I. Introduction:
Hi, I'm Jed, welcome to this Password Guide... which is pretty much just a
long list with some getting help info. Why'd I do this? It was easier for me
to input the passwords as numbers than as character strings, so I rewrote all
the passwords I found anyway. And to make it easier for people who can't
search through Japanese message boards, or who don't like inputting symbols
either, I compiled it into this guide. This ordering also helps for inputting
passwords quickly. Also, I want to promote a webcomic, found out
http://gw.aswembar.net, and this is an easy way of doing it . If you want
to thank me for making this, visit the site and let me know what you think.
Oh, you can visit this one too http://nyamo.aswembar.net

I. (a) SPECIAL THANKS
I'd like to use this space right up at the top to give special thanks to
BLANK for finding the remaining password. And Blank did it the incredibly
hard way: inputting every combination by hand. Applaud the effort, and enjoy
completing the All Cards mission.

II. Updates
10-26-03: It hasn't been quite a year, but the guide is complete.
For quick reference, the newly added codes are:
                    Fire - 11-12-6
                    Wind - 7-8-11
                    Earth - 9-10-2
     11-04-03: Initial Draft is up

III. What is this guide?
This guide is for the password system of Naruto: Narutimate Hero for
Playstation 2. In Japan, Naruto cards are sold with passwords on them that can
be entered in the Naruto's room from this game. These passwords give random
items, money, and a few other things. It's mostly trivial... but it's really
nice to get 15000en boosts. And the massive amounts of items recieved help on
some of the missions. So, if you have time to kill or want to get everything
this game offers, you can enter in these passwords (or buy a gameshark thingie,
I guess). In the future, I'll probably add card numbers and info as to what
the passwords give you.

IV. Getting Started:
So, from the main menu choose the second option from the bottom, then the
third scroll from the left (with the question mark on it).
Now, you should see a screen with a chart similar to this, except I
translated the Japanese and numbered them:
-------------------------------------------------------
| | | | | |
| 1 | 2 | 3 | 4 | 5 |
| fire | wind | earth | water | thunder |
| | | | | |
-------------------------------------------------------
These represent the five hidden villages and the first part of the
password. After choosing a country, you're presented with a screen with a
chart similar to this, except in Japanese, and without the numbering:
------------------------------------------------------------------
| | | | | | |
| 1 | 2 | 3 | 4 | 5 | 6 |
| rat | ox | tiger | hare | dragon | snake |
| | | | | | |
------------------------------------------------------------------
| | | | | | |
| 7 | 8 | 9 | 10 | 11 | 12 |
| horse | ram | monkey | bird | dog | boar |
| | | | | | |
------------------------------------------------------------------
In Naruto, these are the 12 different hand seals that allow you to
manipulate your chakra (cool, now we know them specifically... I'm sure at some
convention there's going to be people accurately performing the seals for Kage
Bunshin no Jutsu and Byakugan... sigh... ^_^). These are also the twelve signs
of the Chinese zodiac, in order no less. Okay, this should be fine now...
On the cards, the password is found on the lower left corner and are a
series of four characters. Go ahead, take a look at your sample card. These
passwords are in the format of:
        COUNTRY ZODIACSIGN ZODIACSIGN ZODIACSIGN
So, for example, a password might be like:
        Fire Ox Tiger Dog
Now, following the numbering system I've specified on the charts above, this
would be:
	Fire.1 2-3-11
Get it? So enter it in, press circle, and recieve your item. It's really
simple. Anyways, I organized the passwords by country, just because it makes
it easier to put lots of passwords in. Well, have fun. You might want to turn
off the sound though: Naruto's voice gets annoying quite quickly.

VI. Closing Notes:
This is hopefully the complete list, unless I put a code in and forgot to
record it. I could be wrong now, but I don't think so. Anyways, if I am wrong,
and you know another code, and you're kind enough like Blank that you would like
to add it to the guide, please e-mail me at nyamonet@yahoo.com . I'll give you
credit. In any case, that's it. Have fun.
