Devil Within is a side game for Tekken 5. This mini game follows up on what
happen after Tekken 4. You will play as Jin to learn about his past.

Unlike the Tekken Force mode in Tekken 3 and 4, this game is an action based
platform game. So fighting game fans that sucks at platform jumping might
dislike Devil Within. Its repetitive fighting and graphics might turn off many
players as well. But then again, what games isn't repetitive nowadays? Devil
Within has some well-hidden secrets and clever puzzles that can make your brain
working too.

Overall, Devil Within isn't that mindless bashing like Tekken Force did. I
won't say this game has provided me hours of fun, but when I was working on
this FAQ, I learn to appreciate this mini game.

04. How to use this FAQ ECPTF
===============================================================================

This FAQ is a step-by-step guild to help you go through the levels in Devil
Within. The rooms in the game are always connected with hallways so I won't be
include any thing about hallways unless there is a point where you need to
choose paths. I will name the rooms by numbers so that player can understand
how far they are. It should make player's life a lot easy if they want to
discuss about a certain puzzle in a certain room.

If a room have a special item call The Evil Symbol, I will add a [Evil Symbol]
tag on top of the room no.

Example:
   [Evil Symbol]
Room #2 - There will be 2 crate towers and some blue energy on top of them.
Jump over and collect them. Evil Symbol #1 will be located at...

Here are the tags that I will use.

[Boss] - This tag indicates that the room has a path to the boss fight.

[Checkpoint] - This tag indicates that when you game over and select retry,
you will continue from this room.

[Evil Symbol] - This tag indicates that the room has 1 or more Evil Symbols.
Evil Symbols ONLY appear on the 2nd game and onwards after you
                beat Devil Within once.

[Optional] - This tag indicates that it is optional to enter or skip the
room. Usually, such room contains red energy and maybe ambush.

[Save point] - This tag indicates that the room has a path to the save room.

[Special] - This tag indicates that the room has a path to the secret room,
which have a special item to unlock Star Blade for Arcade
                History.

I won't be using the mini map in the game to tell directions like north, south,
east and west. Instead, I'll use left, right, ahead, behind... etc. For those
rooms with puzzle, I will put up an ASCII map to show the layout of the room.
Instead of following the mini map, I place the blocked path at the top of the
layout. So don't get confuse by reading the mini map, read my ASCII map
instead.

Here's an example of my ASCII map,

                         Upward

                      Blocked path
                     _ _ _| |_ _ _
                    | |
                    | |
                    | |
               Left | | Right
                    | |
                    | |
                    |_ _ _ _ _ _|
                          | |

                         Downward

05. Gameplay GAMPY

---------------
- Devil Gauge -
---------------

The devil gauge is under the health bar. You can fill it up by fighting mobs or
suffer some injury. Once your devil gauge is filled, you can transform into
Devil Jin by holding the L1 button and then press Triangle button. When
transforming, you will be push away mobs that surrounds you. So do this when
you need to get out of sticky situation.

The advantage of using Devil Jin is that you are able to deal 1.5 times damage
than normal Jin is. You can also gain twice as much force point from fighting
the mobs. However, to maintain the form of the Devil, your health and the devil
gauge will slowly drain away. Using special skills like Hellfire Blast will
drain the devil gauge even more.

When the power in your devil gauge is empty, you will reveal back to normal
Jin. Another way to reveal back to normal Jin is by holding the L1 button and
then press Triangle button. You can do this anytime during Devil form.

After you beat a stage, your devil gauge will be empty when you start another
stage. You can't carry over the power in your devil gauge, so feel free to use
it during boss battle.

--------------------
- Combo Hits Bonus -
--------------------

After you defeated a mob with combo hits, you can continue the combo on another
mob. But you have to be quick. You can also earn some bonus after your combos
stop. The more hits you got, the higher your bonus will be. E.g. if you got up
to between 5 and 8 hits, you will get 10 bonus force points. Here is a list of
bonus I found so far,

  +------------------+-------------------+
  | Combos | Bonus |
  +------------------+-------------------+
  | 5 - 8 hits | 10 force points |
  | 9 - 19 hits | 50 force points |
  | 20 - 29 hits | 150 force points |
  | 30 - 39 hits | 300 force points |
  | 40 - 49 hits | 600 force points |
  | 50 - 59 hits | 800 force points |
  | 60 - 69 hits | 1000 force points |
  | 70 - 79 hits | 1200 force points |
  | 80 - 89 hits | 1400 force points |
  | 90 - 99 hits | 1600 force points |
  | 100 and above | 1800 force points |
  +------------------+-------------------+

*60 - 89 hits are found by Brad LaValle, read his tips at the Contributor's
Tips section for more.

With the help of the Devil Jin trick, I manage to build up 104 hits combo from
the 1st stage boss (medium difficulty level). All I do was to keep a safe
distance and spam the Hellfire Blast on the boss.

----------
- Saving -
----------

Whenever you see the [Save point] tag on the room number, you can get into the
save room to save your progress. Just hit on the door and you will enter the
save room, then just walk over to the circle device and the game will prompt
you question about saving. If you using the Stage Select, the door to the save
room will be disable. Alternately, you can also save your progress after
beating a stage.

If you decide go to the main game or turning off your PS2 to get away from DW
for a while, the continue option on DW menu will be disable when you return.
Don't worry about it because your progress is still intact, just select Load
Data to continue where you left off.

-----------
- Objects -
-----------

Just like any other platform games, there are objects like treasure chest,
collectable items, breakable objects and non-breakable objects as well.

Access control - These breakable objects are use to unlock doors. They usually
appear after you defeat all the mobs in the room. If there is
no access control in a room with locked door, try looking for
it in another room. They can also use as stepping-stone to
                 reach higher grounds too.

Cracks - These cracks comes in 2 forms, wall cracks and floor cracks.
They are breakable and there are usually hidden items or
passages behind. In Stage 1 and 2, they are referring as
cardboard boxes wall and glass floor panel.

Crate - These are treasure chest type objects. They usually contain
goodies like the blue energy or the red energy. But some of
these objects contain nothing too. Break them to see what they
contain. You can also use these crate as a stepping-stone to
                 reach higher grounds.

Crate tower - These breakable objects are towers that are stacked up with
crates. They can be use as higher platforms to reach certain
hard-to-reach items. There might be some energy floating on
top of these towers or even hidden inside.

