    How to unlock characters in Mission Mode:

    Ninja Raiden - Raiden 50% clear

    How to unlock question mark (???) stages and unavailable levels:
    Clear all the stages above the ??? stage or the unavailable level, and the
    ??? stage or the unavailable level will be unlocked.
    
    If you have a The Document of MGS2 save file, all characters, stages, and
    levels will be unlocked initially. (more info below)
    
    
    After clearing Sons of Liberty once, regardless of difficulty:
    European Extreme difficulty is added.
    Boss Survival Mode is added.
    Casting Theater is added.
    DG Camera is added to the item inventory in the next game.
    
    
    SOL Difficulty Comparison
    JP Easy = US Very Easy
    JP Normal = US Easy
    JP Hard = US Normal
    JP Very Hard = US Hard
    JP Extreme = US Extreme
    JP European Extreme = US European Extreme
    
    New European Extreme is added in Substance
    Compared with JP SOL Extreme, European Extreme gives players half the Life
    Bar, half the weapon ammo capacity, no rations, enemy vision is twice as
    good, wake up in half the time, and does more damage to the player with
    their attacks.
    
    The game difficulty of Japanese PS2 Substance is the same as the US Xbox
    Substance.

    SNAKE TALES
    
    No radar.
    Acquirable weapons, ammos, and rations are limited.
    Harder than regular game.
    After Stage Clear, when you re-play a stage, weapons are in possession
    initially.
    Recommend saving rations and ammo as much as possible, and never mess with
    enemy soldiers that make regularly timed radio contacts.

    1. A Wrongdoing
    
    Strut A Roof
    Ration above crate.
    1 soldier, no radio contact.
    The enemy starts at the bottom left, just get the ration and head
    downstairs.
    
    Strut A Pump Room
    Ration and Box3 in the bottom room.
    3 soldiers, no radio contact.
    Just get the ration and leave, it's not necessary to get the cardboard box.
    
    FA Connecting Bridge
    Stun Grenade at Strut A side lower level.
    1 soldier, 2 cyphers.
    If you can't manage to cross the bridge stealthily, it's okay to be
    discovered, just run pass, it's quick and easy.
    
    Strut F Warehouse
    USP Bullet in bottom right room (1F).
    Book in bottom left room (1F).
    Claymore in middle right room (1F).
    Chaff Grenade in middle left room (1F).
    Stun Grenade in top right room (1F).
    USP Bullet at the bottom right of B1.
    Box4 in bottom right room (B1).
    Ration in bottom left room (B1).

    Radio contact by soldier on 1F.
    After gathering the items in the area, enter 1F top left room to find Ames.

    Shoot down the cyphers with the USP to advance.
    There are no claymores on the floor.

    D Mic and Chaff Grenade in the lockers.
    USP Bullet near the left side door.
    2 soldiers, 2 cameras.
    Head to the room at the bottom of the area and get the D Mic.
    Use a book on the soldier in front of the room.
    
    Shell 1 Core B1
    Stun Grenade in the right room.
    Chaff Grenade and Ration in the left room.
    3 soldiers.
    If you need the ration, try to get it. If not, just head directly into the
    hall.

    M9 Bullet at bottom right.

    Ration under table.
    1 soldier.
    You are looking for Jennifer.
    You are not in disguise, so you must not be seen.
    Jennifer is the only young woman in the room, look for where she is first
    then go directly to her.
    Receive Card2.
    Head for B2 to dis-arm the bomb there.
    
    Shell 1 Core B2 Computer Room
    Book in left side locker.
    Bandage in right side locker.
    4 soldiers.
    Deal with the soldiers one by one, you can kill them, tranquilize them, hide
    them in lockers, anything you want.
    The bomb is under the computer in the center of the room.
    After you dis-arm the bomb, head for Strut E Heliport.
    
    Strut E 1F Parcel Room
    USP Bullet at bottom right.
    Ration under the table at bottom left.
    3 soldiers, 2 cameras.
    If you can't manage to pass through the room stealthily, it's okay to be
    discovered, but try to escape without receiving any damage.
    
    Strut E Heliport
    Claymore at the end of the lower level.
    Defeat Fatman to clear this Snake Tale.

    2. Big Shell Evil
    
    Strut E Heliport
    No items.
    3 soldiers.
    It will seem like no enemy soldiers are in the area, but there actually are.
    Advance slowly and carefully or you will be noticed.
    
