    a) INTRODUCTION
    Dragon Ball Z (DBZ) Budokai 2 offers the same fighting system as
    Budokai exception of a few new goodies to enhance the fighting system.
    The basic punches and kick combos still exists and the innovative
    Dragon World Mode, along with all hidden goodies (like using fusion
    characters - Gotenks, Vegito) and lots of replayability (You need to
    replay DW for around 35 times to get 100% Capsules List along with the
    improved World Tournament Mode)
    
    b) CONTROLS
    I like the way that the Bandai has done in enhancing the tutorial
    section. <Please refer to Training Mode & Practice> for more details.
    
    Every character shares the same punches and kick except for different
    combinations that results to different attacks.

     Physical Basics

     Basic Punch     Square button (P)
     Basic Kick      Triangle button (K)
     Guard           X button (G)
     Recover         Hit X before your character is about to fall on the
                     ground
     Unblockable     P+K (Press Square and Triangle at the same time).
                     Hold it for a longer period to deal more damage.
     Movement        D-Pad
     Dash            Tap forward twice (f, f)
     Back Step       Tap backward twice (b, b)
     Dodge back      Press up and Guard (X button)(u+G)
     Dodge to front  Press down and Guard (X button) (d+G)
     Power Punch     Press forward with Square button (f+P). This will
                     launches enemy into air or away from your character
     Power Kick      Press forward with Triangle button (f+K). This will
                     launches the enemy into the air or away from your
                     character.
     Throw           Hit P+G or K+G when moving close to your opponent.
                     It is an unblockable move.

     Ki Basics
     -=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=
     Ki Blast       Circle button (E)
     Charge Ki      Hold down Guard (X button) & double tap backwards and
                    hold
     Deflect Ki     Hit Guard (X button just when the Ki is approaching
                    your character). Hit forward will direct the ki blast
                    back your opponent!
     Transform      When your character has the required amount of Ki, they
                    will be able to transform into a stronger fighter.
                    However, they knock down onto the floor and their
                    current ki could not support it, they will revert back
                    which possible form that they could maintain.
    
                 E.g. Goku transform into Super Saiyan 2 (SSJ2) and has 2
                      guages left. He was knock onto the ground. He will
                      revert back to King Kai Fist x20 form as he has
                      insufficient ki to substain his SSJ or SSJ2 form.
    
                      However, Goku will remain in SSJ2 form as long as
                      he is not knocked down onto the ground even he has
                      zero ki left in his gauge...
    
     Burst Mode    Hit Punch and Kick just when opponent is about to hit
                   you...
    
    Although, I am not quite good in playing fighting games, it is quite
    easy to win fighting with basic punches and kicks. They are the
    fundamaentals to become a successful fighter. Like what Piccolo say to
    Goten in the Practice, chain combos are more useful than a normal ki
    attack. For example, Goten can execute Kamehameha as long as he has 1
    Ki guage by using f+E. But you can deal more damage with P,P,P,P,E
    instead.
    
    As most of the movesets requires Ki, you should take a good note on the
    character's Ki gauge along with the health meter. When battling
    condition that limits the use of Ki, I recommend characters that does
    not require transformation to fight the battle. This makes Great
    Saiyaman as one of the best characters in the game...
    
    To build the Ki gauge, you just need to inflict damage on your
    opponent. Please take note that when your character is in transformed
    state, the Ki gauge will be depleting slowly as you battles. The
    stronger transformation, the more Ki you need to sustain...
    
    c) ADVANCED TECHNIQUES
    If you are observant enough, you will find that most character has 1
    to 2 ability, 2 to 3 physical, 1 transformation as viewed from their
    default moveset. Some of the techniques will lead to the following
    battle conditions:-
    
    Ki Scenarios:
    
     - Analog Twirl Motion (e.g. Goku's Continous Kamehameha) Type I
     - Hit as You See Button Motion (e.g. Goku's Zanku Fist) Type II
     - VS Analog Twirl Motion (e.g. Goku's Super Spirit Bomb) Type III
    
    Using Goku's moveset as a reference...
    
    i) Analog Twirl Motion (Type I)
    Upon executing the move, your character will execute a chain of attacks
    before an analog twirling gauge appears directly at the bottom of the
    screen. Your objective is twirl the analog sticks (BOTH) until it
    reaches max (it will be glowing orange in colour). If you succeed in
    it, the character will produce an additional attack (e.g. Continous
    Kamehameha) or deal more damage (Spirit Bomb)
    
    ii) Hit-as-U-See Button Motion (Type II)
    Despite execute them quite often, I still have doubts regarding this.
    After Goku has execute Zanku Fist punches in the air, this is followed
    by a dive from the sky to ground and you will be shown the buttons to
    hit. If you hit before your opponent, you get the damage dealt. If
    opponent hit button sequence before you, you will miss the attack
    instead. This also applies to Goku's Activate Vegito Fusion attack.
    
    iii) VS Analog Twirl Motion (Type III)
    Most of this analog twirl motion applies to the character's grand
    ultimate attack. Upon executing the move, you will find a twirl
    analog motion between 2 battlers. If you push the analog marker to
    your opposition, you will succeed in executing the ultimate move...
    
    d) Ultimates
    In my opinions, all character's ultimates are really good and they
    deal insane damage. But they have high requirements and difficult
    to execute. Ultimates can be obtained via buying from the Skills Shop
    provided that you have gotten Black Membership Card. Normal ultimates
    costs 6000 zenies while the rare ultimate costs 10000 zenies! You can
    also get most of usable character's ultimates by defeating Frieza and
    Cell in the final stage.
    
    For example, Goku's ultimates:-
    - Warp Kamehameha -rare         6000Z
    - Spirit Bomb -rare             6000Z
    - Super Spirit Bomb -special    10000Z
    
    e) MOVESET - NORMAL and CUSTOM
    In Budokai 2, you can choose to use a default character for dueling or
    customize the character for Dueling, Practice and World Tournament
    Mode. When you select a character, you can do the following:-
    
    Up/Down          Change to Alternate Costumes
    R1/L1 + D-Pad    Randomly select a character manually
    Square           Jumps to Random Select option
    Left/Right       Switch between characters
    X                Select Character
    Circle           Cancel Selection
    
    Upon selecting the character, you will find three more options for
    you to choose from:-
    
    NORMAL       - Use selected character with NORMAL moveset
    CUSTOM       - Use selected character with CUSTOM moveset based on
                   the capsules you equipped
    EDIT SKILLS  - View Capsule Equipment Screen.
    
    For your convenience, I have separate the moveset into 2 portions
    - Normal and Capsule. Normal skills are usable as you have choose
      NORMAL after selecting the character.
    
    If you choose CUSTOM, you will be able to make a series of changes,
    which will be discussed in more details under E.S.S.
    
    Unlike previous DBZ games, fusion characters can only be activated from
    battles (Vegito, Gotenks, Gokule, Kibitoshin & Tiencha). Super Buu's
    absorption ability works like fusion and it can only activated from
    battles.

    -------------------------=== Dragon World Mode ===---------------------
    
    a) INTRODUCTION
    I myself still prefer the Story Mode in Budokai 1 as it brought back the
    memories from the anime and manga. In the Dragon World Mode, there are
    several twist and turns in the plot of Dragon Ball Z. However, it allows
    you to have to more freedom. Basically, you will be controlling Goku
    throughout the 9 chapters, defeat enemies to get capsules and obtaining
    7 Dragon Balls to make a wish from Shenlong at the end of all 9
    chapters.
    
    Before I continue, I supposed it is a good idea to take a look at the
    controls:-
    
    Default controls                         (after select a character)

    L1        - View Dragon Radar*         * Available after you have

    ~ Health Meter and Markers
    Each character will be given a marker. Goku will be present for all
    the 9 stages. Blue markers represents allies while red markers
    represents enemies. Each character can have the maximum of 5 lives
    indicated by the green meter bar on left of the icon.
    
    ~ Watch out for Game Overs!
    Basically, the game will be over once you are unable to fulfil the
    game conditions or Goku is killed. Once you have a game over, you will
    be return to that particular stage with all dragon balls that you
    have collected gone... (not so sure yet)
    
    ~ Icons and Stuff on the Board
    The Dragon World looks like a board game with fixed move lines and
    stops. Even the icons are fixed regardless the number of times that
    you played the Dragon World. Below is the listing of all icons
    
    Bonus Items
    
    Icon        What it does?

    SWORD       Raises character's attacking power by 10%/20%/30%
    ARMOR       Raises character's defensive power by 10%/20%/30%
    DENDE       Restores health on meter by 1. Works for allies & enemies!
                Does not work if the character is digging on that spot.
    CASH        Increase your Zenie reserves (money) by 100Z/300Z/500Z
    CAPSULE     Gives you a random capsule
    PEACH       Gives your character an extra turn. Obtain via digging for
                the 1st 8 stages. For the last stage, you will find it on
                the map.
    RADAR       Collect this and you will be able to view Dragon Radar mode
                to locate the Dragon Ball on the map.
    POPO        Mr Popo will teleport your character to another point on
                the map. The destinations seem to be fixed by the way...
    
    Besides these bonuses, you will find some battle restricting conditions
    pits on the map.
    
    Battle Conditions
    
    Icon           What it means

    HEART          Life meter is depleting or battle with 1/2 of max life
    MAN W/ LINE    You cannot defend attacks when battle occurs on it.
    FLASH          Ki is depleting or begin battle with 0 Ki.
    
    ~ Digging & Digging
    
    Tutorial 1: Normal Digging
    
    GK - Goku

            _ _ _ _ _ O        This new concept is quite complex for first
      A GK /               B   time Budokai 2 players. First of all, I will
        O -------------- O     make reference with ASCII diagram on the
                               left.
    