Door - These doors can be open by punching or kicking. Locked door
will be indicated with yellow color marking on the mini map.
Heavily locked door will be indicated with red color marking.
Door that leads to another area will be indicated with blue
                 markings.

To unlock the locked doors, you have to find and destroy
objects like the Access control or the High-level access
                 control.

Energy - These are collectable items. Collect Blue energy to increase
your force points. Red energy are use to recover your loss
health. Just get near to these energies to grab them.

Hidden energies can be found by breaking items like crates and
towers. You could also get them by defeating mobs.

Energies that were found by breaking the crates and towers or
dropped by mobs will disappear if you leave them along after a
while. Fortunately, energies that were not hidden in each room
will stay forever, waiting for you to collect.

Evil Symbol - These Evil Symbols look exactly the same as the tattoo on
Jin's left arm. These are collectable items but they are only
available after you beat the game once. There will be 8 Evil
Symbols scatter all over the levels in each stage. There is a
total of 40 Evil Symbols for all 5 stages, think you can find
them all? Read the Tricks and Secret section to find out more.

Floor Switch - These switches are important for solving puzzles, you need to
place objects like the hover cart on them to get to the next
                 area.

High-level - These breakable objects are use to unlock heavily locked
Access control doors.

Hover cart - These are non-breakable objects. You can push them around by
punching or kicking. These objects are very useful for solving
puzzles and reach higher grounds. You can also use them to
attack mobs by pushing the cart at them. After you push these
objects, they will last for a while before they disappear and
                 reappear at their original spot.

Pendulum - These non-breakable objects are very useful to reach higher
grounds. Punch or kick at the platform attached to the arm to
make it swing. Attack it with combos and it will swing with
more momentum. The platform can be use as a hammer to hit the
mobs too. Just watch out and not to get hit by it instead.

Stone Tile - These objects are use as platforms for hard-to-reach areas.
But they will collapse if you stay too long on them. Most of
these tiles will reappear after they collapse.

-----------------
- Result Screen -
-----------------

When you beat a stage, the game will evaluate your every aspect of performance
at the stage result screen. The better you play, the better rank you'll get and
more money you'll earn.

There are 7 aspects of the result screen; they are clear time, force points,
combo max, K.O. rate, total damage, boss battle and retry. Each rank of these
aspects will contribute to your overall ranking. The overall rank is use for
multiplying the force points to exchange to money used in Tekken 5. Here is a
list of every multipliers,

  +---------+-----------------------------------------------+
  | Overall | Rank Bonus for each difficulty level |
  | Rank +-----------+-----------+-----------+-----------+
  | | Easy | Medium | Hard | Very Hard |
  +---------+-----------+-----------+-----------+-----------+
  | S | 2.4 | 3.4 | 4.0 | 4.6 |
  | A | 1.9 | 2.6 | 3.1 | 3.6 |
  | B | 1.5 | 2.0 | 2.4 | 2.8 |
  | C | 1.2 | 1.5 | 1.8 | 2.1 |
  | D | 1.0 | 1.2 | 1.4 | 1.6 |
  +---------+-----------+-----------+-----------+-----------+

Take note that you will earn 5,000 Force Point as clear bonus each time you
beat a stage. Here's how the calculation works:

If you play on Easy difficulty level, earn rank B and collected 10,000
   Force Points, you'll earn: (10,000 + 5,000) x 1.5 = 22,500 gold.

Next, I'll explain the aspects in the stage result screen.

Clear Time - Clear each stage as fast as possible. You can skip optional
fight, but that will lower the rank for K.O. Rate. It is not
impossible to achieve rank S for clear time with 100% K.O. Rate,
so don't skip battles if you want a good overall ranking.
Depends on the size of the stage, each stage will have a
               different standard for rank S.

Force Pts - Earn as many force point as you can to get high ranks. Killing
mobs in Devil form could earn you double the normal force point,
so do it whatever you can. Just like the clear time, each stage
has different standard too. The harder the stage, the more force
               point you must earn.

Combo Max - The higher number of combo hits you got, the better. So make use
of mobs in large groups to build up high amount of combos, check
out Brad LaValle's tips to get high amount of combo. Or you
could also use Hellfire blast and keep using it on stage 1, 2, 3
or 5 boss to build up some cheap combos.

K.O. Rate - This aspect is the easiest to achieve rank S. All you need to do
is to kill all the mobs throughout the whole stage in order to
achieve 100%. Which means, you must not skip any optional
               fights.

Total Damage - This is about the total damage you suffer throughout the stage.
The less damage you take, the better your rank will be. Each
stage has it's own standard for rank S too, so you are allowed
to take more damage on harder stages.

Take note that when transformed into Devil Jin, the health drain
you receive will contribute to the total damage as well. So
               don't overdo it.

Boss Battle - This aspect is hard to determine. All I know is that if you
defeat the boss as fast as possible with minimum moves, you
should be able to achieve rank S.

Retry - This aspect isn't hard to achieve if you are able to clear a
stage without dying. Each time you select retry when you die,
you will drop by one rank lower. Therefore if you want to
achieve rank S, you better not get yourself killed and retry.

                        | little chance where you can do this move | |
                        | so there is virtually no use for this rare | |

- Use the guard button if you are surrounded by mobs. The guard button works
wonderful if you keep holding it. It can block any kind of melee attack from
any directions, so you don't have to watch your back at all.

- While guarding, you cannot counter attack or move around unless you release
the guard button. However, you can still using the shoulder buttons and the
right analog stick to move the camera while guarding.

- Use the lock on button to check your target's health. When you lock on, you
can see the color of your lock on cursor. If it's white, it means your
target is still healthy. Orange means injured, and red means dying.

- Hit anything that looks suspicious but do it only after you done exploring
  the room.

- If you know a crate that contains red energy but you are not injured, don't
use it yet. Leave it alone and come back later when you need it.

- If you see a crack on the floor, stand at the edge and stomp on it. If you do
it right, you can observe the lower floor before dropping down.

- Using Demon's Paw to knock off mobs into the endless pit for some quick kill.

- To avoid objects getting damage, lure the mobs into the hallway and fight
  there.