    Strut E 1F Parcel Room
    Box5 at top right.
    Ration
    Stun Grenade
    3 soldiers.
    1 of them makes radio contacts.
    Try to get to the DE Connecting Bridge un-noticed.
    If you must kill, at least leave the radio contact soldier alive.
    
    DE Connecting Bridge
    Stun Grenade and USP Bullet on Strut E side.
    2 soldiers, no radio contact.
    If you can't manage to cross the bridge stealthily, it's okay to be
    discovered, just run pass, it's quick and easy.
    
    Strut D Sediment Pool
    M9 near the staircase.
    Ration at the center of the upper level.
    Bandage at the right side of the upper level.
    USP Bullet at the left of the upper leve.
    3 soldiers.
    The soldier at the lower level makes radio contacts.
    Make sure you get the M9, then head for Strut C.
    
    CD Connecting Bridge
    No items.
    2 soldiers.
    If you can't manage to cross the bridge stealthily, it's okay to be
    discovered, just run pass, it's quick and easy.
    
    Strut C Dining Hall
    M9 Bullet in women's room.
    Stun Grenade in men's room.
    USP Bullet in men's room.
    1 soldier.
    In the food storage area you will find Emma.
    Lots of soldiers will appear, find an area convenient for battle.
    After killing a certain number of soldiers, the battle wil be over.
    
    BC Connecting Bridge
    Chaff Grenade is along the way.
    1 soldier, 1 cypher.
    
    Strut B Transformer Room
    Ration inside locker.
    USP Bullet inside locker.
    USP Bullet near the Node.
    2 soldiers after the event.
    After you access the Node, an event will start.
    Be careful of the soldiers that appear after the event.
    Head for Strut F.
    You can't pass through the Strut A route, so head back the way you came.
    
    Strut F 1F Warehouse
    Claymores and Grenade in top right room (1F).
    USP Bullets and Ration in top left room (1F).
    Stun Grenades in bottom right room (1F).
    M9 Bullet in bottom left room (1F).
    1F middle left room is inaccessible.
    M4 and M4 Bullets in top room (B1).
    USP Suppressor in bottom right room (B1).
    4 soldiers.
    Emma is in the 1F middle right room.
    
    Strut E
    After the event, unlimited enemy soldiers will appear.
    Take Emma and head for the DE Connecting Bridge.
    Use the M4 or Stun Grenade to advance.
    If you have a surplus of Rations, you can try just breaking through head on.
    
    Shell 1 - 2 Connecting Bridge
    Defeat the Harrier and this Snake Tale is cleared.

    3. Confidential Legacy
    
    Aft Deck
    Chaff Grenade at the left on the highest level.
    Wet Box at the center of the highest level.
    3 soldiers. 1 in front, 1 to the left, and 1 on the highest level.
    Enter through the door at the middle level left side.
    
    Deck A Crew's Quarters
    Ration inside locker.
    USP Bullet inside locker.
    Medicine inside locker.
    2 soldiers.
    Avoid the soldiers and pass through the area into the Lounge.
    
    Deck A Crew's Lounge
    AKS-74U inside the counter.
    Books at the left of room.
    AK Bullet in the left room.
    M4 Bullet
    3 soldiers.
    
    Deck B Crew's Quarters
    M4 by the right side staircase.
    AK Bullet by the right side staircase.
    M4 Bullet near the left side staircase.
    3 soldiers. 1 at the top, 1 at the right side, and 1 at the bottom.
    Head for the left side staircase to go upstairs to Deck C.
    
    Deck C Crew's Quarters
    Thermal Goggles at the deep end.
    1 soldier, 3 cameras.
    You don't really need the Thermal Goggles, so just head upstairs if you want
    to save time.
    
    Deck D Crew's Quarters
    AK Bullet at top left corner of the area.
    M4 Bullet at bottom left corner of the area.
    Box1 inside the right room.
    3 soldiers. 2 in the left room, 1 in the right room.
    The left room will be difficult to pass through un-harmed, so go through the
    right side where the bomb is.
    
    Deck E Bridge
    Ration inside the bridge.
    Meryl appears.
    Get the Ration and head for the Engine Room.
    
