to the right and land in a grind on one of the rails. From
                       here, just follow the directions for the "Los Angeles Line
                       #3 Variation #1" line.
    
         _________
         Option #2     As soon as you land on the second rail, jump off and land
              in a grind on the box which leads you to a telephone wire
                       across the street.
    
    Either way you go, you should eventually come across to the other side of the
    street. From there you will have another couple of options in which you could
    do...
    
         _________
         Option #1     Before you get to the end of the rail, jump off to your
              right and grind the top of the yellow platform. From here,
                       you also have another couple of options for what you could
                       do...
    
              ___________
              Option #1.1     Jump and grind two or three times and you should be
                   grinding on a telephone wire that leads across the
                              street. Grind this until you are nearly across the
                              street and then you have a couple more options on
                              what you could do...
    
                   ____________
                   Option #1.1a     Jump off to your left and land in a grind on
                        the ledge that is alongside the building. When
                                    you get near the end of that ledge, jump off
                                    to the right and wall ride the wall. Then do a
                                    540 or 720 special trick (or a flip) and land
                                    in a grind on the steps below. Grind the steps
                                    until their end, and then jump off of the
                                    slope that leads upwards.
    
                                    Do a 540 special trick and you should be able
                                    to grind the chain that connects two ledges.
                                    Once you have gotten to the end of this, jump
                                    off of the rail and end your combo.
    
                   ____________
                   Option #1.1b     Continue to grind the telephone wire until you
                        get into the cavernous area that is ahead. If
                                    you grind this rail around the curve and back
                                    towards where you came, you should have
                                    another couple of options...
    
                        ______________
                        Option #1.1b.1     Before you get to the ledge, jump off
                             to the left and grind along side the
                                           edge that is nearest to you. Jump up
                                           and grind the same part of the ledge
                                           one more time to build your speed up.
                                           Then transfer to the other side of the
                                           ledge and grind it until you get near
                                           the end. Then jump off to the left and
                                           wall ride the wall and do a 540 or 720
                                           special (or  flip) and land your combo.
    
                         ______________
                         Option #1.1b.1    You can simply grind this rail across
                             the street and down the slope. From
                                           here you have another couple of options
                                           on what you could do...
    
    
    For space purposes, I will change the format of this combo until I post where
    it goes back to the normal formatting.

    Option #1.1b.1a     Before you get to the end of the telephone wire, jump off
         to the right and land in a grind on the top of the purple
                        platform. Grind this platform until its end, and once
                        again you have another couple of options that you could
                        do...
    
         _________________
         Option #1.1b.1a.1     Jump off strait ahead of you and you should be able
              to grind the top of a ledge. Continue to grind this
                               ledge all of the way around the corner. When you
                               get to the end of the ledge, there is nothing left
                               that you can do, so just end your combo.
    
         _________________
         Option #1.1b.1a.2     When you get near the end of the rail, jump off to
              the right and land in a grind on the telephone
                               wire that leads upwards. You may need to jump and
                               grind a few times to get your speed up. Once you
                               start to do that, you will have another set of
                               options in which to do this combo...
    
              __________________
              Option #1.1b.1a.2a     When you get to about where it reaches the
                   ledge, jump off to the left and land in a
                                     grind along the steps going to the left. You
                                     should know what to do from here.
    
              __________________
              Option #1.1b.1a.2b     Continue to grind this rail until it connects
                   with the corner of the roof. Then grind the
                                     roof around the corner and then around the
                                     theater roof. When you get back to the strait
                                     part of the rail, jump off and land in a
                                     grind on the ledge in front of you. Then at
                                     the end of this ledge, jump off and end your
                                     combo.
    
    _______________
    Option #1.1b.1b     Continue to grind this rail until you get onto the purple
         building. Then once you are on there, grind the lip until
                        its end. Then, sadly, you must finish your combo.
    
    
    The formatting for the rest of this combo will go back to its normal way
    starting right..........  NOW!
    