    Let's says Goku is on Spot A and you want to dig in Spot A. To execute
    the dig, select Goku, you will find glow lines lead to either B to C.
    Hit Square and Goku will perform a digging action instead. If you see
    a ! mark on Goku's head, you will have dug up one of the bonus items or
    a Dragon Ball. If you find a ? instead, that means there is nothing to
    be dug on the map.
    
    Tutorial 2: Dragon Ball Digging
    
    It is NOT necessary to have Dragon Radar in order to to dig up Dragon
    Ball. For every stage, there is a dragon ball randomly placed on the
    map. There are a total of 7 dragon balls to collect. Once you have
    collected seven, you will be able to summon Shenlong which in turns
    allow you to unlock more goodies...
    
    First of all, I recommend you to get the Radar as it helps a lot
    than trial and error on the entire map. With the exception of stage 1,
    all the stages, require you to dig for this orange orbs. The radar is
    quite user friendly. If you will find ball is close to [] (which is in
    the middle of the radar) that means the ball is nearby. Once you find a
    ball in middle of [] on the radar, that current spot is where the
    Dragon Ball. Just hit Square to dig for it!
    
    ~ Check your character's capsule list often!
    In Dragon World, all your useable characters will be using a "Custom"
    skill list. That means you will be having the custom moveset. At the
    beginning of Dragon World (first time playing), you will find out that
    the default characters have limited moves list. To gain more, you need
    to find more capsules throughout the dragon world, by digging, finding,
    defeating enemies and bosses or buy them from Skills Shop in Editing
    Skills mode. As not all capsules can be bought from the shop, it is
    advisable to play the Dragon World. Once you have recruit a character
    and the character becomes playable, make sure you check the capsule
    list (select the character and hit R1). You can equip capsules that
    you have obtained thus effecting the character's fighting ability.

    ~ Unlock Characters' List
    There are a total of 18 hidden characters from this Dragon World
    Mode. You need to use a specific character to finish and fulfil the
    conditions listed below. Get ready your pen and a piece of paper...

    ~ Kill enemies in quicker turns
    When a character/enemy is stunned and engaged in a battle, they will
    lose 2 health gauge meter instead of one when they lose the battle.
    For example, Vegeta has 3 health gauge. Goku attack and defeat him
    thus he has 2 health gauge left. If Goku attacks Vegeta or vice
    versa, Goku wins - Vegeta will lose 2 health gauge and thus
    eliminating Vegeta!
    
    ~ Power-Ups
    When a character who has a good link with another character stands on
    the same spot on Dragon World Map, you will get powers in turns of
    attack or defence. For example, if Videl and Gohan stands in the same
    spot, Gohan will received 30% increase in attack! There are also
    negative responses such as Piccolo and Gotenks. Note that a spot on
    the Dragon World can only hold 2 people at most...
    
    b) DRAGON WORLD WALKTHROUGH
    
    i) A Dragon Ball is found in every stage.
    The Dragon World is actually quite an easy map to go. But from my
    multiple replays, I have found out that the maps are actually fixed.
    The only difference is the type capsules found from digging, location
    of zenies and dragon ball itself. Every stage carries a dragon ball,
    even in hyperbolic time chamber stage. There are 9 stages and thus you
    should not have much problems in getting 7 dragon balls
    
    ii) A Guide to the Walkthrough
    For every stage, I begin with an ASCII diagram of the stage with
    abbreviations on the stage. I will give locations of the important
    items - Dragon Radar and enemies itself. Every enemies has different
    limit of health gauge and health meter (in battle).
    
    For example,
    
    Nappa       3  HP Lv3
    
    This means the boss Nappa has 3 meter gauge and Lv3 HP (i.e. green
    zone). Before I continue further, here is listing of HP zones:-

    For example, a rating of 2.5 will means that enemy has 1/2 Lv3 HP at
    max, while a rating of 5 means the enemy has Lv5 HP max. For sidekicks
    such as Saibamen (those pesky green alien that Krillin and co fought
    when Nappa visit Earth) and Cell Jr, you will find a different status
    indicator:-
    
    Saibamen    1  HP Lv1 x2 battles
    
    This means you need to fight a battle against 2 Saibamen with 1x max
    Lv1 HP.
    
    If you are observant, you will find out that you will get a capsule
    only if you defeat the enemy. In other words, the meter gauge will
    drop to zero and enemy will be removed permanently from the map. Rare
    capsule such as Goku's SSJ3 capsule can be obtained by satisfying
    certain battle conditions.
    
    BTW, Goku always begin the game with 3 health gauges at Lv3 HP.
    
    To make full use of the ASCII maps, make sure you read the legend.
    
    iii) Basic Tips
    I am not quite a master in completing Dragon World (I have experienced
    problems in defeating Kid Buu in the final stage) but I could handle
    out some useful tips for you:-
    
    1) Protect Goku at all costs. It will be gameover if Goku dies.
    2) Make of Dende's Recovery Pool on the map. It is marked with [] on
       the ASCII maps.
    3) Try to get your basic fighters first.
    4) Try to get capsules for Goku first (since you will be forced to use
       him through the entire Dragon World)
    5) Once enemy get stunned (you will find a stunned cloud above the
       enemy's icon), attack him for double health gauge damage.
    6) When facing Buu, have them attack you instead of you attacking them
       (unless condition 5 above) so that the difference between health
       will not have much impact.

    Tips:
    - If your character gets killed by a Saibaman, I recommend you to go
      to the training and do some training basics...
    - For the first time, defeat Nappa using Tien to unlock YAMCHA and
      Goku to defeat Raditz to unlock RADITZ.
    - Once you have unlock Vegeta, play DW (Dragon World for short) for 2nd
      time and have Vegeta defeat Nappa to unlock NAPPA as playable.
    - For every Saibamen you defeat, you will get capsules that can be used
      as support or ability capsules.
    - You will finish the stage upon getting the Dragon Ball. (marked DB on
      the ASCII map above)
    - After 1 turn, if the spots marked with * is unoccupied, Saibamen will
      grow on the spot and you will fight 2 more groups...
    - There is a hidden peach (right of the path where you get the Dragon
      Radar) which allows the character to execute 2 turns. Give it to
      Goku.
    - Apparently, it seems Saibamen will not occupied the spot where the
      Dragon Ball is, thus focus your attacks on Raditz and Nappa.
    - It will be game over if Goku dies or Nappa/Raditz gets the Dragon
      Ball.

    Tips:
    - Equip the capsules that you have found in previous stage
    - This is first stage that you have to dig for a Dragon Ball (
      although it is not necessary to complete DW). I recommend you to
      get Dragon Radar first so that you will get the much needed help.
      Most of the times, the Dragon Ball is located somewhere where you
      will find Frieza.
    - Ginyu Force members are very likely to advance when you get close to
      them. Thus, stay and dig is an ideal move for 1st turn for Goku.
    - You will get some Zenie reserves which can be used to buy capsules
      from Skills Shop but to collect Zenie, I recommend you to play World
      Tournament Mode instead.
    - Have Goku to defeat Recoome to unlock RECOOME as playable.
    - Upon defeat of Ginyu Force, Frieza will power up.
    - Have the other character focus on Ginyu while Goku moving to the area
      where Frieza is.
    - Defeat Frieza to move onto the next stage.
    - Upon completing this stage, you will be able to select SNOWY MOUNTAINS
      for your stage select.
    - When fighting in this region, avoid using knock off moves too often
      otherwise a snow fall that hurts both your opponent and your character.

    Tips:
    - Equip the capsules that you have found in previous stage

    Tips:
    - You start off the battle by choosing 2 allies and fighting 5
      multicolour Saibamen and Dr. Gero. The statistics for the Saibamen

    - Defeat Dr. Gero with Goku will unlock DR. GERO as playable

      immediately I recommend you to bring in Piccolo and Krillin so that
      you can unlock all the Androids.

    Tips:
    - You will start off the battle with defeating Supreme Kai as your
      priority. I recommend you to dig first as attaining the DBZ in this
      area is hard. Once you finish digging, have Goku defeat Supreme Kai
      to unlock SUPREME KAI as playble. Upon Supreme Kai is defeated, you
      will find the next battle objective is to get to Buu's Cocoon.
    - Get the Dragon Radar once Goku gets his next turn.
    - Have Goku defeat Vegeta before moving the M Trigger spot to unlock
      his Super Saiyan 2 capsule. Normally, the Dragon Ball for this stage
      is located somewhere before you move to M Trigger spot.
    - Get the peach for Goku at the spot above the M Trigger spot so that
      he could have 2 turns. Move your other team members at the spot on
      the right of M Trigger spot.
    - Once you have moved to the M Trigger spot, you will face 3 new foes,
      Majin Vegeta, Majin Cell and Majin Vegeta. You will be given a new
      battle condition: Need to reach Buu's Cocoon under less than 3
      fights against any Majin. It is OKAY to fight Dabura.
    - Defeat Dabura with Goku to unlock DABURA as playable.
    - Defeat any Majins within 2 fights to unlock Babidi's Mind Control
      support capsule. This is possible as you can end the battle once
      you get a Majin groggy (defeat him the first time, remove 1 health
      meter). Defeat him again to remove the remaining help meters.
    - Just move any character to the cocoon and you will end this stage.

    Upon completing the game and collect 7 dragon balls, you will be able

    3) Breakthrough Capsules

    ---------------------------=== The Characters ===-----------------------
    DBZ Budokai 2 starts off with only a mere 8 characters (hey! that's is
    already enough to start a World Tournament). To get more characters, you
    need to play the Dragon World (Dragon World) mode.
    
    Similar to Budokai, the skills execution no longers involved tough D-Pad
    button rotations (i.e. QCF or HCB is not applicable in Budokai). Instead
    simple button chains are introduced instead.
    
