"Worst GTA game yet"
You're a mobster and you just got released from prison. You go on an exchange and you loose the money and the drugs. You now have to get the money and drugs back. Yeah the story is lame and the characters aren't very interesting. I give story a 4/10
While the control wasn't perfect in Grand Theft Auto 3, it's worse here. There seems to be a large delay when you try to do stuff, it sometimes takes over 3 seconds for your characters to start moving. Cars still handle like crap, if you wiggle the stick left and right you can tip yourself over. Controlling the helicopter is a huge pain cause you need to use 4 buttons and the let stick just to move it around. I give control a 6/10
Voice Acting, Sound Effects and Music
The voice acting is pretty good and I think some stars do some voices but no one you probably heard of except maybe that porn star. The sound effects are about the same as they were in GTA3, nothing great but it all sounds fine. The music is all 80's goodness. You get a ton of songs from the 80's and a good amount of them are great. The lame ads return as well and I'm kinda disgusted with the donut ad.... I give voice acting, sound effects and music a 8/10
If you've played Grand Theft Auto 3 then you know what the game play is like. The game pretty much lets you do whatever you want. You can steal cars, kill random people, cruise the streets or do missions. There are less cars this time around and the all handle about the same except for vans which tip over. The missions are the same old stuff. Kill people, steal something or break someone out of jail. You can now buy places which you can use as hideouts or new ways to get money. You can also change clothes which is kinda neat. You can now go inside some buildings but that causes a loading screen which takes too long to load. There are less story based missions this time around. There is only one city now and it's rather small. People vanish right off the streets which is weird and there is less characters roaming the streets. The game is also full of glitches like freezing, getting stuck in walls and falling through floors. I give game play a 6/10
The game takes a while to beat 100% but I found the game to get old really fast and the only thing that had me coming back was the music, I actually spent a few hours just driving around listening to the radio. I give replay value a 7/10
I give Grand Theft Auto: Vice City a 6/10