              ___________
              Option #1.2     Jump and grind the same rail just one time, then
                   jump off to the left and grind the top of the
                              quarter pipe. When you get to the end of the quarter
                              pipe, jump off diagonally to the right and land in a
                              grind on the curved block. After grinding this rail,
                              jump off and grind the top of the purple platform.
                              From here you can follow the combo lines listed
                              under "Los Angeles Line #3 Option #1.1b.1a.2". Or
                              you can grind the telephone wires that lead across
                              the street. If you choose to go that way, you have
                              another couple of options...
    
                   ____________
                   Option #1.2a     Before you get to the end of the street you
                        can jump off to the left and grind the ledge
                                    next to the building. From here, just follow
                                    the directions for "Los Angeles Combo #3
                                    Option #1.1a"
    
                   ____________
                   Option #1.2b     Before the end of the street, jump off to the
                        right and land in a grind on the ledge that is
                                    next to the building. From here follow the
                                    directions for "Los Angeles Combo #3 Option
                                    #1.1b.1"
    
                   ____________
                   Option #1.2c     Simply continue to grind the wire into the
                        cavern and around the back. When you are
                                    facing the front you can jump off to the right
                                    and follow the directions for "Los Angeles
                                    Combo #3 Option #1.1a" or you could continue
                                    to grind the wire across the street.
    
                                    Continue to grind the wire past the yellow
                                    stand and almost to the corner. Then at the
                                    end of it, jump off and hopefully you can land
                                    in a grind on the outer edge of the fountain.
                                    If you do, you can either do a special grind
                                    to build up your base score some, or you can
                                    do a large series of hidden combos until your
                                    balance is gone.
    
    
         _________
         Option #2     Continue to grind the telephone wire until you get to a
              yellow building type thing. Make sure that you have jumped
                       and grinded a few times otherwise you won't have enough
                       speed to do the next part. At the end of the rail, jump off
                       to the right and land in a grind on the ledge that goes to
                       the right.
    
                       Once you are on the ledge, grind it around the corner and
                       to its end. Then you can transfer to one of the steps that
                       is strait ahead of you. At the end of the steps, jump off
                       and land in a grind on the ledge. This ledge is not very
                       long, so just do a grind and jump off to the left. If you
                       have lucky timing you can do a Car Plant to end your combo.
                       If not, then just end your combo.

    At the start of the level go down the rollin and turn to your left. From there
    you should see a quarter pipe that goes around the corner of the level. Do a
    special trick off of the shorter side. When you land turn to your right and do
    another spinning special and revert. Then you should see a platform a little
    bit ahead of you. Manual over to the platform and there should be a walkway
    leading up to it. Grind the right side of the walkway until you get to the top
    of it. Once you are there, jump off and do a 540 special grab and land in a
    grind on the rail that is at the bottom of the level. Grind this rail until
    you get to the end of it, then jump off and manual strait ahead of you. Before
    you get to the bowls you should see a quarter pipe that is just right of the
    opening of the left bowl. Jump off of the quarter pipe to the right and land
    in a grind on the rail that curves into the lip of the bowl. After you grind
    the rail, jump off to the right and land in a grind on the wall that is on the
    back of the bowl area. You should grind this rail around the corner. At the
    end of that rail, jump off and land in another, and then one more rail.
    Finally, jump off of that one and land in the one that is just ahead of you.
    When you get to the end of that rail, jump off to the left and land on the
    walkway on the platform. Grind the rail that is on the left side of the
    walkway until its end. Then jump off and land in a grind on the rail that
    leads down to the regular part of the level. At the end of this rail, manual
    and you should be facing the quarter pipe that you first started the combo on.
    Manual over to that quarter pipe and do a spinning special off of it. Continue
    this combo until you can no longer balance on your grinds, then just trick out
    your combo to get as many points as possible.