    When you selected a character, you will find 3 options - Normal, Custom
    or Edit Skills. Edit Skills allow you to set up to capsules that worth
    of up to 7 slots for a character in the custom tray.
    
    The character fact files include a story background (based on my
    knowledge from the manga) and the character's moveset. Character marked
    with asterisk are playable in DW mode.

    Let's proceed on with the character list...
    
    1.   S o n    G o k u *
    ------------------------------------------------------------------------
    
    Story Background
    The hero of the manga series: Dragon Ball Z. In fact, the entire manga
    series covers all about him from his tender age till he growns to be
    an adult. After his victory win over Piccolo in the World Tournament,
    he starts to battle the Saiyans from outer space - his brother, Raditz.
    He died as a sacrifice and thus undergoes training at King Kai's Planet.
    Thus, he inherit the King Kai Fist and Spirit Bomb (Genki Dama).
    
    Upon the defeat of his arch rival - Vegeta, he travels to Namek and
    fight the main villian Frieza. Upon witnessing the death of his best
    friend, Krillin, he becomes Super Saiyen and thus defeating Frieza
    once and for all. Once he returns back to Earth, he heard of a shocking
    truth from Trunks (who comes from the future) about these Androids from
    Red Ribbon Corps who causes Earth in the future. Surprisingly he meet
    a villian, Cell who comes to the present time to reach his perfect form.
    Goku fight against Cell who is too powerful and thus leading his son,
    Gohan (who is at his teens) to fight Cell. However, Cell turns into
    a time bomb to destroy Earth and thus causing Goku to perform suicide
    move to teleport it to King Kai's Planet...
    
    Without his body, Goku using his soul to guide Gohan to defeat Cell.
    For the next 8 years, he training in the heaven (there is a halo ring
    on top of his head) and attained Super Saiyan 2. However in a midst
    of sequence, he heard from the Supreme Kai about this devil - Majin
    Buu who is about to resurrect from his egg spell. However, his arch
    rival, Vegeta sold his soul to Babidi and becomes Majin Vegeta. Due to
    the loss of energy from the fight against Vegeta, Buu is ressurected.
    Upon witnessing Buu's resurrection, Goku fights with Majin Buu and this
    time powering up to Super Saiyan 3. However, he could not defeat Buu
    due to time... Upon returning back to Heaven, he senses that Gohan is
    alive and witness the Elder Kai who helps Gohan to unlock his hidden
    powers.
    
    Super Buu absorbs Gotenks and Piccolo and thus become too overwhelming
    against Gohan. Goku is given the Potara and ask to use it to merge
    with Gohan. However in unfortunate events, Gohan is also absorbed and
    thus forcing Goku to merge with Hercule (Mr. Satan). Luckily he sensed
    Vegeta's soul and thus combine with Vegeta to form Vegito. Using
    Potara fusion, the character will be fused permanently. However in
    order to rescue his sons (Gohan, Goten), Trunks and Piccolo, they use
    a forcefield that allows them to escape into Buu's body without being
    absorb. In the process they released everyone and save Majin Buu...
    Super Buu was in turn transformed in his true form - Kid Buu. At a
    midst of strength, Kid Buu destroys Earth. Goku could only rescue a
    few with his teleportion skill (Dende and Hercule, along with a dog).
    Unfortunately, Kid Buu detects Goku's and company presence and thus
    engaging the last battle in Z saga. Goku fight with Super Saiyan 3
    but it does not work quite well against almighty kid Buu. But with the
    aid of Hercules and people all over the universe, Goku defeat Kid Buu
    using the Super Spirit Bomb...

    Notes:
    1. Spirit Bomb can be used when Goku is normal or King Kai Fist x20
       transformation. (i.e. he must be a Saiyan). You can increase the
       damage by twirling the analog sticks. If the twirling motion is set
       to max, the Spirit Bomb will do more damage.
    
    2. Continuous Kamehameha can be enhanced by twirling the analog sticks.
       If successful in twirling the gauge to max, Goku will execute an
       additional volley.
    
    3. Warp Kamehameha is an ultimate move that is only attainable by
       purchasing from Bulma Capsule Shop (Gold Membership) or unlock via
       Dragon World. (Goku uses this move in the battle against Cell)
    
    4. Super Spirit Bomb is an ultimate move that can be executed when
       Goku is a Saiyan. The opposition twirling analog stick sequence
       occurs. If Goku wins the opposition, he will remain in Super Saiyan
       Mode. (This is the move in the ending fight against Kid Buu in
       the manga)
    
    5. Although the <Potara> - Vegito Fusion takes all 7 slots, Goku will
       have access to his normal moveset. Once you have succeed the Vegito
       Fusion, you will view the hit and miss button sequence. If
       successful, you will remain as Vegito till the end of the battle.
       If it failed, you cannot use the fusion move anymore. The Potara
       capsule cannot be used in Dragon World mode. This will apply if
       Goku is equipped with <Potara> Vegito capsule
    
    6. Although the <Potara> - Gokule Fusion takes up all 7 slots, Goku
       will still have access to his normal moveset. Once you have setup
       for the fusion process, there will be a hit and miss button
       sequence. If successful, you stay throughout the battle as Gokule.
       This Potara capsule can only be used in all modes except DW. This
       will only apply if Goku is equipped with <Potara> Gokule capsule.
       This capsule can obtained via wishing from Shenlong (This is
       provided that you have obtained Breakthrough capsules for Goku &
       Hercule)
    
    7. When equipped with either Potara, Goku is unable to power up to
       Super Saiyan or King Kai Fist x20 (Taiyoken)
    
    8. Equipping the Breakthrough capsule will give Goku all his abilities
       except for fusion activations.
    
    9. King Kai Fist    - raises attack by 5%
       Super Saiyan     - raises attack by 10%
       Super Saiyan 2   - raises attack by 15%
       Super Saiyan 3   - raises attack by 25%
    
       Apparently, when Goku is at a higher state of transformation, his ki
       will depleted at a faster rate. Note that when he is at higher
       state, his attacks deal more damage.
    
    DW Capsules:-
    - Goku starts off with King Kai Fist x20, Dragon Throw and Kamehameha
      capsules equipped.
    - Have Krillin to defeat totally by Frieza in Namek (stage 3) to
      obtain Goku's Super Saiyan capsule.
    - Defeat Vegeta (before he turns to Majin Vegeta) at stage 5 to get
      his Super Saiyan 2 capsule.
    - Defeat Majin Buu with Goku himself at stage 6 to get his Super
      Saiyen 3 capsule
    - Defeat Super Buu at last stage with any character to get Goku's
      ultimate move - Super Spirit Bomb.
    
    2.    S o n    G o h a n *
    ------------------------------------------------------------------------
    
    Story Background
    For details regarding him when he is a teen, please refer to Teen
    Gohan's profile and movelist. Upon reaching 16, he attended school and
    meet up with his love - Videl. In order to hide his abilities (which
    he failed often...), he got some help from Bulma and turns into a super
    hero - Great Saiyaman (refer to movelist). At the World Tournament
    where he fight against Kibito (Supreme Kai's guardian), his energy is
    absorbed from two Babidi's henchman and it was used to revive Buu.
    
    He fights against Dabura but it was tough as he could only power up
    to Super Saiyan at most. He was defeated by Majin Buu effortlessly.
    But thanks to the Supreme Kai, he was saved and brought King Kai's
    Planet to extract the Z Sword. Unfortunately, the sword was not as
    powerful as they thought. But this brought out Elder Kai (very
    comical) and he helps to unlock Gohan's hidden potential.
    
    When his new potential and new outfit, he meet up with Piccolo,
    Goten and Trunks who are midway fighting Super Buu. Unleash his
    new ability, he defeat Buu effortlessly. It seems things are going
    well for the good guys, Super Buu come up with a devlish plan. He
    taunt Goten and Trunks to form Gotenks to fight him. He use his
    absorption ability when drains SSJ3 Gotenks and Piccolo and giving
    Gohan a hard time. Gohan barely survives and was overpowered in
    the process. Goku comes to his rescue with the Potara but Gohan
    was absorb in the process...

    3.   P i c c o l o *
    ------------------------------------------------------------------------
    
    Story Background
    Piccolo originates the planet Namek when the Dragon Balls is also
    originally found. Upon crashing down to earth, Piccolo was seperate
    into two forms - the evil and good. The evil form, King Piccolo (
    apparently Piccolo's 'dad') was defeated by the teen Goku in the
    World Tournament Mode. In the next World Tournament, Piccolo defeats
    Tien and Krillin and eventually meets on with Goku in the finals. An
    epic battle and the involvement of the good form, Kami has help out
    Goku to win his first tournament...
    
    Soon, the enemies become allies. Piccolo helps Goku to defeat Raditiz
    using his new finisher - Special Beam Cannon. He helps to train Gohan
    in order to fight the upcoming Saiyan, Vegeta and Nappa. However, he
    was killed as he attempt to protect Gohan from Nappa. As Piccolo dies,
    his other half Kami also dies and the Dragon Balls will vanish...
    
    His spirit goes to King Kai and he was brought back to life by the
    dragon balls in Namek and was teleport there. There, he meet up with
    a fellow Namekian who was breathless and ruthlessly beaten by Frieza,
    Nail. He fuses with Nail and become even stronger. He manage to win
    Frieza (who has not yet fully power up...) and helps a bit in the
    battle against Frieza.
    
    During the Android saga, he helps to fight against Android 20 after
    Goku was hurt by a heart attack. Eventually, he gets help from Kami
    and becomes even stronger when the two fuse together. However, they
    cannot afford the fact that once Piccolo dies, the Dragon Balls will
    be gone. Thus, they found Earth a new Kami, Dende (the kid Namekian
    which Gohan and Krillin meet in Namek). Piccolo fights well against
    Cell's first form and that is his last major battle.
    
