Question about no alerts in MGS 3?

If I triggered an alert mode, killed myself and continue the game w/c makes it start all over when you enter a map, does it still counts as an alert mode when you finish the game?

Yeah it does ....best thing to do is if they find you reload your game save each time , that way you know you have not been spotted yet.