    T   O   K   Y   O   #   2
    
    
    From the start of the level skate to the back part of the level until you get
    in the very back where there is a set of two pools. Get in the one that is
    furthest on the left as you are looking at them from where you started. Get
    some air and build up your special off of the back quarter pipe. Then do your
    standard set of three air tricks to reverts. Then after your third time
    reverting, you should be facing the back wall. Once you are there, manual and
    jump across there and grind it going to the left. Follow the same path that
    you did on the "Tokyo Line #1" combo until you get to the part where you
    should jump off to the left. Instead of jumping to the left, grind that rail
    until its end. Once you get there, jump off to your right and wallride the
    wall that is there. Jump off of the wall and do an air trick to build up your
    base score a little bit more. When you land in a manual, go over to the
    quarter pipe that goes around the corner and grind it in the direction of the
    rollin that you started the level on. At the end of this rail, jump off and
    land in a grind on the lip of the other quarter pipe that is in front of you.
    Grind this until the end of it. Then at the end, you have a couple of options
    in which you could do...
    
         _________
         Option #1     Jump as high as you can off of this rail and go over the
              billboard type thing that is in front of you. Do a 540
                       special trick or a flip and land in a manual. In front of
                       you should be a rail that slants off to the right. Grind
                       this rail and then at the end of it, jump through the
                       glass and land in a grind of the rail that is on the other
                       side. From this rail, just continue grinding until the end
                       of it. Then jump off to the final rail in the set. At the
                       end of this rail, jump off and go forward until you get to
                       the entrance of the pool. From here you have another
                       couple of options...
    
              ___________
              Option #1.1     To the left of the actual entrance is a quarter
                   pipe. Jump off of the quarter pipe and do a
                              spinning special. From here you can do another
                              couple of things...
    
                   ____________
                   Option #1.1a     When you jump off of the quarter pipe, angle
                        yourself a little bit to the left. Then when
                                    you are about to land, grind the rail that is
                                    just left of the quarter pipe itself. You
                                    should grind around the corner. When you get
                                    around the corner, do a quick transfer grind
                                    to the lip of the quarter pipe that is right
                                    next to you. Grind this rail until it is about
                                    to end. Then jump off to the right and land in
                                    a grind on the lip of the back quarter pipe.
                                    From here, you can just repeat the combo from
                                    where you started to grind from the set of
                                    reverts.
    
                   ____________
                   Option #1.1b     Jump off of the quarter pipe at a strait angle
                        then do your spinning special grab. When you
                                    land, land in a revert and then manual. After
                                    you land, jump and manual over to the right
                                    side of the level as you are looking at it.
                                    When you get past the loop, turn to the left.
                                    You should see a rail in the middle of the
                                    area with nothing by it. Grind this rail to
                                    the right. At the end of the rail, jump off to
                                    the left and land in a grind on the steps that
                                    are leaning up against. The platform. At the
                                    end of this, wall ride the wall and do a
                                    special trick. Land in a manual and go over to
                                    the quarter pipe that is in the corner. From
                                    here you can either grind the lip of the
                                    quarter pipe to the left and continue
                                    repeating the combo, or do a spinning special
                                    then revert and continue the combo as the
                                    "Tokyo Line #1" Combo.
    
              ___________
              Option #1.2     Instead of going off of the quarter pipe to the left
                   go into the pool itself. When you get to the back
                              lip of the pool, grind it to the left. From here you
                              can just continue the combo from where you first
                              started to grind after the set of three reverts.

         Option #2     Jump off of this rail and land in a grind on the billboard
              looking thing. At the end of the rail for this. There will
                       be another rail then another. All of these rails should
                       follow the side of the level until they get to the area
                       with the pools. Grind these rails until you get there. Once
                       you are there, jump off of the last rail and land in a
                       grind on the lip of the pool. Circle around the back part
                       of the level and you should be where you first started to
                       grind in your combo.

    When you start off the level in the very beginning, turn around and face the
    quarter pipe that you just came down. Jump off of the quarter pipe with a
    slight angle to the right. Land in a grind on the top wire and make the turn
    to the right so that you are grinding above the level. Continue to grind until
    you get to the large red platform. Once you are there jump off to the left and
    do a set up move off of the side that is to the left. When you land skate to
    the left and jump off of the quarter pipe going to the left and do a large
    spinning special. *If you time this correctly, it is possible to spin a 1260
    very often and I have even landed a couple of 1440s*. Once you do that land in
    a grind on the wire that is right below you. At the end of the wire is a red
    spiral rail. You should grind this until its end. At the end of it, it should
    slope upwards. At the end of this you have a couple of options in which you
    could do...
    