    During the Buu saga, he becomes more a sidekick. In the first battle
    of the World Tournament, he faces the mysterious Shin (Supreme Kai).
    Even without starting a fight, he admit defeat... Once their way to
    Babidi's underground spaceship, he was turn into stone by Dabura's
    saliva spit attack (yucks). He recovers eventually when Dabura is
    killed by Majin Buu. He brought Trunks and Goten back when Vegeta
    is left to handle Majin Buu. Under his tuleage, he helps Goten and
    Trunks to form the new hero - Gotenks. After a few battles against
    Super Buu (viewing...), he was also absorbed by Buu...

    4. To use Hellzone Grenade, Piccolo must be in Fuse with Kami state.
       Upon executing the chain, you will find the Type I condition
       activated. Twirl the analog to the max to deal maximum damage. This
       is the move that he uses against Android 17...
    
    5. Equipping the Breakthrough capsule will give Piccolo all his
       abilities!

    1. Piccolo begins the Dragon World with Destructive Wave and Demon
       Roundhouse learnt.
    2. Defeat Frieza with Piccolo to obtain his Sync with Nail capsule

    ------------------------------------------------------------------------
    
    Story Background
    Krillin is Goku's best friend and they both received training from
    Master Roshi to learn the sect's finisher - Kamehameha. Krillin
    has been a good sidekick. Despite being a Shaolin monk, he tends to
    fall in love with woman... He plays a major role in fighting the
    Saiyans and the battles against Ginyu force in Namek. His potential to
    fight has been raised by Elder Namek along with Gohan's. After Frieza
    was wounded by Goku's Spirit Bomb, Krillin was killed in front of
    Goku's eyes and causing the latter to transform into Super Saiyan.
    
    Krillin was also the first to be revived thrice. The dragon ball on
    Earth can only bring back character to life if they have only died
    once. (this is the reason while Goku become so enraged...) During the
    Android saga, he fell in love with Android 18 and help to defend her
    from being absorb by Cell. After the battle against Cell ends, he
    request Shenlong to remove 17 and 18's self destruct bombs which has
    been embedled in their bodies. Seeing this, Krillin gets married with
    #18 and thus having a child. In Buu Saga, he is spoted with a hair
    and becomes more of a sidekick. Like Piccolo, he was also affected by
    Dabura's saliva (digusting!) and turn into stone. Eventually, he was
    killed by Super Buu upon Buu's escape from the hyperbolic time
    chamber...

    Story Background
    Like Krillin, Tien is also one of earliest character who appears in
    Dragon Ball. A strong master of Crane style sect and battles young Goku
    in the final round of the World Tournament. Risks his life to use the
    utlimate finisher - Ki Blast Cannon. Unfortunately the game removes
    his trademark stun attack - Solar Flare. His good friend Chiaotzu has
    been with him since the introduction of Tien. During the battle against
    Nappa, Tien witnesses the death of his best friend. Eventually he dies
    as he suffers heavy injuries from the powerful Nappa.
    
    He plays a minor in subsequent saga. In Gohan battles against Super Buu
    He helps out a bit but was knocked out unconsicious by Buu's legs...

       enter them correctly, you will get Tiencha! If it done in a wrong
       sequence, prepare for a big laugh ^_^:...
    
    4. Once in fusion, there will be a timer gauge in replacement of the Ki
       gauge. Once the time gauge reaches zero, fusion will break apart
       when Tiencha is knock to the ground and both Tien and Yamcha will
       have zero Ki. You will need to start all over again.
    
    5. Equipping the Breakthrough capsule will give Tien all his
       abilities! (except for the fusion capsule)
    
    
    DW Capsules:-
    1. Tien begins the Dragon World with Dodompa and Jackhammer Fist learnt.
    2. The Fusion capsule can only be used in all modes except DW. This
       will only apply if Tien or Yamcha is equipped with <Fusion> Tiencha
       capsule. This capsule can obtained via wishing from Shenlong (This
       is provided that you have obtained Breakthrough capsules for Tien &
       Yamcha)
    
    6.     K i d   T r u n k s *
    -----------------------------------------------------------------------
    
    Story Background
    The son of Bulma and Vegeta. He is quite a kid (well, he is a kid) and
    a bit arrongance. During the Gravity Chamber training, he has unveil
    that he has the ability to transform into Super Saiyan. In finals of
    the World Tournament (for kids), he and Goten has a good fight and an
    agreement. Noticing there isn't much fun playing kid's battles, they
    decide to participate in the adult's battle by taking over someone's
    costume. Unfortunately, they lose to #18 due to the Destructo Disc.
    
    When Vegeta is fighting against Majin Buu, Trunks can in contact with
    his dad but only briefly as Vegeta understood the only way to defeat
    Buu is to... Trunks got knock out cold by Vegeta and ascorted back to
    Hyperbolic Time Chamber Piccolo. As a motivation, he and Goten train
    hard to perform the fusion that Goku taught them (they have witness
    the awesome power of SSJ3 Goku). During the battle against Super Buu,
    they fuse into Gotenks and nearly defeat Buu if not 30 minutes time
    limit... Eventually, they were absorb by Super Buu in order to defeat
    Gohan.

    Story Background
    Like his dad, Goku, Goten is a kind hearted boy except he is a bit more
    playful. Tends to be rather blur but strong when comes too fight. Like
    Trunks, he also has the ability to transform into Super Saiyan (which
    brings a great shock to Gohan). Perhaps due to restriction by Chi Chi
    (who hates Super Saiyans for their yellow hair), Goten's fighting
    capabilities is slightly weaker than Trunks. In kid's world tournament
    battle, Goten accidentally transform into Super Saiyan breaking the
    promise with Trunks. However, he was lost before Trunks did transform
    into Super Saiyan. Together with Trunks, they nab a masked fellow and
    disguise their way to enter the adult's world tournament, which they
    lose in the final round to #18.
    
    Goten help Trunks to fight Majin Buu to save the severely wounded
    Vegeta. But Vegeta decides to do a sacrifice and thus knocking both
    the kids out. At the hyperbolic time chamber, he and Trunks train and
    thus forming Gotenks. During the battle against Super Buu, they were
    are absorbed by Buu in an effort to defeat Gohan.

    Story Background
    Raditz was Goku's elder brother. As like other Saiyan, he likes to
    address Goku as Kakarot. When he first came to Earth, he met up with
    Piccolo (just after the World Tournament). He defeat Piccolo at ease
    and proceed to the Master Roshi's house to snatch away Goku's son,
    Gohan.
    
    Fortunately for the dragon ball, Goku locates Gohan and battle Raditz
    to get back his son. Raditz witness the hidden potential of the young
    Gohan but was defeated in the hands of Piccolo's Special Beam Cannon
    with Goku hanging on his arms. Both Raditz and Goku was killed. Goku
    makes an angel and go to King Kai's planet for special training...

    Story Background
    Along with Tien & Krillin, Yamcha is one of the earliest character. He
    was formerly a mountain bandit and change his mind upon meeting Bulma.
    Whenever he sees girls, he tends to become red-faced. His Wolf Fang
    Fist is very damaging but got defeated by Goku's two finger attack ^_^:
    
    He plays a major part in the early part of Piccolo saga. He was killed
    by a lowly Saibamen during their battles against Nappa. He joins a side
    kick for the entire Android saga. In the Buu saga, he is just having as
    a background role...

    defeat the entire team almost single handedly. Yamcha is killed by a
    Saibamen. He killed Chiaotzu, Tien and Piccolo! Eventually, he was
    defeated at the hands of Goku. He begs Vegeta for help but got killed
    instead...

    the Namekian dragon balls. Recoome was eventually defeated by Goku who
    has just arrived from Earth via a spaceship with Bulma's family help...

    4.   C a p t a i n     G i n y u
    -----------------------------------------------------------------------
    Getting: Defeat Ginyu with Vegeta at DW Stage 3. This can only be done
             after you have defeated Vegeta with Goku on that stage.
    
    Story Background:
    A vicious person and the leader of the Ginyu Force. Ginyu has the
    ability to do Body Change which allows him to change bodies. He was
    amazed by Goku's power when the latter power up King Kai Fist x10 and
    Goku says that he can do more... Ginyu crushes his own body and switch
    body with Goku. However, it seems only Goku can execute King Kai Fist,
    thus the change does not help him much. He battles Vegeta and decides
    to switch body with Vegeta but Goku interferes and get his body back.
    Upon switching Goku throws a frog and Ginyu ends up become a frog. In
    the anime, there is an expanded version of Ginyu entering Bulma's body
    and Bulma's become the frog ^_^:)

    Notes:
    1. Body Change is not an attack move. Ginyu will receive some damage
       before switching to the opposition's body. "Ginyu" become the
       opponent and have the opponent's move set. You will also bring
       over the stats and will be able to transform unlike in DBZ manga.
       If Ginyu has been been powered by Fighting Poses, the enhancement
       will be brought over to your opposition's side! Virtually, it just
       a switch between character statistics.

       attack to 108% (1st), 116% (2nd) and 124% (3rd)
    
    4. Special Fighting Pose 1 is not an attack move. It raises Ginyu's
       defense to 105% (1st), 110% (2nd) and 115% (3rd)
    
    5. Unlike transformations which revert back old form (if knocked down
       to the ground and is less than the ki gauge needed), Fighting Poses
       enhances the attack and defense as a permanent stats change.