    Engine Room
    Pentazemin in the starting room.
    Night Vision Goggles in the starting room.
    PSG1 at the right side lower level.
    USP Bullet in front of the poster.
    PSG1-T near the left side lockers.
    4 soldiers. 2 at the right side, 2 at the left side.
    In front of the door to Deck 2 are bomb traps. Use the USP to destroy the
    trigger devices, there are 3 in all.
    
    Deck 2 Port & Starboard
    USP Suppressor, AK Bullet, M4 Bullets, and M9 Bullet along the path.
    No soldiers.
    After picking up the ammo on the Starboard side, get ready for the battle
    with Gurlukovich Soldiers.
    After the battle, make your way back to Deck E Bridge where you met Meryl.
    
    Deck E Bridge & Navigational Deck
    Battle Meryl.
    The difficulty is about the same as Hard with Olga.
    Shoot her when she's moving from one spot to another and when she's about to
    throw a grenade.
    After you defeat Meryl this Snake Tale will be cleared.

    4. Dead Man Whispers
    
    Strut F Warehouse
    No items.
    1 soldier.
    There's nothing here, just head straight toward Strut B.
    
    FA Connecting Bridge
    Bandage at the Strut A side lower level.
    2 soldiers.
    If you run toward the other end without hesitation, the soldier will be
    facing away from you when you pass by.
    
    Strut A Pump Room
    Bandage in right side locker.
    Bandage in left side locker.
    Stun Grenade on top of right staircase.
    2 soldiers.
    None of the items here are absolutely necessary, so if you think you can do
    without them, just head straight toward Strut B.
    
    AB Connecting Bridge
    No items.
    2 soldiers.
    If you can't manage to cross the bridge stealthily, it's okay to be
    discovered, just run pass, it's quick and easy.
    
    Strut B Transformer Room
    M4 Bullet along the way.
    USP Bullet inside locker.
    Ration inside locker.
    No soldiers.
    After the event, get the items and head toward Strut E.
    
    BC Connecting Bridge
    Chaff Grenade along the way.
    
    Strut C Dining Hall
    USP Bullet in women's room.
    Bandage in men's room.
    Stun Grenade in men's room.
    
    Strut D Sediment Pool
    Ration at the center of the upper level.
    M4 Bullet at right side of the upper level.
    Bandage at left side of the upper level.
    
    Strut E Parcel Room
    M4 Bullet under the conveyer belt.
    Grenade at the center of the room.
    Ration in the right room of lower level.
    3 soldiers, 3 cameras.
    Head for the ladders at the lower level right room.
    
    Strut L Sewage Treatment Facility
    2 soldiers.
    Carefully sneak up from behind and take care of them.
    
    KL Connecting Bridge
    M9 at the Strut K side.
    M4 Bullet at the entrance to the Core.
    USP Bullet at the entrance to the Core.
    2 soldiers, 2 cyphers.
    If you don't plan to use the M9 in the upcoming Vamp battle, you don't need
    to get the M9 at the far end of the bridge, just head straight for the Core.
    
    Shell 2 Core 1F Air Purification Room
    USP Bullet, Nikita Bullet, M9 Bullet, Nikita, Stun Grenade, M4 Bullets, and
    Grenade along the way.
    No soldiers.
    After getting the Nikita, destroy the control device by shooting a nikita
    missile through the ducts. Use the duct opening at the South of the area,
    the one to the right.
    The nikita missile flies faster when you're not moving it, you need this
    speed-up to reach the control device.
    Enter the room to start the event.
    USP Bullet at the right end of the room.
    Stun Grenade in duct.
    After the event, ride the elevator and get ready for the battle with Vamp.
    Defeat Vamp and this Snake Tale is cleared.

    5. Exernal Gazer
    
    AB Connecting Bridge
    Walk the top walkway to advance the story.
    
    Engine Room
    Bomb disposal.
    Time Limit - 10:00
    Bombs - 2
    1) Right building, middle level, attached to the side of the walkway,
    visible from the staircase between the lower and middle level.
    2) Left building, upper level, attached to the wall right in front of the
    door connecting to Deck 2.
    
    Shell 1 Core
    Elimitation.
    Time Limit - 5:00
    Enemy - 8
    
    Strut C Dining Hall
    Chaff Grenade in the women's room.
    M9 Bullet in the men's room.
    
    Strut B Transformer Room
    M9 Bullet inside locker.
    Stun Grenade near the Node.
    