- Mobs that appear at stage 1 -
-------------------------------

- Adam lv 1 and 2
- Eve lv 1 and 2
- JACK lv 1 and 2
- JILL lv 1

-------------
- Stage 1-1 -
-------------

Room #1 - This is where you start off. There is no enemy in this room so feel
free to practice the controls and moves. You can set the options to
suit your taste and etc. Once you are ready to go, destroy the 2
blue crates to get some blue energy, then turn left and hit the door
to open it. Go through the hallways and proceed to the next room.

[Evil Symbol]
Room #2 - There will be 2 crate towers and some blue energy on top of them.
Jump over and collect them. Evil Symbol #1 will be located across
the room, jump from the 2nd crate tower to get it. Next, drop down
to the bottom and fight some mobs. After the fight, the access
control will appear, destroy it to disable the laser. Hit the door
to open it. Don't forget to collect some energy hidden in the crates
           here.

Room #3 - This room has 2 paths. The one in front leads to Stage 1-2 and the
one on the right leads to Room #4. Go to room #4 if you need some
           energy and healing.

[Optional]
Room #4 - The crate on left contains a red energy, and the other one on the
right contains a blue energy. Collect them and head back to Room #3.
Go to Stage 1-2 from there.

-------------
- Stage 1-2 -
-------------

Room #5 - The path in front leads to Room #6, go there if you want to earn
           some blue energy.

Otherwise, just use the black crates on your right as stepping-stone
to get to the other side and go to room #7.

[Optional]
Room #6 - There will be some crate towers and a small crate here. Once you
destroy the small crate, you will be ambushed. So get ready for a
fight! Most optional room has mobs ambushing you when you destroy a
certain objects in that room. Once you've done with this room,
           return to room #5.

Room #7 - Nothing special here, just use the black crates as stepping-stone to
climb over to the other side.

[Evil Symbol]
Room #8 - The Evil Symbol #2 is located on the top of a pillar. There are many
ways to climb up this pillar. You can use the access control as a
stepping-stone to climb up the pillar. If you accidentally destroy
it, use the black crate to climb to the higher ground on the other
side and double jump to the pillar.

[Checkpoint]
Room #9 - There's a blue energy floating in the middle of the room, just jump
and grab it. There will be a junction in the next hallway, but the
path on the right is block. So just continue to move to the next
           room.

Room #10 - There's a blue energy floating on top of one of the corners. Climb
up to the ledge and jump to grab it. Then, jump over to the other
side and destroy the access control. Return to the junction and head
to path that was once locked.

Room #11 - There's 2 paths in this room. If you need some energy, go to the one
on the left first. It will lead you to room #12.

Otherwise, just jump over to the tower crate tower to grab the blue
energy, and then drop to the lower floor. There's a red energy
hidden in the small crate, so use it to heal if you are injured.
           Proceed on to room #13.

[Evil Symbol]
[Optional]
Room #12 - The Evil Symbol #3 is hidden around the corner of this room. The
black pillars can be destroyed and some of them contain blue energy
too. Return back to room #11.

[Evil Symbol]
Room #13 - The Evil Symbol #4 is located on top of a pillar. And that pillar is
right next to you. Try not to destroy any of the crate towers or
objects here, because they can be very important for acquiring the
symbol. Make use of the small blue crate to climb up to the crate
tower and jump over to grab the symbol.

After defeating the mobs, the access control will appear on the
higher ledge on the left of the next door. There is also a blue
energy floating opposite the access control, jump from the crate
           tower to grab it.

-------------
- Stage 1-3 -
-------------

[Save point]
[Evil Symbol]
Room #14 - This room has 2 paths, there's a door right ahead and a hallway on
the right. The door ahead will send you to the save room. Use it if
you need to save. The Evil Symbol #5 is located at the top, right
across the save room's door. Use the blue crate as a stepping-stone
and climb up the pillar, jump over to the ledge. Double jump over to
           grab the symbol.

Next, head over to the hallway. There will be a junction at the
hallway. If you want some blue energy, take the path on the left,
           which leads to room #15.

[Optional]
Room #15 - Just grab some hidden energy here and return back to the hallway.
Continue the path and go to room #16

[Evil Symbol]
Room #16 - Go around and you will see a cardboard boxes wall on your left and a
door in front of you. There is also a blue energy above the crate
opposite to the cardboard boxes wall. Just jump up from the crate to
grab it. The door will lead you to room #17 and the Evil Symbol #6
will be located at a corner behind the cardboard wall.

If you want to grab some extra energy, you can go to room #17 first.
Otherwise, destroy the wall and double jump around the corner to
grab the Evil Symbol. You will drop to the lower floor and you
cannot climb back up so don't screw up here.

At the lower floor, there is a red energy hidden in a crate and some
blue energy in the crate towers. Once you are done here, go to room
           #18.

[Optional]
Room #17 - Just jump up the ledge using the crates. There's a blue energy
hidden in the small crate. Return to room #16 after you're done.

Room #18 - Just destroy the cardboard boxes wall to reveal a door. There's some
energy hidden in one or the crate towers too.

-------------
- Stage 1-4 -
-------------

[Boss]
[Evil Symbol]
Room #19 - The door in front of you is heavily locked, looks like this door is
very important. The Evil Symbol #7 is located right next to the top
of this door but there's not stepping-stone for you to use. So let's
not bother about that yet. Destroy the cardboard wall and go to the
           next room.

[Evil Symbol]
Room #20 - The Evil Symbol #8 will be located around the corner. There's a red
energy hidden in the crate on the higher ground. Use it to heal if
you are injured. From the ledge, jump from pillar to pillar to
collect the blue energy. Then jump over to the other side and get to
           the next room.

Room #21 - Destroy the high-level access control and backtrack to room #19.
There are some red and blue energy hidden inside the crate and the
           crate towers too.
[Boss]
[Evil Symbol]
Room #19 - When you return, there will be a small crate under the Evil Symbol
#7. Be careful not to destroy it by accident when you fought the
mobs. Use that crate as a stepping stone and double jump to grab the
symbol. The small crate also contains a red energy; the next room
will be a boss fight so you better heal yourself.

- JACK lv 2 and 3
- JILL lv 1 and 2
- Duke lv 1 and 2
- Regal lv 1 and 2

-------------
- Stage 2-1 -
-------------
Room #1 - There's a blue energy right above you. Just double jump upwards to
get it. Open the door and keep moving.

Room #2 - Destroy the cardboard boxes to reveal the door behind. It's lock and
it's access control is located at room #3. So let's take the hallway
           on your left.