         _________
         Option #1     Jump off of this slope and do a 540 special grab and land
              in a grind on the wire that is right in your path. Grind
                       this wire around the corner. Right as you complete the
                       turn, jump off to your right and do a 360 triple heelflip
                       and land in a grind on the spiral rail that is there.
                       Depending on which rail you land on, you have a couple of
                       options in which you could do...
    
              ___________
              Option #1.1     If you had landed on the lower rail, grind it until
                   you get to the end of it. Then jump off to the right
                              and land in a grind on the rail that is in the
                              center of the area. At the end of this slope is an
                              incline. Jump off right at the top of the incline
                              and do a 540 special grab or a flip and land in a
                              grind on the _lower_ rail that is in front of you.
                              At the end of this rail is a similar slope that
                              leads upwards. Jump off of this and do a 540 special
                              grab or a flip and land in a grind on the rail that
                              is just ahead of you. At the end of this rail jump
                              off to the left and land in a manual.
    
                              As you land you should notice an angled part of the
                              wall. Wall ride this, but do not jump off until you
                              are on the part of the wall that is parallel to the
                              rail to your right. When you do jump off of the wall
                              do a 540 special grab or a flip. When you land,
                              manual then grind the rail that is just to your
                              right. At the end of this rail jump off to the left
                              and manual. Then quickly jump to your left and land
                              in a grind on the handrail of the ramp. At the end
                              of this rail, jump off and land in a manual. When
                              you manual, turn to your left and manual across this
                              area. *Watch out for the Neversoft girls, try to get
                              close to get the Ped Props, but if you get too
                              close... you will bail*. When the area starts to
                              turn to the left, turn and then face the atrium.
                              Once you get here, you have another couple of
                              options...

                   Option #1.1a     You should see a small quarter pipe off to the
                        left. Grind the lip of this leading towards
                                    the atrium. At the end of this lip should be a
                                    slope leading upwards. Jump off of this slope
                                    and do a 540 special grab or a flip and then
                                    land in a grind on the lip of the quarter pipe
                                    in the atrium. At the end of this lip is
                                    another slope. Jump off of the slope and do
                                    another 540 special grab or a flip and land in
                                    a grind on the rail that is above the quarter
                                    pipe. Right before the rail starts to turn
                                    right, jump off and do a 540 special grab or a
                                    flip and land in a grind on the lip of the
                                    quarter pipe on the outside of the atrium. As
                                    soon as you land, jump off to your right and
                                    land in a manual...
    
                   ____________
                   Option #1.1b     You should see a rail off to your right that
                        is right before the atrium. Grind this rail,
                                    and when it slopes upwards, jump off and do a
                                    540 special grab or a flip and land in a grind
                                    on the rail that is right ahead of you. As
                                    soon as you land, jump off to your left and
                                    land in a grind on the rail that circles the
                                    atrium. As you land there should be a slope
                                    right in front of you. Jump off of this slope
                                    and do a 540 special grab or a flip and land
                                    in a grind on the same rail. Right as the rail
                                    is about to turn left, jump off and do a 540
                                    special grab or a flip and land in a manual...
    
                              Either way that you went, you should be in the same
                              spot. From where you are, manual forward and a bit
                              to the left. You should see a flat wall in front of
                              you. Jump off of the wall and do a 540 special grab
                              or a flip and then land in a manual. There should be
                              a quarter pipe right in front of you. Jump off of
                              the quarter pipe and do a spinning special and then
                              revert and manual. When you land, you should manual
                              right across the back of the level and to the other
                              side of the quarter pipe. Jump off of the quarter
                              pipe and do a spinning special and land in a revert.
                              From here you can repeat the same process again or
                              you could follow the line from. "Cruise Ship Line #1
                              Option 1.2b".
    
              ___________
              Option #1.2     If you land on the higher rail, grind this rail
                   until it reaches the bottom of it. Once you do that,
                              do a quick manual and then jump off of the quarter
                              pipe that is immediately in front of you. Do a
                              spinning special grab and then land in a revert.
                              From here you have another couple of option that you
                              could do...