    AB Connecting Bridge
    You'll need to take a photo of the Giant Gurlukovich Soldier.
    Equip the camera and face the ocean. Once the Giant Gurlukovich Soldier's
    upper body appears in view, frame it and shoot it.
    After you successfully take the photo, the story will continue.
    After the event, 4 soldiers will attack.
    There is a Ration at the Strut B side.
    Shoot a soldier then immediately roll toward him and knock him down and the
    soldier will disappear right away.
    After you defeat a certain number of soldiers the battle will be over.
    
    Giant Gurlukovich Soldier Battle
    Shoot the soldier with the Stinger or RGB6 and targets will appear.
    Shoot the targets with the PSG1 or M4 quickly, if you don't do it quickly
    the targets will disappear again.
    The soldier will release a sound wave which will immobilize you, then shoot
    out beams from his eyes which will take away approximately 1/4 of your full
    life bar.
    When immobilized, press L2 and R2 repeatedly to get out of it.
    To avoid being immobilized, right before the sound wave hits, roll and you
    won't be immobilized.
    There's a funny trick to beating him easily. In the middle of the room are 3
    blocks. Hide behind them and you'll be seen and attacked. Out of the broken
    blocks will be some books. Take the book and place one on the floor and
    stand beside it. Once the giant Gurlukovich soldier sees the book, you will
    win the battle hilariously.
    
    VR Mission
    This is a trap set by Solidus, to enter VR switched into Raiden.
    Pause the game and select "Exit" and you will escape from VR and continue
    with the story.
    
    Battle Metal Gear Ray
    Just battle Metal Gear Ray like in the regular game.
    You will receive 2 Rations.
    
    Battle Solidus
    Snake will battle Solidus bare-handed.
    Solidus isn't as strong as in the regular game.
    You will receive 2 Rations.
    Before Solidus takes off his mechanical arms, punch-punch-kick in between
    his actions so he won't guard.
    After Solidus takes off his mechanical arms, the kick will usually miss, so
    just punch-punch when you attack him.
    When he does his fire dash, just roll out of the way when he turns toward
    you. If you are confident with your control, you can roll toward Solidus as
    he approaches you to knock him down.
    Defeat Solidus and all 5 Snake Tales are cleared.

    VR MISSIONS
    
    VR background color changes according to the PS2 internal clock.
    
    When playing as MGS1 Solid Snake, the music from MGS1 VR Missions is played.
    
    This VR walkthrough is written based on Snake's missions, but the VR Mission
    stages are similar for all the characters, so to avoid becoming too
    repetative, I did not write about all the characters' missions individually.
    
    Different characters come with character specific differences such as
    different initially equipped weapons (Snake has USP, Raiden has Socom, Ninja
    has HF Blade, etc.), and stage difficulty differences such as slightly
    different numbers of targets in Weapon Mode.
    
    
    
    Sneaking Mode - Sneaking
    
    Level 1
    Initial Equipment - none
    Time Limit - 2:00
    Enemy - 1
    There are 2 holes in front of the enemy soldier.
    You are less likely to be seen if you stand flat against the wall.
    
    Level 2
    Initial Equipment - none
    Tme Limit - 2:00
    Enemy - 4
    Be mindful of the routes of the enemies.
    Quickly move to the bottom right.
    The enemy in front of you will move to the left.
    Wait for the enemy near the goal to turn his back, then roll and knock him
    down and reach the goal.
    
    Level 3
    Initial Equipment - none
    Time Limit - 2:20
    Enemy - 4
    Move according to the movements of the enemies.
    Enter the hole near the enemy closest to you, exit from the North, enter the
    hole there again and approach the goal. Be careful to exit only after the
    enemies have passed.
    
    Level 4
    Initial Equipment - Magazine x10
    Time Limit - 2:20
    Enemy - 4
    Attract the enemies' attention and change their routes to create a path for
    yourself.
    In other words, knock on walls and use magazines. Make them go one way while
    you go another.
    You will have to either kill or faint the enemy near the goal.
    
    Level 5
    Initial Equipment - none
    Time Limit - 2:40
    Enemy - 5
    Elude to pass by the enemies without being noticed.
    From the middle right, elude and hang and move forward.
    When the enemy near the goal turns his back, get back up and roll and knock
    him down, then go for the goal.
    
