    V. .75 -- Made the FAQ and did some spell checking and correction as I move
forward. Combo's will be set up soon.
    v. .85 -- I made some minor spacing corrections and I added a "Koming Soon"
Combo list that should contain detailed combo's for Mileena.
Also, I added the "Why Mileena?" Section as well. I also updated Mileena's
    "Story" section as well.
    v. .90 -- I updated some other things, and made up a Copyright before it was
too late and all that other good stuff. I also extended a bunch of things!
    v. .91 -- Weaknesses and Strengths has been added, and all the spacing errors
that I've found have been erased. Kustom Kombos will be soon. I could really
use some help getting most of them, however.
    v. 92 -- Updated the Controls.
    v. 1.00 -- I updated the Custom Combos. They are up, and they are the combos
that I came up with on the top of my head because I don't have the game with
me right now. However, I'll also include more combos and the percentage of
    each one sometime!
    v. 1.10 -- How embarassing, I was so anxious to include Custom Combos that I
included Combos that didn't even work. But, I revised them and now I have full
working combos! And I added the percentage of them as well!
    v. 1.15 -- I made up even more combos and included their percentages as well!
    v. 1.16 -- Hardy har har. I updated even MORE combos. I hope that you enjoy
    these as well!
    v. 1.17 -- I added nothing new, I just spell-checked this Document. Can you
believe that "Kitana", "Mileena" and "Baraka" are not actual words? Pshha!
    v. 1.20 -- Updated the controls for the GameCube version!
    v. 1.25 -- Adden in more Custom Combo's, thanks to Thor!
    v. 1.26 -- Corrected a few errors in the Combo Section.
    v. 1.50 -- Made unneccesary errors and added a few custom combos.

    -About The Author-
Hello, my name is Joe. I like to refer to myself as "Joe. Z" and you might
see me on GameFAQ's a lot, usually in the Silent Hill 2, Resident Evil
and the MK: Deception boards. First, I like to congratulate everyone at
Midway for making such an awesome game. And everyone else who'll like my
FAQ about Mileena! Comments, please look at my Contact information down
at the end of this FAQ, and at the top.
This is my first FAQ here, so I'm not too sure what I should be doing
about spacing or posting (But I think I got the hang out if), so if there
are any major problems that you would like to share, I'll be glad to
hear about them so I can make this an enjoyable FAQ to read and to use for
    the many gamers out there.
You can ask me almost anything related about the Mortal Kombat world, and if
I could help you, I'll try my best.

    -Why Mileena?-
Like most of the Females in Mortal Kombat, not only are the Females quick, but
they also include some sort of Eye Candy for the viewer.
Except for the fact that she has her hidden Tarkatan features behind the veil of
hers, she is still pretty fun to get used to and play with.
Mileena also has some of the most deadliest, but shortest, combos in the game
(Which is good for not being Combo Breaked). Some combos can be linked together,
especially in her Sai stance. She is also one of the few Female characters that
are availible right at Playing Time, with the exception of Ashrah.
She does not have very good Strength, but she makes up for it for her
spectacular Special Moves, her gruesome Fatality and, of course, her powerful
Sai stance. I believe that her Sai stance is one of the few stances in the game
with equal power, the ability to propel the opponent backwards, good Low Attacks
and easy linking Combos. Her special moves are perfectly balanced, one for Far
Attacks, one for a low attack, and another for a High Attack.

    -Mileena's History-
She first appeared in Mortal Kombat II, and was widely known about her being
the twin of Princess Kitana, who also first appeared in MKII.
Mileena, however, did not make an appearance in Mortal Kombat 3, but she was
reintroduced again in Mortal Kombat Gold. She has since remained under wraps
until Deception, where she is even deadlier then ever. Even in Deception, she
still possess her trademark Sai's, which can be used in her Weapon Stance. All
of her original moves also make a return: Teleport Kick, Rolling Thunder, and
    Sai Throw.
    -Mileena's Story-
    From the Instruction Booklet:
    Place of Origin: Outworld
    Alignment: Evil
Allies: Baraka, Shao Kahn, & Shang Tsung
    Foes: Kitana
Created by the sorcerer Shang Tsung, Mileena has at last fulfilled her destiny
as Kitana's successor by posing as the former princess. She misleads Kitana's
military forces in an attempt to give the Dragon King the time he needs to
complete his plans. They follow her command believing her to be the real Kitana.
Only Baraka knows the truth behind her deception.
    From her Bio:
I am a creation of sorcery, the hybrid of a Tarkatan warrior and the princess
of Edenia. My purpose was to eventually replace my ... sister ... Kitana, from
whom I was cloned. Kitana regained her memories, however, and uncovered the plot
to supplant her. After Shinnok's invasion, she cast me into her prison, where I
    remained until Baraka freed me.
    From her Alt. Bio:
My hatred for Kitana consumes my every thought. But Baraka tells me that his
new lord, the Dragon King, has possession of Kitana's body and uses it as his
personal bodyguard. My only chance for revenge against her will be to serve
Onaga and pose as the Princess, leading her precious alliance of Edenia and
    Outworld to their doom.
    Her Ending:
Because it was widely believed that princess Kitana and slain her many years
ago, none were suspicious of the veil Mileena wore to conceal her Tarkatan
features. It was not difficult for her to assume the identity of the princess
and take control of her alliance. To further conceal her deception, Mileena gave
command of the armies to Bo Rai Cho, and instructed him to lead the attack
    against Baraka's diversionary forces.
Baraka's militia had failed to divert the enemy, and to her surprise, was
decimated by Bo Rai Cho's forces. She then realized that she was in control of
the most powerful military force in Outworld and Edenia combined... She had
finally achieved her true purpose, her destiny. But Mileena could not continue
her charade indefinitely - not as long as Baraka knew the truth. She ambushed
him in the ancient Beetle Lair, and fed him to a swarm of flesh-eating insects.
    All hail Princess... Kitana.
