I need serious help finding the Strut E bomb?

OK, so to sum it up breifly, I'm playing on hard mode, and I have every bomb neutralized expect for the bomb in the Strut E parcel room. I know it's on cargo on the conveyer belts, and I've seen YouTube videos if it but where IS the cargo??????? All I can see is an empty conveyer belt, there's no cargo on it whatsoever, any help>

If it makes a difference, I'm playing the HD edition in the PAL region

@Mohamad1965: There are two bombs in Strut E, the one in the Heliport (which you were talking about) and the one in the Parcel Room (which I am stuck on)

Answer

The bomb is under the plane near the wheel. To find the plane , get up the stairs and continue gowing to the north you will find it.