    Level 6
    Initial Equipment - none
    Time Limit - 2:40
    Enemy - 4
    Be careful not to make sound when walking or leave footprints on the floor.
    Also be careful of floor trap holes.
    First step on sound making floors to attract the enemy's attention.
    Then cross the trap floor and go up.
    To the right are sound floor and enemy.
    The enemy is surveying top and bottom alternatingly.
    When he's looking down, roll across the sound floor and immediately crawl
    toward the right.
    Wait till the enemy there to look down, then head for the goal.
    
    Level 7
    Initial Equipment - none
    Time Limit - 2:40
    Enemy - 4
    Make use of the lockers.
    Immediately hide the fainted enemy into a locker, if he wakes up, the
    mission fails.
    Follow the 2 enemies, when they turn right, go down.
    Hide in the locker at the bottom right.
    When the enemy near the goal turns his back, roll and knock him out and head
    for the goal.
    
    Level 8
    Initial Equipment - M9 x16, USP x16
    Time Limit - 2:40
    Enemy - 4
    Beware of camera surveillance.
    Go up the stairs from the right.
    If you move quickly you will just avoid the camera's view.
    Shoot the enemy ahead with the M9.
    Shoot the enemy near the goal with the M9.
    
    Level 9
    Initial Equipment - none
    Time Limit - 5:00
    Enemy - 4
    Pick up the book and cardboard box.
    Make use of the items to reach the goal.
    
    Level 10
    Initial Equipment - Magazine x10
    Time Limit - 4:00
    Enemy - 6
    Make use of all the skills you've mastered to reach the goal.
    
    ---
    
    Sneaking Mode - Eliminate All
    
    Level 1
    Initial Equipment - none
    Time Limit - 2:00
    Enemy - 1
    Eliminate the enemy without being seen, and then go for the goal.
    You can either kill him, make him faint, or make him sleep.
    Wait for the enemy to turn his back.
    Pick up the M9, there's no time to aim with first person view, just shoot
    him then immediately roll and knock him over and he will fall asleep right
    away.
    Head for the goal.
    
    Level 2
    Initial Equipment - none
    Time Limit - 2:00
    Enemy - 4
    Just eliminate them all, then head for the goal.
    
    Level 3
    Initial Equipment - none
    Time Limit - 2:20
    Enemy - 4
    Aim for the head, heart, or crotch to take them out with one shot.
    First get the M9 at the bottom left.
    Go upward without being seen by the enemy to the right.
    Shoot the enemy at the top left.
    Shoot the nearby enemy.
    Shoot the enemy to the far right.
    Approach the remaining enemy, he should be moving away from you, take him
    out with one shot.
    Head for the goal.
    
    Level 4
    Initial Equipment - USP
    Time Limit - 2:20
    Enemy - 4
    Distract the enemy with items or by knocking on the wall or shooting the
    wall.
    Eliminate all the enemies then head for the goal.
    
    Level 5
    Initial Equipment - USP
    Time Limit - 2:40
    Enemy - 5
    Knock out enemies by elude drop and elude return.
    
    Level 6
    Initial Equipment - USP
    Time Limit - 2:40
    Enemy - 4
    Be careful of sound floors, wet floors, and trap floors.
    First step on the sound floor nearby to attract the enemy to the right.
    Go upward.
    When the enemy goes left, cross the trap floor and get the M9.
    Shoot the enemy behind you.
    Shoot the top left enemy.
    Move right, shoot the enemy on the top.
    Take out the last enemy when his back is turned.
    Head for the goal.
    
    Level 7
    Initial Equipment - USP
    Time Limit - 2:40
    Enemy - 4
    Figure out the positions of the enemies, and take each one out accordingly.
    If you shoot an enemy without killing him, you will enter Alert Mode and the
    attack team will apear, so be careful, if you shoot, shoot to kill.
    
    Level 8
    Initial Equipment - USP
    Time Limit - 2:40
    Enemy - 5
    Beware of camera surveillance.
    First get the M9 at the bottom right then go up the stairs.
    Don't mind the camera.
    Shoot the enemy at the end.
    Shoot the enemy below.
    Quickly shoot the enemy near him.
    Move to the top right, shoot the enemy near the goal.
    Go to the goal.
    
    Level 9
    Initial Equipment - USP
    Time Limit - 5:00
    Enemy - 4
    Make use of items to distract the enemies, then eliminate them all and head
    for the goal.
    