    Getting: Defeat Vegeta with Goku during DW Stage 3 (Namek)
    
    Story Background
    The proud Saiyan prince hails from the planet of Saiyans, Planet
    Vegeta. Vegeta's first battle is against the Saiyan raised on Earth,
    Kakarot or Goku. In the fierce battle, Vegeta got defeated at the
    hands of Goku. However, it was Goku's kind hearted soul that stops
    Krillin from killing Vegeta. Vegeta returns to the base and discover
    the dragon balls. He make his way to Planet Namek and defeat Frieza's
    subordinates. Eventually, he got into allies' side by fighting the
    Ginyu Force. Shortly after the Namekian Shenlong is summoned, they
    come in a fierce fight with Frieza. Frieza killed Vegeta as Vegeta is
    unable to transform in the force that Frieza afraid most - Super
    Saiyan. During the peace time, he marries with Bulma and Bulma bore
    him a son called Trunks.
    
    After meeting a mysterious Super Saiyan (Trunks) who defeat Mecha
    Frieza easily, Vegeta undergoes tremendous training. Eventually he
    saves Goku (or claims that only he is eligible to defeat Goku) from
    Android 19, he becomes a Super Saiyan. After a couple of fierce
    fights with Android 18, he undergoes training with his son, Trunks
    in the hyperbolic time chamber. He manages to defeat the 2nd form of
    Cell with ease unleashing power mode of Super Saiyan however he was
    defeated by Cell's final form. He loses control in witnessing the
    death of his son, Trunks to Cell's death beam attack and got wounded
    resulting Gohan to rescue him. However it was his attack who distract
    Cell and give Gohan the killer blow to defeat Cell.
    
    Vegeta got tired of fighting as his worthy opponent no longer exists
    in the current world. In upcoming World Tournament, he draw with Goku
    in the first round of the World Tournament mode! However it was
    spoiled by the Majin team. At Babidi's spaceship, Vegeta unless a
    cruel thought and allow Babidi to control him, thus forming Majin
    Vegeta. He got into a fierce fight with Goku and both of them has
    powered up into SSJ2.. Majin Buu got resurrected and both warriors
    senses Buu's awesome power. Vegeta agrees to team up with Goku to
    fight Buu but knock out the latter senses. He goes and battle Buu
    himself. Buu is unexpectedly strong and Vegeta founds himself in
    trouble and saved temporarily by his son, Trunks and Goten. After
    entrust the children to hands of Piccolo, Vegeta uses his body to
    destroy Buu...
    
    Vegeta goes to hell but offers to help out to fight Buu who causes
    so much trouble in the world. He returns promptly and fuse with Goku
    using Potara earrings and become Vegito. Using a bit of trick, they
    rescue Gohan and others but face a more devlish monster, Kid Buu.
    
    At the Great Kai Planet, the battle of good and evil continues.
    Vegeta fights to bitter end despite losing most of his ki (unable
    to transform into Super Saiyan) and having Goku to gather ki from
    the universe to form the Super Genki Dama (Spirit Bomb) to destroy
    Buu once and for all.

       down to 1/3 of his max energy bar. Majin Vegeta will have additional
       moves to his skill list. You will fight the battle as Majin Vegeta
       till the end of the battle. Majin Vegeta is the equivalent of SSJ2
       Vegeta (115% attack power!)
    
    5. Majin Vegeta's Final Explosion is the game's MOST powerful Ultimate.
       It will deal instant death damage if you twirl the gauge to the max.
       However if you need not reach the maximum gauge, Vegeta will be
       killed instead!
    
    6. Although the <Potara> - Vegito Fusion takes up all 7 slots, Vegeta
       will still have access to his normal moveset. Once you have setup
       for the fusion process, there will be a hit and miss button
       sequence. If successful, you stay throughout the battle as Vegito
       This Potara capsule can only be used in all modes except DW. This
       will only apply if Vegeta is equipped with <Potara> Vegito capsule.
       This capsule can obtained via wishing from Shenlong (This is
       provided that you have obtained Breakthrough capsules for Vegeta &
       Goku)
    
    7. When equipped the Potara capsule, Vegeta is unable to power up to
       Super Saiyan as he could in the normal moveset
    
    8. Equipping the Breakthrough capsule will give Vegeta all his abilities
       except for fusion activations.
    
    DW capsules:-
    1. Upon unlocking Vegeta, you will receive Galick Gun and Nose Dive
       Crash capsules.
    2. Defeat Frieza with Vegeta in Namek to get his Super Saiyan capsule
    3. Defeat any Majin characters in DW Stage 5 within 2 fights to get his
       Babidi's Mind Control Support ability.
    4. Defeat Super Buu (Gohan absorbed) with Vegito to get his Super
       Saiyan 2 capsule.

    Getting: Defeat Vegeta with Kid Trunks during DW Stage 3 (Namek)
    
    Story Background:
    A Saiyan, son of Bulma and Vegeta hails from the future. In the future,
    most of characters will kill by Androids 17 and 18. Goku is unable to
    help out as he dies of a heart attack. Trunks goes under training with
    Gohan (who becomes Super Saiyan). Upon witnessing Gohan's death, Trunks
    is able to transform into Super Saiyan. Using the time machine, he
    travels to Goku's time and defeat Mecha Frieza and Frieza's dad with
    ease. He talked to Goku solemnly on his purpose of travel (Piccolo
    overhears it due his Kami ability)
    
    Trunks help out the Z team in the battles against the Android. His
    father took him to train at hyperbolic time chamber and he adopt a
    longer hairstyle in Super Saiyan armor. He fought perfect Cell when
    Vegeta got defeated. But he loses and Cell allows him to leave and
    prepare for the Cell Game. Trunks eventually got killed by the
    returning Cell (who self explodes and destroys King Kai Planet) and
    got killed. Upon revived by Shenlong, he discovers that his father
    cares for him from Yamcha.
    
    Traveling the time machine back to the future, Trunks defeat the
    Android twins (17 and 18) at ease. He eventually restore peace fully
    by defeating Cell (1st form)

    Getting: Defeat Frieza with Goku in DW stage 3 (Namek)
    
    Story Background:
    Frieza is the most vicious villian that has incredible killing powers.
    He defeat Goku's father and destroys the entire Planet Vegeta
    (Saiyan's homeland). Frieza grews wild in ambition and proceed to
    Namek to gather the mysterious Dragon Ball to fulfil his dream -
    eternal life. Frieza has the ability to transform and has 4
    transformation. He fight Piccolo and Vegeta using forms 1, 2 & 3.
    Once he unveils his true form, he defeat and kill Vegeta. Goku fights
    him and it seems that Goku has the ability to transform into the force
    that Frieza fears most, the legendary Super Saiyan. Frieza could
    destroy any planet with a single blow and Goku is powerless until he
    uses the Spirit Bomb. But Frieza only got wounded and kills Krillin
    out of anger. Unexpectedly, it trigger Goku's anger and Goku becomes
    Super Saiyan-jin. Freiza unleashes 100% energy against the legendary
    warrior and was defeated. Goku gives Frieza an opportunity to live
    after Frieza was hit by his own Destructo Disc. Frieza seems to be
    rescued by his father and becomes Mecha Frieza
    
    On his return to Earth, he was killed instantly in pieces by a
    future Saiyan, Trunks...

    Getting: Defeat Dr Gero with Goku in DW stage 4.
    
    Story Background:
    The professor and the creator of all Androids. During Goku's young age,
    there has been ranging war with Gero's creation Androids and Goku has
    been the one to stop their world ambitions. Dr. Gero convert himself
    in Android and given him some fight abilities including the ability
    to absorb ki! He appears along with Android 19 to attack the Z team.
    SSJ Goku got defeated due to an heart attack and his powered-up
    Kamehameha is absorbed by Android 19. Android 19 was killed by Vegeta
    and leaving Android 20 being chased by others. He brings Android 17 &
    18 alive. Android 17 kills Dr. Gero as he does not want to be
    manipulated by Dr. Gero...

    Getting: Defeat Android 17 with Piccolo in DW Stage 4.
    
    Story Background:
    Android 17 is created by Dr. Gero of the massive 20 Androids. Android
    17 killed Dr. Gero as he does not want Gero to manipulate him and his
    twin sister, Android 18. Unlike normal humans, Androids never get
    tired and this is key reason why they could defeat Super Saiyans. He
    fight against Piccolo (who got fuse with Kami). However both Piccolo
    and 17 were defeat by Cell (who extract more than 10,000 souls).
    Android 16 comes to help and defeat Cell. But Cell turns his tail into
    a vacuum head and absorb 17 thus forming Cell's 2nd form.

    Getting: Defeat Android 18 with Krillin in DW Stage 4
    
    Story Background:
    Android 18 is perhaps the strongest woman in DBZ world. Like her twin
    brother, she has incredible abilities and loves shopping. She and 17
    activate Android 16 after Trunks destroy the base. She fought Super
    Saiyan Vegeta without much difficulty despite their strengths are at
    par. After dismantling the Saiyan force, Android 18 give Krillin a
    goodbye kiss which causes Krillin to fall in love with the latter.
    
    After Android 17 is absorbed by Cell, it seems that Android 18 is
    about be absorbed anytime sooner by Cell. Android 18 and the injured
    Android 16 escapes. Meanwhile Vegeta and Trunks arrive. Vegeta engages
    into a battle against Cell with his new power earned from the
    hyperbolic time chamber. Meanwhile Krillin gots a self destruction
    device from Bulma which could disable the Androids and could foil
    Cell's perfect form plans. Krillin could not bare to use the device
    and smashes with his foot. Cell was powerless and muttered to himself
    that he could defeat Vegeta once he has attained his final form.
    Vegeta wants more competition and allow Cell to attain his final form.
    Trunks try to stop but got attacked from his father. Eventually 18
    is absorbed by Cell. During the battle between SSJ2 Gohan and Cell,
    Android 18 got released from Cell's body and Cell reverts to 2nd form.
    Krillin rescues Android 18. After the battle against Cell is over,
    Android 18 leaves the Z party. Upon discovering Krillin's wish from
    Shenlong (i.e. remove the bomb from 18 and 17's body), Android 18
    discover Krillin's feelings for her. They got married and even have
    a daughter - Marron.
    