                   Option #1.2a     When you land from the revert, manual and go
                        to the right, then follow the line for the
                                    "Cruise Ship Line #1 Option 1.1"
    
                   ____________
                   Option #1.2b     When you land from the revert, manual to the
                        left and go across the flat area until you get
                                    to the other end of the quarter pipe. Jump off
                                    of it and do a spinning special. When you land
                                    in a revert, you should see a flat wall right
                                    in front of you. Manual over towards the wall
                                    and then do a wall ride to a flip on it. Land
                                    in a manual and then face the atrium. When you
                                    go to the atrium you have another couple of
                                    options...
    
                        ______________
                        Option #1.2b.1     When you land there should be a quarter
                             pipe on your right. Grind the lip of
                                           the quarter pipe until it leads to the
                                           glass right before the atrium. There
                                           should be a slope that leads upwards.
                                           Jump off of the slope and do a 540
                                           special grab or a flip and land in a
                                           grind on the quarter pipe that is on
                                           the ground in the atrium. At the end of
                                           this quarter pipe is another slope
                                           leading upwards. Jump off of this and
                                           do a 540 special grab. After the grab,
                                           land in a grind of the rail that is
                                           above the quarter pipe. Right before
                                           this rail starts to turn to the left
                                           jump off and do a 540 special grab or a
                                           flip and land in a grind on the quarter
                                           pipe on the outside of the atrium. As
                                           soon as you land, jump off to the left
                                           and land in a manual...

                        Option #1.2b.2     As soon as you land, manual off to the
                             left. You should see a rail right
                                           before the entrance of the atrium.
                                           Grind this rail, then as soon as it
                                           slopes upwards jump off and do a 540
                                           special grab or a flip and land in a
                                           grind on the rail that is above the
                                           quarter pipe. As soon as you land in a
                                           grind, jump off to the right and land
                                           in a grind on the rail that circles the
                                           atrium. Right as you land there should
                                           be a slope in front of you. Jump off of
                                           the top of the slope and do a 540
                                           special grab or a flip and land in a
                                           grind on the same rail. Then right as
                                           the rail is about to turn right, jump
                                           off and do a 540 special grab or a flip
                                           and land in a manual on the ground...
    
    
                                    Either way that you went you should be in the
                                    same spot now. From where you are, manual your
                                    way around the corner in front of you. As you
                                    turn to corner, continue to manual and jump
                                    across this area until it turns to the right.
                                    Manual around this turn and you should see a
                                    rail that is to your left. Grind this rail
                                    until its end. From there, jump off to the
                                    left and land in a grind on the rail that is
                                    there. Grind this rail and then the next one
                                    until its end. At the end of the second rail,
                                    jump off and do a 360 special grab and then
                                    land in a grind on the rail below. At the end
                                    of this rail, jump off and manual over to the
                                    quarter pipe in front of you. Jump off of it
                                    and do a spinning special grab. From here you
                                    can just repeat the same process that you
                                    started out with.
    
              ___________
              Option #1.3     If you happened to have missed the rail, land in a
                   manual and then go over to the rail that is right
                              ahead of you. From here you have another couple of
                              options...
    
                   ____________
                   Option #1.3a     If you want, simply grind this rail until you
                        start to slope downwards. From there, simply
                                    grind rail until the end of it, then jump off
                                    and grind the rail that is ahead of you. From
                                    here you can follow the line in "Cruise Ship
                                    Line #1 Option #1.2".
    
                   ____________
                   Option #1.3b     Grind this rail until you start to slow down
                        considerably, then jump off to the right and
                                    land in a manual. Jump up until you get to the
                                    top of the slope. Once you do, there should be
                                    a wall to your right. Wall ride the wall and
                                    do a 540 special grab or a flip and land in a
                                    manual. Then manual to your right and then
                                    grind the lip of the quarter pipe in the same
                                    direction that you are going. At the end of
                                    the quarter pipe, jump off and land in a grind
                                    on the rail that is directly in front of you.
                                    Grind this rail until right before it starts
                                    to slope downwards. Then jump off and do a 540
                                    special grab or a flip and land in a grind on
                                    the same rail. Grind this rail until the very
                                    end of it. Then you can follow the line
                                    "Cruise Ship Line #1 Option 1.1 paragraph 2".