    Level 10
    Initial Equipment - USP
    Time Limit - 2:40
    Enemy - 5
    Make use of all the skills you've mastered to eliminate all the enemies and
    reach the goal.
    Shoot the enemy to the far left.
    Quickly go up the nearby stairs at the bottom left of map.
    Shoot the enemy at the end of the second floor.
    Shoot the enemy you can see in the floor below.
    Move forward and stop right in front of the sound floor.
    Shoot the enemy you can see to the bottom of map.
    Go down the stair to the right of map.
    Hold up the enemy near the goal from behind, then shoot him.
    Shoot the enemy ahead.
    Goal.
    All the above must be one shot kills, if you wasted even one bullet it won't
    work.

    Weapon Mode
    
    Shoot the center of targets to get higher points.
    Consecutively destroy targets before the points disappear for the previous
    target to get bonus points.
    Shoot the orange targets that explode to instantly take out all the targets
    surrounding it. But be careful when they are too close to you, their
    explosion can hurt you.
    Don't shoot the red targets, they take away points.

    Level 2, 1:00, 12 targets.
    Level 3, 1:30, 43 targets. (shoot the orange targets)
    Level 4, 1:30, 17 targets. (don't shoot the red targets)

    Weapon Mode - Assault Rifle
    Level 1, 1:00, 15 targets.
    Level 2, 1:00, 12 targets.
    Level 3, 1:30, 21 targets.

    Immediately run up to the short block wall on the right.
    When the soldier turns his head to his right, run, up the block stairs, and
    all the way to the last block wall at the right of the row.
    When the soldier turns his head to his right, run North all the way to the
    knee-high black block. Lean against it and kneel.
    When the soldier to the North turns to his left side, run to the building,
    up the first flight of stairs, and up the second flight of stairs but not
    all the way up, stop in the middle of the second flight of stairs so your
    head is level with the third floor.
    Look out the North windows.
    The soldier will turn to his left. Wait.
    The soldier will turn back toward you. Wait.
    The soldier will turn to his right. Run quickly toward the door and lean
    against the frame of the door.
    Right at the instant when the soldier on the left starts to turn his head,
    run out the door and up the stairs. Immediately do a roll and crawl, and
    crawl to the goal.
    
    Level 7
    Metal Giant Soldier.
    Avoid the searchlight.
    Shoot the metal soldier's head with the Stinger. After the head is on the
    ground, continue shooting it with the Stinger until it falls into the hole
    at the other end of the room. After this, small bombs will drop down from
    the neck of the metal soldier. Avoid the searchlight and roll out of the way
    of the small bombs as they fly toward you.
    Repeat 3 times and the giant metal soldier will be defeated.

    Level 6
    Immediately run, all the way to the right, up the block stairs. Stop at the
    first wall after the block stairs.
    When the soldier turns his head to his right, run, all the way to the second
    wall from the bottom. Lean on the wall to look at the soldier.
    When the soldier turns his head to his right, run, all the way to the
    building, up the first flight of stairs, and up the second flight of stairs.
    But don't go all the way up the second flight of stairs, stop at the middle
    so your head is just on the level of the third floor. Look out the windows
    to the North.
    The soldier will turn toward you. Wait.
    The soldier will turn to his left. Go up the stairs a little bit and look
    out the window to the Northwest.
    When the soldier there turns toward you, run up the stairs and out the door
    on the left, and up th flight of stairs. Run to the right, at the gap
    between the buildings flip across and run for the goal.
    
    Level 7
    During the Giant Gurlukovich Soldier battle, hide behind the 3 blocks in the
    center of the room, you'll be spotted, hold a direction and quickly tap the
    R2 button and you'll move just before the eye flashes hit. Out of the right
    block of the 3 will be some books. Pick up the books and put one on the
    floor. Stand beside the book and you'll win the battle easily.

    Level 7
    Giant Soldier.
    Avoid the punch of the giant soldier by running to the side the soldier is
    not punching.
    Shoot the big metal pan on top of the giant soldier's head. After breaking
    one of the sides of the support, the giant soldier will sneeze. The sudden
    puff of air from the giant soldier's sneeze will blow you off the platform.
    Stand behind the wall to get out of the way of the sneeze.
    Continue shooting the metal pan. When all the supports are gone, the metal
    pan will fall, and the giant soldier will be defeated.

    table.
    5) Sensor A. CD Bridge, on top of the cypher.

    level.

    stoves at the top left corner.
    