Room #3 - There's also a small crate on the upper floor, use the black crate
to reach it. After destroying the access control, return back to
room #2 and go to room #4 from there.

Room #4 - Destroy the cardboard boxes here to reveal a new object. It is
called the hover cart. It is indestructible and you can push it by
attacking it. Go behind it and push it to the other end of the room.
Then use the hover cart as a stepping-stone to get over to the other
           side.

Take note that the hover cart will last for a while before disappear
and reappear back to its original spot after you push it.

On the other side of the room, there is another hover cart and 2
locked door. The first door is right ahead and the second one on the
left. If you need the Evil Symbol, some energy or healing, go to the
           second door.

The second door is on a higher floor but you can use the hover cart
to climb up to it. To get to up there, destroy the crate towers so
that the hover cart can be pushed all the way to other end of the
           room.

[Evil Symbol]
[Optional]
Room #5 - The small crate in front has a red energy, use it to heal if
necessary. Destroy the cardboard boxes and you can see another small
crate. The Evil Symbol #1 is high above of it, so be careful and try
not to destroy that crate by accident. There are also energy hidden
in some of the pillar. After you are done, return to room #4.

Room #4 - Now take the first door, which will lead you to Stage 2-2

-------------
- Stage 2-2 -
-------------

Room #6 - There is a hover cart and a switch on the floor. The locked door
here can be unlocked by pushing the hover cart over the switch.
Don't forget to get some energy that is hidden in the small crate.

Room #7 - Now we have 2 paths to choose from. The first hallway right ahead or
jumping over to the other side and take second hallway. If you take
the second path here, you can't take first path. So let's check out
           the first path instead.

Room #8 - Here, you can see The Evil Symbol #3. But you can't reach it, it's
block by the fence. There is a glass penal on the floor; you can
break it by stomping. But don't do that just yet, once you fall to
the lower room, you won't be able get back up. If you aim to beat
this stage in the shortest time, just stomp on the glass penal and
drop down to room #11. But you will miss the Evil Symbol #2 if you
           haven't collected it.

If you want to collect the Evil Symbol #2, go back to room #7 and
           check out the second path.

Room #7 - Just jump over to the other side of the room using the black crate.

[Evil Symbol]
Room #9 - Don't destroy any crate yet. Jump over to the first crate on your
left, turn around and look up. You will see a ledge above you.
Double jump to climb up and you can see the Evil Symbol #2. If you
accidentally destroy the crates, you can still reach the ledge by
double jumping from the wall. Just be careful not to fall over to
the other side, because there's not way to climb back up.

There is a red energy in one of the small crate, use it to heal if
necessary. After you are done, jump over to the other side of the
           room and proceed on.

Room #10 - This room is divide by a wall between room #8 and #10, there is also
a glass panel on the floor. Stomp on it to get to the lower floor.

[Evil Symbol]
Room #11 - Remember the Evil Symbol #3 you saw just now? You need the crate
tower and a small crate right ahead of it to reach it, so try not to
destroy these objects. Using the small crate as a stepping stone to
climb up to the crate tower. Then jump over to grab the Evil Symbol
           #3.

There is a crate hidden behind the cardboard boxes. Destroy it if
           you want some energy.

[Checkpoint]
Hallway - The next hallway has a junction. The path in front is locked, so
let's take the right path instead.

[Evil Symbol]
Room #12 - The access control is on the other side of the room and the Evil
Symbol #4 is located at one corner of the room, right ahead of the
cardboard boxes. Destroy the cardboard boxes and go around the room.
Use the black crate to climb up to the wall and jump over to grab
the Evil Symbol #4. Climb over to the access control and destroy it.
Then return to junction of the hallway. Take the right path and
           proceed on.

Room #13 - This room has 2 paths. The path on the right leads to room #14,
which contains some blue energy and a red energy. If you need some
energy and healing, double jump to the pillar to reach there.

Otherwise just take the path on the lower ground, which leads to
           room #15.

[Optional]
Room #14 - There is a red energy hidden in one of the crate tower. After you
are done here, return to room #13 and take the other path on the
           lower ground.

Room #15 - There are 2 hover carts here and the switch is around the corner of
the room. Destroy all the crate towers so that they won't block the
hover carts. Position yourself to face the blocked path; the room
           should look like this,

                   Blocked Path -------
            _ _ _ _ _| |_ _ _ _ _ _ - Key -
           | |_| S| -------
           | | 1st H = 1st Hover cart
           | _ _ _ _| 2nd H = 2nd Hover cart
           |_ _ _ _ | S = Switch
                   | | J = Jin
                   | 1st |
                   | H|
                   | 2nd |
                   |H J |
                   | |
                   | |_ _ _ _
                   | |_
                   |
                   |_ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _

Push the 1st hover cart towards to blocked path and push it one more
time to the right. It should stop on to the switch and disable the
laser. Quickly knock the door before the hover cart disappears.
After that, this room is done. Proceed to the next room.

your game if you want to. The other one leads to room #17.

[Evil Symbol]
Room #17 - Don't destroy any of the crate towers here. You need to them to
reach the Evil Symbol #5, which is located at the top of the first
crate tower. Climb up to the wall and from there, jump from tower to
tower to grab it. Go back to the wall and jump over to the other
           side.

There are 2 paths here. The hallway on the left is a dead end; the

There is also a hover cart here. Destroy the small crate so that you
can push the cart to the wall. Use the hover cart as a stepping

Let's not bother about it yet. Climb up to the higher floor using
the crates. The short hallway next to you will lead to Room #22. If
you need some energy and healings, go there first.

Otherwise, jump over to the ledge from the hallway. You can see a
door that is heavily locked. Go around the floor and you can see a

One is below of you, which leads to room #27 and the second one is
around the corner, which leads to room #26. If you need the Evil
Symbol and some energy, go to room #26 first. Otherwise just proceed
           on to room #27.

To get to room #26, jump over to the last crate tower and look
around, you can see a ledge far away from where you stand. To reach
that ledge, you need to jump as far as possible before you do a
double jump in the mid air. If you fail and drop to the lower floor,
go to room #27 and get yourself kill there, then select retry and
you will return to room #24.

[Evil Symbol]
[Optional]
Room #26 - There is the Evil Symbol #7 and some energy hidden in the 2 small
crates. Grab them all and return to room #25. Go to room #27 from
           there.