    After Z team and Supreme Kai is chasing after the Majin fellows, 18
    chooses to stay back and fight the World Tournament, she defeat the
    masked man (Goten and Trunks in disguise) and faces Hercule in
    final round. She choose to lose to Hercule deliberate due to the
    prize money ^_^:)
    
    Eventually, she and Krillin was killed by Super Buu after Buu escapes
    from the hyperbolic time chamber.

    Story Background:
    Android 16 is a solemn huge Android who is classified as a failure
    product by Dr. Gero. Android 16 is awaken and is kindhearted at nature.
    He loves Earth and protect it at all costs. Upon witnessing Android 17
    in trouble, comes out to help and fight Cell. He is a more of Android
    to human and defeat Cell at ease. However, Cell absorbs 17 eventually.
    He could not stop 18 being absorbed as he was injured. He was helped
    back to repairs by Krillin. At the Cell game, Android 16 comes midway
    during the battle between the unwilling Gohan and Cell. Android 16
    intends to self destruct, destroying Cell with him. Cell destroys his
    body and launches Cell Jr. Android 16 (with his head left) asks
    Hercule to bring him to Gohan. He gives some word of advice to Gohan
    and got crashed to death by Cell. Gohan's power is unleashed!

    This character is actually Gohan in diguise. As Gohan's actions towards

    executing his superhuman abilities, he decide to sought help from
    Bulma. Upon activation on the watch, Gohan is able to transform into
    Great Saiyaman. However, it is due to his blurness that he got caught
    by Videl and forced to teach Videl to fly as a result ^_^:)

       Saiyaman only 115% maximum on offense through Justice Pose). If you

    Getting: Defeat Cell with Goku in DW Stage 4
    
    Story Background:
    Cell is formed by part of the research of Android #20. Cells of the
    fighters in the past battles are gathered and thus forming Cell. This
    also explains while Cell has the ability of Goku, Vegeta, Frieza,
    Piccolo and Frieza's father. Like Trunks, Cell also comes from the
    future, after killing off Trunks and embodied himself into an egg
    inside time machine. However, his trails got examined and his tracks
    were destroyed by Trunks, Krillin and Gohan.
    
    Cell can increases his power but absorb ki from humans. He was first
    discover by Kami and got into a fierce fight with Piccolo. But
    Piccolo was much stronger much to Cell's surprise. Cell uses Solar
    Flare to escape (which Goku learns from Tien). He has the ability
    to regenerate (Piccolo), uses Goku's trademark move, Kamehameha...
    
    Cell absorbs more life and become even more powerful than Piccolo.
    Cells absorbs 17 and becomes his second form. Tien comes out to help
    and allows 18 and the injured 16 to escape. Upon watching Tien in
    trouble, Goku comes to help! Goku rescues both Piccolo and Tien from
    the hands from Cell.
    
    Cell goes after 18 and 16 and meet up with Vegeta and Trunks instead.
    He manages to absorb 18 and attained perfect form thanks to Vegeta.
    He becomes incredibly strong and introduce the Cell games. In the
    first round, he fought against Goku. Goku was not his match and quits
    the battle. Gohan is his next opponent. He fights Gohan with much
    ease and Gohan is afraid that his power will cause him to lose
    control. To trigger that he unleases Cell Jr to attack every member
    of the Z team. Unexpectedly, his destruction of Android 16 triggers
    Gohan's anger and forming SSJ2 for Gohan. He got defeated by Gohan
    and revert back to 2nd form after losing 18 from his body. However
    he turns into a time bomb that could destroys Earth. Goku use his
    teleportion skill and saves Earth from the ill fate. Cell destroys
    and Goku is killed...
    
    He comes back to Earth shortly and become stronger than ever. He
    has attained SSJ2 and even acquired Goku's teleportion ability. He
    kill Trunks with Freiza's death beam finisher. Vegeta gots mad and
    starts to volley ki blasts at Cell. In this event, Gohan got injured
    in attempting to save Vegeta. Cell decides to use Super Kamehameha...
    
    However, he was killed with the combined efforts of Gohan and Goku
    and of course some help from Vegeta...

    Getting: Defeat Supreme Kai with Goku in DW Stage 5
    
    Story Background
    Supreme Kai appears on the World Tournament after Goku arrives back to
    Earth for a special date. He participates under a different name. Upon
    his first battle, he fought Piccolo. Piccolo chooses to give up as he
    is unable to determine the power... Supreme Kai unveils his identity
    to Piccolo. His assistant, Kibito goes into a fight with Gohan.
    Supreme Kai decides to use Gohan as a bait to lure the Majin team,
    which leads them to the evil force, Babidi and legendary evil Majin
    Buu...
    
    Supreme Kai got severely wounded and got rescued by Kibito (who was
    revived by Dragon ball after being killed by Dabura). He brings Gohan
    to Great Kai Planet where the Z Sword is. It is rumoured that the Z
    Sword possess the power to destroy Buu. Gohan trains with the
    extremely heavy sword. To test the power of the sword, Kai uses the
    hardiest object on Earth. The Z Sword breaks apart and reveal a
    hidden force, Elder Kai. Under the tuleage of Elder Kai, Gohan gets
    stronger. Seeing Gohan in trouble against Super Buu (with SSJ3
    Gotenks absorbed), Elder Kai gives Goku the Potara which could allow
    permament fusion in a super strong character. So Kai and Kibito
    exchange their earrings and form Kibitoshin. Upon witnessing the
    destruction of Earth, Kibitoshin comes to help out Vegeta, Goku,
    Dende and a dog to escape from the shambles to Great Kai Planet..
    
    After defeat Buu, Kibitoshin stays with Elder Kai as seen in GT
    series...

    Getting: Defeat Majin Buu with Great Saiyaman in DW Stage 6
    
    Story Background
    The funniest character that ever graze on DBZ (he stands par with the
    horny Master Roshi ^_^:). He appears as the last world champion in
    World Tournament and volunteer to fight Cell (as you see Cell has
    made a broadcast.) Hercule (JAP: Mr. Satan) fight Cell without knowing
    how strong Cell really is ^_^:) and got wacked off the stage by Cell
    with a smack...
    
    After Gohan has finished Cell, everyone lefts. Hercule declares that
    he has defeated Cell to the world (that's why the world believes in
    him). He has a daughter, Videl who studies in the same high school
    as Gohan. During the world tournament preparations, he seems to be
    relaxed. The tournament organizers issued a special match for Hercule
    against the winner of the kids' tournament - Kids Trunks! Hercule got
    wacked off the stage ^_^:)
    
    In finals of World Tournament (after Goku and co has gone in pursuit
    of the Majin team), he is left with #18 in the finals. 18 loses to
    him deliberately due to money (Hercule was forced to pay her double
    the prize money...)
    
    As the world is in a mess due to Majin Buu's rampage, Hercule comes
    to help out as Majin Buu's private assistant and think of a plan to
    kill Majin Buu. However, unexpectedly Hercule got hurted and result
    Majin Buu to unleash Super Buu from his anger. Majin Buu got
    absorbed Super Buu. Super Buu did not hurt him due to Majin Buu...
    
    At Great Kai Planet, he thought he has gone to heaven ^_^:) Kid Buu
    comes and attempt to hurt him and Majin Buu comes to the rescue! King
    Kai tells Goku to gather ki from everyone in universe to defeat Buu...
    Goku could only get ki from his close friends. Hercule chips in and
    call in the people on Earth. He is the "hero" behind that Goku's
    finisher ^_^:) As that, he lives happily with Majin Buu and his dog
    through the GT series with a granddaughter Pan...

    Getting: Defeat Super Buu (with Gohan absorb) using Hercules in DW
             Stage 8.
    
    Story Background:
    Videl is the daughter of Hercule and studies in the same school with
    Gohan. She works part-time as a cop to keep peace in Hercule City (I
    prefer to call it Satan City). Videl comes to learn of Gohan's secret
    as Gt Saiyaman. She calls Gohan to teach the way to fly.
    
    She particpates in the World Tournament but got wounded by her opponent
    who has been mind-controlled by Babidi. Gohan comes to her rescue. Upon
    the ending episode, she marries to Gohan and give birth to a daughter
    called Pan, who plays a major role in Dragon Ball GT.

    Story Background
    Shortly after Goku's first win in Tournament, Gohan was born. He is
    first Saiyan to have a mixed blood of Saiyan and human. He has a lot
    of hidden abilities that has suppress the thoughts of many enemies.
    
    Gohan begins as a fighter after his father's death in the match
    against Raditz. Under the tuleage of Piccolo, Gohan learns quickly
    and become an important member of the Z team. At the time hyperbolic
    chamber, he successfully transforms into a Super Saiyan. His epic
    battle against Cell also embark the first Saiyan to reach Super
    Saiyan 2. However due to his cockiness, this results to Goku's death
    from Cell's suicide transformation. He gets his revenge and help from
    his dad using the combined father-and-son Kamehameha (with aid from
    Vegeta) to defeat Cell.

    Story Background:
    Dabura is Babidi's right-hand man. He is a proud and devlish demon king.
    His awesome power can be seen when he killed Kibito with a single blast
    and turn Piccolo and Krillin into stone using his saliva, which prompt
    Goku to head for Babidi's spaceship.
    
    He is not as powerful as the Supreme Kai thought in the minds of
    Saiyans. Gohan battles him with his depleted ki and still stands to par.
    Upon witnessing Majin Buu, he feel that Majin Buu is not as loyal as he
    is and warned Babidi about it. He make Majin Buu angry and got turn
    into a cookie and eaten up by Majin Buu!

