Push? Mongo? What?

I'm not really much of a skater; I just know a lot of things about skating. But this one aspect of Create-a-Skater has always bugged me. What is push? What does mongo mean? And how does this affect the skating?

Push = what alomst all skaters do and push with their back foot
Mongo = pushing the skateboard with the front foot

Mongo is generally disregarded by skateboarders. It is not used so much.
Push is pushing with back foot
Mongo is pushing with front foot