[Evil Symbol]
Room #27 - There is the Evil Symbol #8 and 2 hover carts in this room. Destroy
all the crates and cardboard boxes to reveal the switches. Position
yourself to face the blocked path; the room should look like this,

                      Blocked path -------
               _ _ _ _ _ _| |_ _ _ _ _ _ - Key -
              |S E| -------
              | 2nd | 1st H = 1st Hover Cart
              |_ _ _ _ | 2nd H = 2nd Hover Cart
                      | _ _ _ _| 1st S = 1st Switch
                      | 1st | 2nd S = 2nd Switch
                      |H | E = Evil Symbol
                      | | J = Jin
                      | J |
                      | 2nd |
               _ _ _ _| H|
              | |_ _ _ _
           _ _| |
                       _ 1st S|
           _ _ _ _ _ _| |_ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _|

Push either hover cart towards the blocked path and push to the
Right, it should stop under the evil symbol. Use that cart as a
stepping-stone to reach the evil symbol.

Now, let's try to unlock the door.

First, push the 1st hover cart downwards, run to it and push it to
the right. It should stop onto the 1st switch. Next, push the 2nd
hover cart upward, run to it and push it to the left. It should stop
onto the 2nd switch. Once the 2 hover carts are on the switches,
the laser will be disable. Quickly run and knock the door to unlock
           it.

Room #28 - Nothing special here, just use the black crate to climb to the
ledge. The hallway will lead you to room #29. Before you enter the
hallway, there is a small crate on the left, which contains red
           energy.

Room #29 - Destroy the high-level access control and proceed to the next room.

[Checkpoint]
Room #30 - The small crate near the laser fence contains red energy. Use it to
heal when necessary. Destroy the cardboard boxes to reveal the
access control. Destroy it and the laser will be disabled. Take the
hallway and you will return to room #21.

[Boss]
Room #21 - Still remember the door that was heavily locked? Now it's unlocked.
Open that door and get ready for a boss battle.

-----------------------------
- Stage 2-5 (boss strategy) -
-----------------------------

Name: Heihachi Clone (x4)
Hit Point: 35 each (total of 140)
Attacks: Same as the real Heihachi

Appearance: Shirtless, gray prison pants and metal bracelets

This boss is easy, just guard and counter attack when you find chances to. Take
note that you can't throw the clone and Punch-throw combos doesn't work either.

After you defeat the crap out of Heihachi's clone, 3 more clones will spawn and
gang up on you. Watch out for their attacks, because the chance to counter
attack is getting slimmer. Just remember to keep guarding and wait for an
opening, then unleash your combos on the clones.

These 3 clones have the ability to charge power. They will stomp one foot on
the ground and do uppercut. This move can cause guard damage. So attack them or
run away while they are charging.

It's better to focus one target at a time, aim to defeat one of the clones
first because even an injured clone is as deadly as a healthy one. Once a clone
is down, the other two clones should be easier. Just use the same guard and
counter attack tactics.

You can also use this strategy if you got enough power to transform to Devil
Jin; after you defeat the first clone, run to the center of the room and
Transform to Devil Jin. Keep using the Roundhouse Hellfire Blast to blast all 3
clones. They should all be dead before your power drains out.

------------

Room #1 - There's nothing special here, just move to the next room.

Room #2 - There are some stone pillars that can be destroyed, you can tell by
looking at their cracks. You can destroy them to get some blue
energy. Look around for a tall wall with many cracks. Destroy it to
reveal a floor cracks. Stomp on it to drop to the lower room.

Room #3 - There are 2 paths here. The one of the right is barred with a wooden
spears gate and has 4 light torches. It will lead you to room #5.
The other path on the left has only 1 torch and it leads to room #4.
If you trigger a fight here, the left path will be barred with a
           wooden spears gate as well.

After finish all the mobs in the room, an idol of the gatekeeper
will appear. Destroy it and the wooden spears gates will be removed.
Now, let's go check out room #4 before we move on to room #5.

[Optional]
[Evil Symbol]
Room #4 - Use the stone on the left and double jump side way to cling onto the
wall. The Evil Symbol #1 is behind the corner of the wall. Double
jump around the corner to grab it. To get a better view of the evil
symbol, drop to the other side and look up. There is a blue energy
high above one of the stone cube. Double jump on the stone cube to
grab it. There are some energy hidden in one of the stone cubes as
           well.

Return to room #3 and go to room #5 from there.

Room #5 - The gatekeeper idol is located in another room. Turn to your right
and jump over to the pillars to get to Room #6

Room #6 - Destroy the idol and return to room #5

Room #5 - Destroy the blockage to proceed on. But don't forget to grab some
blue energy from the stone cubes. They are just beside the stone
           pillars.

[Checkpoint]
Room #7 - There are 3 paths here. The first path is on the left ledge, which
leads to room #8. The second path on the right ledge, which leads to
room #11, it is barred with wooden spears gate. And the third path
on the lower floor, which leads to room #9.

There is a bridge across the room. These are actually stone tiles
that will collapse after stepping on it. So you better move fast. If
you fell down, just climb back up and try again. The collapsed tiles
will respawn to form a bridge again.

If you need some energy and healing, then go to room #8. Run over
the bridge and jump over to the left ledge. There will be some round
pillars blocking the way, destroy them and move on to room #8.

If you are still healthy, just go room #9 and proceed on. You can
come back and check out room #8 later.

[Optional]
Room #8 - The left stone cube contains some blue energy and the right stone
cube contains some red energy. Use it to heal if you are injured.
Once you are done, return back to room #7 and proceed on.

Room #9 - Use the short pillar as stepping-stone to reach the hallway above.

Room #10 - There is an idol of gatekeeper and a floor cracks. Destroy the idol
and stomp a hole on the floor to drop back to room #7.

Room #7 - Run over the bridge and double jump to the ledge on the right.
Destroy the blockage and proceed on to Room #11.

Room #11 - Just drop down to the lower floor. Destroy the round shape pillars
           and move on.

Hallway - There is a junction at the middle of the hallway. The path ahead is
a dead end, but there is a stone cube, which contains some blue
energy. If you are aiming for 100% KO rate, you must collect the
energy at the dead end. When you return to the junction, you will be
           ambush by 2 mobs.

Otherwise, just turn left and proceed to room #12.

