well.

a new product.

Expand (Y¨έυJ) - Begin production of a new product in addition to the
production of current products.
Cost: 2000/
Accelerate (Y¨HZk) - Shorten production time by 2 turns.
Cost: 1000/850
Refine (Y¨iΏ») - Raise the level of a product from 1 level to 4 levels.
Cost: 850/~
Perfect (Y¨εόΗ) - Substantially raise the level of a product. (5 levels)
Cost: 2500/
Mass Produce (SY¨£¬) - Speed up the production an entire region's
products so that those products can be used next battle.

Cost: Standard/Edit Character: 2400+400(level-1)
Generic Character: 1700+200(level-1)
For example, hiring level 3 Guan Yu will cost 2400+400(3-1)=3200 golds.
It is the same price for hiring captured generals as a reference.
Wide Search (Slή{υ) - Search the entire country for free officers.
Cost: Local Search price +500 Golds
Recruit (lήεW) - Recruit talent and choose and officer to employ.
Cost: 2000/1700
Bribe («ψ²) - Present a product to another force in order to convince an
officer to join you. You cannot select which specific officer will join you.
Cost: 3200~
Entice («wθψ²) - Present a product to a specific officer from another
force to convince him to join you. Once completed a new product will be
developed.
Cost: 6000/
Promote () - Elect an officer as Grand General, Strategist or Emperor.
Cost: 1000/850