    Level 5

    1) Sensor A. Strut B, on the wall among the pipes in between the 2 cameras.
    2) Sensor B. BC Bridge, attached to the broken portion of the bridge, on a
    steel bar sticking out on the right side.
    3) Sensor B. Strut C, kitchen area, inside the cardboard box on the counter
    containing the potatoes. Shoot the box to open it, then spray the bomb
    that's revealed.
    4) Sensor A. CD Bridge, lower level, attached to the bottom of the trap
    floor on the Strut D side. First step on the trap floor to make it fall,
    then spray the bomb from the opposite side.
    5) Sensor B. Strut D, lower level, under the staircase at the top of the
    room. You can't reach the lower level through the stairs, you must hang and
    drop to the lower level, then go up to the bomb.

    Elimination Mode
    
    The stages here are the same as the Eliminate All stages in VR Missions
    Sneaking Mode, except here you can be discovered.

    Hold up all the enemies in the stage.

    Photograph Mode - Snake
    
    Level 1
    Take photograph of one of the posters in one of the lockers.
    
    Level 2
    Take photograph of the poster on one of the computer screens being operated
    by a soldier. You can kill the soldier after he accesses the poster to take
    the photograph leisurely.
    
    Level 3
    Take photograph of the poster that fits the silhouette in one of the
    lockers.
    
    Level 4
    From the top left level of the Engine Room, look toward the opposite top
    right level. Wait for the right pose and take the photograph.
    
    Level 5
    Take a photograph of the poster on the wall in the adjacent room.
    
    Level 6
    Take a photograph of the president through the window. Get a good view of
    his face and take the photograph.
    
    Level 7
    Find the right poster and take the photograph according to instructions.

    Photograph Mode - Raiden
    
    Level 1
    On top of the locker at the right wall. Stand a little distance away from
    the locker and take the photograph.
    
    Level 2
    Take a photograph of the soldier jumping up when he sees the book you placed
    on the floor. You need the soldier at an angle, so place the book as close
    to the right wall as possible.
    
    Level 3
    Take a photograph of the ! sign on top of the soldier's head. Shoot a
    magazine from the magazine stand. When the soldier notices the magazine on
    the floor, take the photograph.
    
    Level 4
    Take a photograph of the rotating stars on the head of a fainted soldier.
    Knock him out and take the photograph.
    
    Level 5
    He's the one that doesn't appear on the radar. He's right in front of you on
    the deck below. Hang and drop to the lower level and take the photograph.
    
    Level 6
    The body is in the second room down the hall. Shoot out the light then
    quickly equip the camera and get ready to take the photograph.

    SKATEBOARDING
    
    Available initially.
    Can choose to play as either Snake or Raiden.
    
    
    Snake
    After game start, destroy the 1st Cypher to the backward right by
    jump+square(x2).
    After destroying the 1st Cypher, perform a skill and land. Also jump+square
    during landing.
    Continue toward the downhill in the center and slide down.
    Go down the left side of the connecting bridge, at the corner turn right, be
    careful of the hole along the way. Grind along the handrail on the way to
    the 1st Event.
    To get the 2nd Event, return by the path you came from, be careful of the
    hole, grind along the way.
    Return to the connecting bridge, grind on the center pipe and get the 1st
    Dog Tag.
    Continue going up the hill and turn left. At the center of the field there,
    jump+square(x2) to destroy the 2nd Cypher.
    Continue the path and get the 2nd Dog Tag.
    To get the next thing uphill, after getting the 2nd Dog Tag, while
    accelerating, jump onto the rail, then jump again to the other side.
    Return the way you came, grind along the way, back to the field, grind on
    the handrail on the left and get the 3rd Dog Tag.
    Continue the path to get the 3rd Event.
    Go up the stairs in front of you after getting the 3rd Event to get up to
    the roof.
    On the roof, get the 4th Dog Tag, destroy the 3rd Cypher, and get the 4th
    Event.
    All missions are cleared.
    If you have 8000 points and 150 meters of grind distance, you should receive
    A score.
    At this point, there's a rope near the stairs, you can grind on it back to
    the starting point to get more grind distance and skill points.
    
    
    Raiden
    Heliport, near the stairs, operate the crane.
    After crane, go up heliport crate, get the Thing.
    4 Rations

     - starting location, handrail for grinding, atop
     - 2 around the heliport, not hard to get