[Evil Symbol]
Room #12 - Don't destroy any objects yet; you will need them to acquire energy
or other items. Go around the room and use the stone cube to climb
up the ledge. Turn around and destroy the crack wall behind you. It
will reveal the Evil Symbol #2 and another stone cube. Grab the item
and drop back to the lower ground.

Destroy the other crack wall at the lower ground to reveal a
sculpture. Push it around and use it as a stepping-stone to get to
higher place. Use it to get over the wall and proceed to the next
           room.

-------------
- Stage 3-2 -
-------------

Room #13 - This room has a pendulum. Watch out for the platform, it can work as
a hammer to hit both the mobs and you. Use the pendulum to get to
higher places. There's a blue energy on top of one of the pillar,
you can jump over from the pendulum to reach it. There is also some
blue energy hidden in the pillars as well.

There are 2 paths here; the path on the top of the ledge is barred
and the other path is at the ground floor. Let's take the path on
the ground floor first. Destroy the round pillars to pass through.

Room #14 - Destroy the crack wall to reveal the gatekeeper idol. Look up and
you can see a ledge, there are some stone cubes on the ledge so
check them out as well. The stone cube on the left contains a red
energy and the one on the right contains a blue. Return back to #13
           when you are done.

Room #13 - Use the pendulum to reach path on top of the ledge. Destroy the
blockage and proceed on. If the momentum of the swing is too weak,
punch the pendulum's platform to give it some momentum. The harder
you hit, the more momentum it gets.

Room #15 - Watch for the ledge, they are tiles that will collapse and they do
not respawn like the ones in Room #7. There is a blue energy on one
of the pillar, so run over the tiles and double jump reach it.

[Save point]
[Evil Symbol]
Room #16 - The door ahead will lead to the save room, use it if you need to
save. There is also a crack on the floor. Don't stomp on the floor
cracks yet. Stand near the edge of the cracks and stomp, if you do
it right, you can crack open the floor without falling in. Now, look
around the hole for the Evil Symbol #3, drop down and do a mid air
jump to reach it. There's no way to retry this jump so you better do
           it right.

Room #17 - Just destroy the round pillars and keep moving.

-------------
- Stage 3-3 -
-------------

[Boss]
[Checkpoint]
[Evil Symbol]
Room #18 - This is a very huge room; most people would refer it as the spiral
room. There are 2 paths here; the path on the left is to move upward
and the path on the right is to move downward. If you fall into the
endless pit, you will recover back and your health will be suffer
           some damage.

At the bottom of the room, there is a door heavily barred with
wooden spears gate and a mask of Ogre on it. You can't open this
door yet, so forgot about it. Let's move back to the top instead.

Halfway towards the top, there is a door at the middle of this room,
which will lead to room #19. You can use that as a retrying point in
           case you die.

Otherwise, continue to move up until you reach the broken piece of
the ledge. Stand on it and look up behind you, there is a ledge
where you can climb up. Double jump to climb up that ledge and
proceed on. The door will lead to room #20.

There are 2 Evil Symbols in this room as well. Evil Symbols #7 and
Evil Symbols #8. You can collect them now if you want to. Here's how
           you can get them,

The Evil Symbol #7 is located high above of this room. Go all the
way up the ledge until you reach a broken piece of the ledge. You
can double jump from that broken piece to reach the Evil Symbol
#7. If you jump down, try to aim forward and hopefully you can
cling onto the ledge at the bottom.

The Evil Symbol #8 is located at the very end of the bottom
ledge, just jump over to grab it and do a mid air jump to jump
              back to the ledge.

[Checkpoint]
Room #19 - There is no stepping-stone to let you jump over the wall, so let's
not bother about this room. Return to room #18 and go to room #20
           from there.

[Checkpoint]
Room #20 - There are 2 paths here, the one in front leads to room #22 & #23.
The other path leads to room #21. There is a floating platform that
moves across the room. You can see the path to room #21 if you look
around from the platform. If you need some energy, go there.

Otherwise, just jump over to the other side of the room and destroy
the round pillars blockage to proceed on to the next hallway.

If you are going for 100% KO rate, don't forget to drop down to the
lower ground. There are some mobs you might want to kill.

[Optional]
Room #21 - There is some blue energy hidden in the stone cubes. Return to room
           #20 when you are done.

Hallway - There is a junction in the middle of the hallway, the path on the
left will lead to room #23 and the path ahead will lead to room #22.
Go to room #22 if you need some energy. Otherwise, just proceed to
           room #23.

[Optional]
Room #22 - Don't destroy any of the stone cubes yet; you need them to climb up
the pillar. There is a ledge and a blue energy is hidden up there.
Jump from the pillar to reach it. After you are done, return to the
junction and proceed to room #23

[Evil Symbol]
Room #23 - This room is pretty tricky. You need to be fast in order to grab the
Evil Symbol #4. It is located high above in a corner of this room.

Position yourself to face the blocked path; the room should look
           like this,

                Blocked Path           =======
                _ _| |_ _ = Key =
              _|   |   |   |_          =======
             | |_ _| | 1st H = 1st Sculpture
             |X |_ _ _ 2nd H = 2nd Sculpture
             |X E| S = Switch
             |X | X = Tile
             |X 1st | E = Evil Symbol
              _| _ H X X X| J = Jin
             |X |_
             |X X|
             |X _ _ _ _|_ _
            _| | J |
           | | |
           | | 2nd |
           |S _ _ _|_ H _ _ _ _|
                   | |

First, push the 1st sculpture on the floor to the left side of the
room. Then push it downwards. Look up and you can see a ledge. Use
the 1st sculpture as a stepping-stone to reach the higher floor. You
can see the 2nd sculpture but let's not bother about that first.

Face the blocked path again and you can see a tile beside a pillar
on your right. Jump over to that tile and quickly double jump around
the pillar, if you done it right, you should be able to land on a
set of tiles behind the corner. It's not time to relax yet, quickly
move to the last tile and double jump over to grab the Evil Symbol.

Next, let's try to remove the wooden spears gate. As usual, repeat
the same way that you climb up to the ledge as before. Now push the
second sculpture to the left. It should fall off the ledge and stop
onto the floor switch. Facing the barred path, you can see 2 sets of
tiles along the pillars. Quickly jump over to the tiles and double
jump around the pillar to land onto the next set of tiles. Quickly
double jump to the blockage and destroy it.

