When does the pasture get renovated?

I have played this game in the past and I remember the Pasture size being doubled. Now that I have come back to replay, I can't remember what it was that triggered the renovations.

I have over $300,000 and I am a level S. It is becoming increasingly difficult to manage my studs when I have to keep getting rid of them.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!