        Option #2     Jump off of the red spiral rail and do a 720 special grab
             and land in a manual on the lowest area of the level. When
                      you land, there should be a quarter pipe in front of you.
                      Jump off of the quarter pipe and do a spinning special then
                      land in a revert. When you land, manual and then follow one
                      of the lines mentioned in the "Cruise Ship Line #1 Option
                      #1" line.

    Note: This is a THPS 1 based combo *No Manuals or Reverts*
    
    When you start off the level in the very beginning, turn around and face the

         Option #1     Jump off to your right and do a 540 triple heelflip and
              land in a grind on the lower rail. Grind this rail until
                       its end. At the end of it, jump off to your right and land
                       in a grind on the rail that is in the middle of the area.
                       At the end of the rail is an upwards slope. Jump off of
                       this slope and do a 540 special grab or a flip and land in
                       a grind on the _lower_ rail. Grind this rail until it
                       starts to slope upwards. Jump off of this slope and do a
                       540 special grab or a flip and land in a grind on the rail
                       in front of you. At the end of this rail you should see a
                       place where it angle and then goes back to normal. You must
                       jump right as you hit the angled part, and land in a grind
                       on the rail that is right by the large half pipe that the
                       boat can go in. Grind this rail until the end then jump off
                       and end your combo.
    
         _________
         Option #2     Continue to grind this rail until you start to slow down
              and then come back in the same direction. Then grind around
                       the bend again. However, before you can make the full bend,
                       jump off and land in a grind on the other railing that is
                       above the quarter pipe. Then at the end of that railing
                       jump off and do a 360 special grab and land in a grind on
                       the lip of the quarter pipe. Grind this lip until the end
                       of it. There should be a rail leading to the atrium from
                       here. Jump off and land in a grind on this rail. As the
                       rail slopes upwards, jump off and do a 540 special grab and
                       land in a grind on the rail in front of you. As soon as you
                       land, jump off to the right and land in a grind on the rail
                       that circles the atrium. There should be a slope right in
                       front of you. Jump off of this slope and do a 540 special
                       grab or a flip and land in a grind on the same rail. As
                       soon as you land, jump off to the left and grind the rail.
                       At the end of this rail, jump off and do a 540 special grab
                       or a flip and land in a grind on the rail below. Grind this
                       rail until the end, then jump off and end your combo.

    As soon as you start out the level, skate down the hill and then to your right
    until you get into the half pipe. Once you are in there, get your special up
    on the side that was nearest to you when you started. Once you do this, go off
    of the other side of the half pipe and do your set of three reverts. After the
    third revert, you should be facing the very front of the level. Go up the
    quarter pipe and grind the lip to your right. At the end of the rail, jump off
    and over the rail that is in front of you. You should see a ledge that is a
    bit ahead of you. Jump up and land in a grind on this ledge to the right. At
    the end of the ledge, wall ride the wall and do a 540 Special grab or a flip
    and land in a grind on the lip of the quarter pipe. You should be going to the
    right. Jump and grind once or twice, then jump off to the left and wall ride
    the wall. Jump off of the wall and do a 540 special grab or a flip and land in
    a manual. From where you are at, manual strait ahead until you get to the
    other end of the long quarter pipe. Jump off of the very right side and do a
    540 special and land in a grind on the high rail just to the right of the
    quarter pipe. At the end of this rail, jump off to the left and wall ride the
    wall and then do a 540 special grab through the hidden room. When you land in
    a manual, jump up and grind the lip of the quarter pipe going to the right.
    Transfer over to the next quarter pipe, and then the next. As soon as you land
    on the last one, jump off to the right and land in a manual. Then jump up and
    grind the ledge that you first started at. Continue to do this combo until you
    can no longer balance, and then simply jump off and trick out your combo as
    much as possible.