-------------
- Stage 3-4 -
-------------

Room #24 - Nothing special here, just destroy the pillars and stone cube to get
           some energy

Room #25 - Destroy the stone cube so you can push the sculpture over to other
side of the room. Use the sculpture as stepping-stones to climb up
the wall. On the top of the wall, you can see a gatekeeper idol.
Destroy it and quickly jump over to the pillar, then to the tiles
and finally to the ledge and destroy the blockage. There is a red
energy at the ground floor, so use it to heal if necessary.

Room #26 - There are 3 paths here. The first one, which leads to room #27, is
on the left; you can reach there by jumping over the pillars. The
second one on the ground floor is a door, which leads to room #28.
The third path, which leads to room #29 is block by the round
           pillars.

There is not way up once you jump down so let's jump over to room
#27 first if you need some energy and the Evil Symbol.

If you already visited room #27, just drop down to the ground floor.
If you need some energy and healing, you can go to room #28. You can
also use that door as a retry point in case you die. Otherwise, just
destroy the round pillars to get to room #29.

[Evil Symbol]
[Optional]
Room #27 - Destroy the crack wall here to reveal the Evil Symbol #5 and a stone
cube. Use the stone cube as a stepping-stone to reach it. There are
also some energy hidden in the stone cubes and pillar here. Return
to Room #26 when you are done.

[Checkpoint]
[Optional]
Room #28 - There are 4 stone cubes here. The red energy is hidden in the right
stone cube behind and the rest contains blue energy. After you are
           done, return to Room #26.

[Checkpoint]
Room #29 - This room has a tricky puzzle but it's easier than the one in room
#23. Jump down and destroy the stone cube next to the floor switch.
Then, position yourself to face the blocked path; the room should
           look like this,

                    Blocked Path              =======
            _ _ _ _ _ _| |_ _ _ _ _ _ = Key =
           |        S           H      |      =======
           | 1st | 1st H = 1st Sculpture
           |_ J _| 2nd H = 2nd Sculpture
           |_| |_| S = Switch

           |_ _ _ _| |_ _ _ _|

First, push the 1st sculpture to the left side of the room, it
should stop near to the pillar on the left. Use that sculpture as a
stepping-stone to climb up to the pillar. From the pillar, jump over
to the ledge. You can see the 2nd sculpture on the ledge.

Next, push the 2nd sculpture off the ledge. It should stop right
next to the switch. Now, drop down to the ground floor.

By this time, the 1st sculpture should be disappear and respawn back
to it's original spot. Run to 1st sculpture again and push it
towards the 2nd sculpture. The 1st sculpture should stop right on
the floor switch. Finally run to the blockage and destroy it.

Room #30 - There is some energy hidden in one of the pillars. Use the
stepping-stone to climb up to the ledge; on the higher ground, you
can see a stone cube on your right. It contains some energy too.

[Evil Symbol]
Room #31 - There is a pendulum and a moving platform here. First jump onto the
pendulum, time your jump right and jump over to the moving platform.
From the moving platform, you can reach the stature of Ogre. Destroy
it and drop to the ground floor.

Look around and you can see the Evil Symbol #6 near the pendulum.
Keep punching the pendulum to give it extra momentum to swing. Then
jump up and stay on the platform of the pendulum. Wait until it
reach its maximum height, then jump over to its arm and double jump
           to grab the Evil Symbol.

There is a crack wall at the ground floor, destroy it and it will
reveal a secret area. Destroy the stone cube to get some energy. The
next path will lead you back to stage 3-3's room #19.

-------------
- Stage 3-3 -
-------------

Room #19 - Remember this room? There is a red energy hidden in the stone cube.
You can heal yourself if you want to. Jump over to the other side of
the wall to return to room #18.

[Boss]
[Checkpoint]
[Evil Symbol]
Room #18 - Now we are back in the huge spiral room. Collect the Evil Symbol #7
and Evil Symbol #8 if you haven't done so.

Now we have some new stone cubes that appear in this room. The first
one is high above of this room; it's located next to the door, which
leads to Room #20. The second one is at the hallway where you first
come to this room from room #17. You can't go back to room #17 and
#20 but you can collect the energy, which is hidden in the stone
           cubes. The third and last one is located at the bottom of this room;
it's located next to the door, which leads to the boss fight.

Halfway down the path, you can see the hallway. There is a stone
cube at the dead end, which contains some blue energy. If you
collect it and return to Room #18, you will be ambush by some mobs.
If you are going to 100% KO rate, make sure you do this.

Be sure to follow the path instead of taking shortcuts by dropping
through the gaps. There are some more mobs you might want to kill
           before reaching the bottom floor.

Keep moving and go to the bottom floor, where the door is heavily
barred with wooden spears gate and a mask of the Ogre. There is also
the third stone cube, which contains a red energy. Use it to heal if
you want. The eyes of the mask should be glowing red. Hit it to open
the door to the boss battle.

-----------------------------
- Stage 3-5 (boss strategy) -
-----------------------------

Name: Ogre
Hit Point: 70 approximately
Attacks: Homing projectiles
               Fire blast
               Tail sweep
               Horn thrust
               Backhand swing

Appearance: Look exactly like True Ogre form from Tekken 3 and Tekken Tag
except that his skill tone is grayish and he doesn't have that
slimy snake for right arm anymore.

Ogre can be a tough cookie sometimes; he has the ability to blast fire,
teleport, and shoots projectiles that has the ability to homing at you. You
can't block these attacks so keep running until the projectiles hit the ground
or floor. You can also use the surrounding for cover.

If you see Ogre taking a step back, he will blast fire at you so run away
before you get burn.

Ogre has a habit to teleport and to reappear in front of you. He will then
blast fire at zero range. Run behind to his back when his about to fire. When
his about to land, attack him with combos. Try using the kick combos, Thunder
God Fist (Circle + punch), Double Lift Kick (Circle + kick) or the L.L.R.K.
These moves work very well at knocking Ogre down. Or, you could stomp punch
while his still blasting fire in the air.

If Ogre stays on the ground, you can use the hit and run method; just run
around Ogre and hit him with the Spinning Flare Kick or the Demon's Paw, then
run away and repeat again.

You can also transform to Devil Jin and keep using Hellfire blast, Ogre's
health should go down very quickly.

- Bald Punk lv 2 and 3
- Spike Punk lv 2 and 3
- Higer lv 1 and 2
- Karura lv 1 and 2
- Brawler Punk lv 2 and 3
- El Diablo lv 1

-------------
- Stage 4-1 -

Room #1 - There is a core stone behind you, destroy it to get some energy.