    Story Background:
    When Majin Buu is first released from the egg, no one could not imagine
    the power except for Supreme Kai. Created by Babidi's father, Bibidi
    and seal into the egg and can only recovered by pumping large amount of
    ki...
    
    Majin Buu got released due to Goku's lose of energy to Majin Vegeta and
    the previous energy gathered from Gohan. He has the ability to
    regenerate from gas state to normal mode. He is invincible. Buu defeat
    Supreme Kai and Gohan easily. He has the ability to turn human beings
    into cookies or chocolates for his own eating!
    
    He was challenged by Vegeta but it was his weird attacks that give him
    the advantage and his sudden burst of energy. He was engulfed into
    Vegeta's Final Explosion (Vegeta wants to kill him by using his body)
    but managed to reborn. He is a bit afraid of Babidi as Babidi could
    confine him back into the egg. After the battle against SSJ3 Goku, he
    killed Babidi and leave to his own luxury.
    
    Upon meeting his good friend, Hercule (Mr. Satan), he come to learn the
    meaning of human life and promise Hercule that he will no longer kill.
    However the appearance of several evil humans injured Hercule, cause
    Majin Buu to released an evil cloud who cause the formation of evil
    Super Buu. Majin Buu's chocolate beam was reflected and eaten by Super
    Buu. However Super Buu does not attack Hercule due to Majin Buu's
    presence. After Majin Buu has been rescued by Vegeta, Super Buu
    transformed in Kid Buu and destroys Earth (!)
    
    At the Great Kai Planet when Hercule was about to be harmed by Kid
    Buu, Majin Buu comes to Hercule's resuce and fight Kid Buu. At the end
    of all battles, he stays with Hercule as his friend and the dog...

    Story Background:
    After absorbed Majin Buu, Super Buu heads for the hyperbolic time
    chamber to challenge his mysterious opponent. However, he give him a
    time clock and ask him to wait (to buy time for Goten and Kid Trunks
    to use). Super Buu fight Gotenks in an epic battle with introduction
    of Gotenks special ability. However Gotenks fool Piccolo saying that he
    has no more abilities to fight Super Buu forcing Piccolo to destroy the
    chamber's only exit. This anger forced Super Buu to open up force field
    to allow him to escape. Gotenks did the same and powered up to SSJ3.
    Before Gotenks could kill Buu, they could split up due to time limit.
    Super Buu got heavily beaten by Gohan who unleash his new power.
    
    Super Buu escapes and return with a devilish plan. He absorbs Gotenks
    and Piccolo to bring him awesome power to fight Gohan. Gohan was saved
    by Dende and Tien a while before Goku arrives. Goku uses a Destructo
    Disc to cut Buu into half... Goku throw the Potara but Gohan could not
    capture it. Buu's body combined but got reverted into Piccolo form as
    the Gotenks fusion has eclipsed. However the part of his "hair" has
    changed into an absorption cover to absorb Gohan. He got defeated by
    Vegito (Goku and Vegeta's potara fusion) even he has absorbed Gohan,
    Goten, Kid Trunks and Piccolo. He attempts to absorb Vegito but got
    foiled by Vegito's trick to rescue others. He revert back old form
    when Gohan and the allies are released. He enter his own body and find
    Goku and co. Vegeta rip Majin Buu from his body and Buu reverts to
    Kid Buu (the original form)...

       scenario. Just twirl it to your enemy's side and watch the explosive

       I Ki scenario with Buu have his own version of ghost ^_^:) If you
       did not twirl the analog stick to the max, Buu will received damage
       instead. If max, you should know what it does.
    
    6. Super Buu (Yamcha) Spirit Ball enter into Type II Ki scenairo with
       the button sequence. If you miss the sequence, you will miss the
       attack completely.
    
    7. Super Buu (Cell) Spirit Bomb will enter into Type III ki scenario.
       Just twirl it to your enemy's side and watch the explosive damage!
    
    8. Super Buu (Frieza)'s Death Ball will also enter into Type III ki
       scenario. Just twirl to your enemy's side and watch the explosive
       damage.
    
    9. Regardless who Buu absorbed, the ki gauge will be depleting as Buu
       is undergoing a transform.

    Story Background:
    The most and pure devlish evil of all enemies that ever grace the world
    of DBZ. Kid Buu is extremely powerful and is the original Buu that
    Supreme Kai witness. Apparently it seems Buu has absorb some of older
    generation of Kai...
    
    Kid Buu destroys Earth with a single Ki blast! He reappears in Great
    Kai Planet and was unmatched. SSJ3 Goku and SSJ2 Vegeta could not
    fight him and even Majin Buu cannot defeat him. He was eventually
    destroyed by Goku's Genki Dama (with ki gathered from entire Earth,
    Namek and Kai's Planet). He was reborn as Uub and goes under training
    as Goku as the series come to an end.

    because they can only be activated from battle. Apart from DW where you
    can use them (Gotenks and Vegito) freely, the only way is by activating

    There are a total of 5 such characters. To get these capsules:-
    1) Breakthrough capsule for 1st character involved in fusion/potara
    2) Breakthrough capsule for next character involved in fusion/potara*
    3) Hopefully, the fusion/potara capsule appears under Shenlong's wish
       list...
    
    *To get Kibitoshin, you just need to obtain breakthrough for Supreme
     Kai as Kibito is not a playable character.
    
    i.e. You need to play at least 3 times DW with all dragon balls
         collected...
    
    1.   G o t e n k s
    ------------------------------------------------------------------------
    Getting:
    You will unlock the capsule once you have started stage 7 of DW.
    
    Story Background
    Gotenks first appeared when Goten and Trunks successfully perform the
    Fusion technique. The skill was imparted from Goku who has learnt from
    2 mysterious guys while he was in space before he has returned to earth
    after defeating Frieza (It was also the same place that he has acquired
    his teleportion technique). At the beginning, Goten and Trunks refuses
    to learn the technique as they blamed Goku as a coward (their kins have
    just been defeated and killed by Buu: Vegeta and Gohan)
    
    Majin Buu and Babidi comes to challenge Kami and dares anyone else who
    can stop Buu. Goku enters the battle and transform in SSJ3, whose power
    changes the minds of those 2 kids.
    
    Goten and Trunks continue their training at hyperbolic time chamber and
    at the meantime Super Buu returns (who has been formed due to Majin
    Buu's anger and absorbs the later). The training pays off and they
    execute a couple of moves that no one has ever seen before. They
    managed to fight to par and joke around that they cannot defeat Buu.
    Piccolo destroys the only exit and forces Buu to force a hole to
    escape... Gotenks transform in SSJ3 (!) and forces his way out much
    to Piccolo's amazement. The kids did well but they were too arrongant
    and before they could defeat Buu, they got separated due to time lapse.
    Thanks to Gohan, their lives are sparred... They got absorbed
    eventually by Super Buu...
    
    The capsule cannot be activated in used while in Dragon World Mode. To
    equip it, you must have all 7 slots. Despite equip the capsule, the
    character (Kid Trunks or Goten) will retain their normal moveset except
    they cannot powerup to SSJ. To perform fusion, both Goten and Kid
    Trunks must have at least 3 levels of ki. (They shared the same ki
    gauge...) Once the requirement is attained, get close to your opponent
    & execute the fusion combo:

     Hit the buttons as you see on the screen...
     and you will get Gotenks!
    
    Notes:
    Once successfully, you will find Kid Trunks and Goten execute the
    motion, you will see five button hits. Hit as you sees them and you
    will be able to perform a successful transformation! If you miss any
    of the hits, you will get either fat Gotenks (no skills and attack
    decreased by 10%)
    
    Once in fusion mode, Gotenks will no longer have a ki gauge and a time
    gauge in replace of it. Once the time gauge has been fully depleted,
    Gotenks will still remain as he is until he was knocked down to
    ground. If knocked to ground with 0 for time gauge, they will be
    reverted back to plain Goten and Kid Trunks with 0 ki each...
    
    During transformation, Gotenks did not to charge up his ki gauge and
    can retain his SSJ3 until he knocked to the ground.

    Obtain the Breakthrough capsule for Tien via wishing from Shenlong
    upon completing DW (make sure you have collect all 7 dragon balls).
    Replay DW again and wish for Yamcha's Breakthrough capsule. Defeat
    the game again and wish for the Fusion - Tiencha capsule.
    
    Story Background:
    This is an innovative creation from the game's character. Tien &
    Yamcha has the same build and their powers are around the same...
    
    The fusion principle that used for Gotenks also applicable for Tiencha,
    thus please refer to Gotenks for more details.

    Story Background:
    This is the strongest character that ever graze in Dragon Ball Z. Goku
    uses the Potara to fuse with Vegeta to form Vegito after being chased
    after by Super Buu (with Gohan absorbed). Besides, Vegito can
    transform in Super Saiyan! Vegito defeat Super Buu as ease. However in
    an attempt to rescue the absorbed characters, Vegito use a force shield
    and enters into Buu's body. In Buu's body, Vegito got separated into
    Goku and Vegeta. Vegeta destroys the Potara once they got into the
    body...

       has landed the "sword" on the opponent. Twirling the analog gauge
       to max, will allow Vegito to deal additional sword slash. To
       execute Spirit Sword, you must be in Super Vegito state.
    
    5. Neither Goku nor Vegeta is able to power up to Super Saiyan when
       the Potara capsule is equipped.
    
    4.     K i b i t o s h i n
    -----------------------------------------------------------------------
    Getting: Wish for Breakthrough capsule for Supreme Kai from Shenlong.
             Recomplete DW and the capsule will be available for your next
             wish.
    
    Story Background
    After witnessing Gohan facing huge difficulty in fighting Super Buu
    (with Gotenks and Piccolo absorbed), Elder Kai gives Goku his Potara
    earings and says that each of them put on their either ear and they
    fuse into a stronger permanent character. Supreme Kai and Kibito takes
    off one of their earings and become Kibitoshin!
    
    Later when they arrived at Great Kai Planet, Kibitoshin offers Goku
    and Vegeta the Potara earings to fight Kid Buu. However, Goku destroys
    the earings as he wants to fight Buu with his own ability. After the
    world has attained its peace, Kibitoshin stays with Elder Kai on Great
    Kai Planet.

    cannot use the Potara with Gohan. He imagines the fusion with Hercule
    instead. Thank God, this fusion do not really occur in the manga *phew*

       might of Spirit Bomb.
    
    4. There is a different moveset for Gokule when you use Hercule or
       Goku (their looks are also very different). Gokule from Hercule
       cannot use ki blasts and will be able to execute a dashing kick
       instead. Gokule from Goku can use ki blasts.

    You will start off the game with World Tournament Novice Mode acquired.
    To get advanced Tournament brackets, you must unlock more characters
    and purchase the system capsule from the Skill Shop for 6000Z.
    
    Tournament Mode Adept    - Have 16 characters
    Tournament Mode Advanced - Have 28 characters
    
    Once you obtained the character requirements, you will find the
    capsule available for sale. Buy it and it will be selectable the next
    time you have chosen World Tournament.
    
    The objective of World Tournament is earn zenny and become champion
    of the world.

    Tips:
    1) Guard your defense well. If you get dash attacked by an opponent
       thrice, the fourth one will be a ring out.
    2) Equip Viral Heart Disease and Vaccine is an ideal capsule
       combination especially when you set a timer limit for battles.
    3) Try to end the battles as fast as possible or you will regret...

    If you select Training, you will see two more options in the subsequent
    screens:-
    
    Practice:      Practice on your own with characters with CUSTOM or
                   NORMAL moveset
    Training:      Go through training as Goten!
    
    As you completed the training mode, you will unlock system capsules,
    which will allow you to access new training stages.
    
    Stage 1: Movement
     Tutor - Goku
     1) Move forward and back a couple of times
     2) Dash forward and hop backwards (i.e. f,f and b,b)
     3) Do some shifting (Up+G and Down+G)
     4) Land a punch and a kick
     5) Land three continuous punches and three continues kick
    
    Complete the stage and you will get "Korin's Teachings" and access to
    stage 2!
    
    Stage 2: Ki
     Tutor - Gohan
     1) Hold G and hold back to charge your ki
     2) Hit P+K+G to transform into Super Saiyan
     3) Throw a ki blast at Gohan with E
     4) Deflect a ki away from you or back to Gohan. Just engage a battle
        and force Gohan to throw a ki blast. Hit G just when the ki is
        about to reach you. Deflect 3 times.
    
    Complete the stage and you will get "Kami's Teachings" and access to
    stage 3!
    
    Stage 3: Ki-based Techniques
     Tutor - Piccolo
     1) Execute Kamehameha f+E 3 times
     2) Execute Kamehameha P,P,P,P,E 3 times
    
    Complete the stage and you will get "King Kai's Teachings" and access
    to stage 4!
    
    Stage 4: Offense and Defense
     Tutor: Krillin
     1) Block Krillin's attack for three times. Note that charged attacks
        cannot be blocked.
     2) Execute a super punch. Hold P+K for a while and release
     3) Execute a throw. Get close to Krillin and hit P+G
     4) Do a guard break attack. Use f,f,K or f,f,P
    
    Complete the stage and you will get "Elder Kai's Teachings" and
    access to stage 5!
    
    Stage 5: Burst Mode
     Tutor: Tien
     1) Execute a burst attack, f+P+K
     2) Engage into burst mode using a burst attack when Tien is also
        using a burst attack.
     3) Engage burst mode 3 times
    
    Complete the stage and you will get "Goku's Teachings" and access
    to Stage 6.
    
    Stage 6: Fusion and Special Techniques
     Tutor: Piccolo
     1) Complete fusion with Trunks - P,P,K,K,E and hit the button sequence
        correctly.
     2) Execute Cont-Do-Die Missile Attack - f+P,P,P,P,E and twirl the
        analog sticks to the max gauge (This is type I ki scenario). To
        enhance the twirling, use both analog sticks. You will get a 10
        hit combo if done successfully.
     3) Execute Ultra Missile Parfait - K,K,f+K,K,E and you will engage
        into Type II ki scenario. Hit all four buttons and Piccolo will
        escape. The objective of Type II is to hit the buttons before
        the time lapse or opposition does.
    
    Tada! You have completed the training mode!

    You can find an in-game tutorial under Edit Skills mode. E.S.S stands
    for Exciting Skill System. You can alter a character's ability by
    equip different kinds of capsules, thus forming a different version
    of character.
    
    <Obtain new Skills (Capsules)>
    To obtain new skills (i.e. capsules), you can either play the DW mode
    or buy it from Skill Shop. You can setup up a total of 7 capsules per
    character. Some of the capsules requires either other capsules before
    you can equip them. For example, to equip Goku's Super Saiyan capsule,
    you need to equip "King Kai x20 Fist" capsule first.

    Capsules can be divided into 4 major groups and below are some hints
    in differentiating them:-

     Budokai 2 saved file. Unlike Budokai 1, Budokai 2 saved file can be
     duplicated...
    
    <Skill Sheet>
    For details on how to execute the skill, you can refer to the
    capsule's skill sheet, it includes details such as skill's name,
    effects, usage requirements, skill icons and comments from the game
    about what to take note of when using that capsule. To activate the
    skill sheet, just hit Square button. You can change views of the front
    or the back with D-Pad's left or right.
    
    <Power Up Skills>
    Skills can be power-up to deal more damage. For example, you can
    power up Goten's Kamehameha by setting 2 Kamehameha capsule onto the
    Custom tray. Although, there will be no changes in graphics, you can
    find a signficant damage in damage deal.
    
    <Purchases>
    You can buy capsules from the Skills Shop (i.e. Bulma's Shop). At the
    beginning, you can only buy common skills capsules as you have only
    attained a Green Membership. To obtain higher membership, you MUST
    shop more and buy membership offers in the shop. To get gold
    membership, you must have obtained the silver membership first.

    Despite the capsule occupies all seven slots, Goten/Kid Trunks will

    you will be given a chain button hit sequence. If you hit successfully,
    the fusion is a success. If you failed, you will get a weaker Gotenks
    (fat or thin version). Gotenks's moveset is available under Fusion
    Characters section.
    
    You can hit P+K+G to switch between characters. (i.e. neither Kid
    Trunks nor Goten can be transformed into Super Saiyan) There will be
    no Ki gauge and left with a Fusion Time Meter. Once the timer reaches
    zero and Gotenks get knocked down to the ground, they will break up
    with both Goten & Kid Trunks having zero Ki. Unlike Potara, you can
    fuse as many times as you like...

    Under this section, you will find 4 stages of different battle
    conditions. Ranging from the battle conditions, you will accumulate
    reward points called "kili". This is the "only" way that you can get
    all the Buus and Dabura if you miss him while playing DW.

    STAGE 1 
    You will first select a character and an opponent. The objective is to
    defeat the opponent until your energy meter runs out. The opponent
    starts off with 1/3 HP. Your energy meter will be carry on to next
    battle after you have defeat the first battle. This is quite similar
    to multiple battles that you face in DW mode against Saibamen and Cell
    Jrs.
    
    EARN MORE KILI - Defeat more enemies.
    
    STAGE 2
    The objective is to execute as many hits as you can on your selected
    opponent within a time limit of 60 seconds. There is no energy and ki
    gauge for the battle. You will find a boxing glove icon and number of
    hits that you have land on the opponent. Please note that multiple hit
    attacks such as Goku's Super Dragon Drive and Tien's Machine Gun Fist
    are counted as one hit. Hits made by ki blasts also counted.
    
    EARN MORE KILI - Land more hits
    
    STAGE 3
    Unlike Stage 2, you need to be more defensive in this stage. The
    enemy's health will not drop. Block and dodge the enemy as long as you
    can. The longer that you held on, the more kili you earn.
    
    EARN MORE KILI - Defend and hang on until your health meter is fully
    depleted. The longer you hang, the more kili you earn.
    
    STAGE 4
    There will be a timer setting, no energy and ki gauges for this stage.
    Your character has unlimited ki. First of all, you must throw a ki
    blast to begin the "volley ball" contest. Only Ki that is deflect back
    to your opponent are counted. Great use of Gero's Deflect-Back R&D
    skill here. 
    
    EARN MORE KILI - The more ki that you have deflect, the more kili you
    will earn.

    Capsules Duplication Trick
    ----------------------------------------------------------------------
    You need to have 2 memory cards for this trick to work. Open your
    Playstation 2 without loading any game disc. Access the memory card
    with Budokai 2 save file. Choose to copy to the other memory card. You
    will be able to trade skills and have more capsules in your stock!
    
    ----------------------------------------------------------------------
    Skill Shop Cheat
    ----------------------------------------------------------------------
    You need to have a memory card in order for this cheat to work. You
    can get more capsules (including all breakthrough, fusions, special
    abilities such as Angel's Halo, etc) from the Skill Shop without
    spending a single zenny. As you enter the P1 edit skill menu, you
    will find the following options:

    View Skills
    
    Go to the Skills Shop. Exit the shop with Triangle button and hold
    down L1, L2, R1 and R2 as Bulma gives you the ending speech. Do this
    a couple of times and you will find the capsules percentage
    increases! Once you attained the desired percentage, do not exit!
    Go to Edit Skills (top option) and do some changes in capsules for
    a character. Exit. At the capsule menu screen, make sure your cursor
    is pointing at Edit Skills and hit Triangle. You will be able to save
    the earned capsules! You can do this until you get 100%!