Room #2 - Jump over to the lower ledge from the platforms and destroy the
           blockage to proceed on.

Room #3 - Climb over the wall and jump over the other side. There is a energy
           hidden in the core stone.

Room #4 - There is some energy hidden in the pillars. The stone crate on the
ledge contains a red energy; use it to heal if you want. Jump over
to the opposite ledge and fight the mobs. After the fight, a glowing
core will appear. Destroy it and the energy shield will disable.
Destroy the blockage to proceed on to Stage 4-2.

- Stage 4-2 -

[Evil Symbol]
[Special]
Room #5 - There are 2 paths in this room. First one is on the higher ledge in
front and above of you, it leads to room #7 and the path underneath
the ledge will lead to room #6. But it is blocked.

Be careful not to destroy one of the pillars by accident; because
you need to stand on it to grab the Evil Symbol #1. It's locate high
above at the entrance of this room. There is a pendulum on your left
and it's not moving. Go over and punch it to move. Use the pendulum
and jump over to the next ledge. You can destroy all the pillars on
the next ledge if you want.

From the higher ledge, jump over to the pillar on the lower ledge.
And double jump from there to grab the evil symbol.

If you want to unlock Star Blade or some energy and healings, jump
back to the lower ledge and face the blockage underneath the higher
ledge. The blockage seems impossible to reach but here's a simple
solution to it. Transform into Devil Jin and use Hellfire Blast to
destroy the blockage. It will reveal a hallway and some tile
platforms will appear. Jump over these tiles to get over. The tiles
will collapse if you stay too long on them, so move fast.

[Optional]
Room #6 - There is a 3D model of the Star Blade spaceship in the middle of
this room. Collect this item and beat stage 4 to unlock the Star
           Blade game for Arcade History.

The red energy is hidden in the core stone in front of you. Don't
destroy it yet; use it as a stepping-stone to climb up the pillars.
Jump to the ledge and you can find more core stone, which contains
           some energy.

After you are done here, return to room #5.

Room #5 - Jump over to the higher ledge and destroy the blockage there.
           Proceed on.

Room #7 - There is a core stone behind the fence on your left. There is a red
energy hidden in that core stone, if you need healing, jump around
the corner to reach it. If you fail and fall down, there is another
core stone for you to climb back up. After you are done, proceed to
           the next room.

Room #8 - The path on your right is block. Jump over to the moving platform
and jump to the next ledge. Destroy the core stone and you will be
ambush by some mobs. Defeat them all and a glowing core will appear.
Destroy it to disable the energy shield. Destroy the blockage and
           proceed on.

The glowing core has the ability to respawn after it's destroyed. So
quickly jump to the blockage to destroy it.

[Checkpoint]
Room #9 - There are some pillars, a core stone and a floor cracks. There are
some energy in the pillars and the core stone. Stomp the edge of
crack without falling down. Look around the hole and you can see the
Evil symbol #2 in the bottom room. Drop down and do a mid air jump
to grab it. If you fail to do so, you can still reach it from the
           bottom room.

[Evil Symbol]
Room #10 - The Evil Symbol #2 is located on top one of the pillars. Stand on
the core stone to climb up the pillars to reach it. Next, go to the
           hallway.

Hallway - There is a junction at the middle of the hallway. The path on the
left leads to a dead end but there are some core stones, which
contain some energy. The path on the right leads to room #11.

[Boss]
[Evil Symbol]
Room #11 - Cross the bridge and look around. You can see the Evil Symbol #6 and
many small platforms high above. There is also a ledge on the right.
There is no way to reach anyone of these things yet, so let's go to
           the hallway on the left.

Room #12 - The path in front is block but you can see a glowing core behind the
energy shield. Look around and you can see a wall and 2 hover
platforms. Use one of the hover platforms as a stepping-stone climb
up the wall. There's a blue energy and a red energy above the
pillars. There is also a blue energy hidden in the core stone on the
floor. Collect the energy and hit the diamond sharp thing on the
wall to proceed to Stage 4-3.

-------------
- Stage 4-3 -
-------------

[Save point]
Room #13 - The door ahead will lead to the save room, save if you want to.
Otherwise, take the path on the right to proceed on. There is also
some blue energy in this room, one above a core stone and some
           hidden inside the core stones.

[Evil Symbol]
Room #14 - The path on your left is block. The Evil Symbol #3 is located high
above one corner of this room. There is pillar next to it. Let's try
to find a stepping-stone to reach it.

Jump over to the moving platform and double jump to the higher
ledge. You can see a hover platform. Now, position yourself to face
the blocked path; the room should look like this,

           Blocked Path                     =======
            | |_ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ = Key =

           _|_ _ _ _ _ | | H = Hover platform
                      | | | S = Switch
           _ | _ _ _ _ _| | E = Evil Symbol
            |_ | | | J = Jin
            |_| | | |
            | | | |
            | | | H J |
            | | | |
            |E _ _ _ _|_ _ _|_ _ _ _ _ _|

Push the hover platform to the left side of the room; it should land
onto the lower ledge and next to a pillar. Jump down and use it to
climb up the pillar. From the pillar, double jump to grab the Evil
           Symbol.

Next, let's clear the blockage. Go up to the higher ledge again.
Clear all the pillars so that they won't block the hover platform.
Now, push the hover platform to the right side of the room and push
it upwards. It should land onto the switch. The energy shield will
be removed but not for long, so quickly jump over to the blockage
           and destroy it.

Room #15 - This room has 2 paths. The bottom path will lead to room #16. If you
need some energy, go there to collect them. The other path on the
right will lead to room #17. You need to jump over the pillar to
reach that path. If you fail and fall down, you can always climb up
           and try again.

[optional]
Room #16 - There are some blue energy hidden in the pillars and core stones.
After you are done, return to room #15 and get to room #17 from
           there.

Room #17 - Watch your steps on this bridge. Try to push those mobs off the
bridge for some quick kill. There is some energy in the pillars too.
After the fight, proceed to the next area.

[Checkpoint]
Hallway - There is a junction in the middle of the hallway. The path ahead
will lead you to room #18 and the path on the left will lead to room
#19. If you aim for 100% KO rate and need some energy, go to room
#18 first. When you return to the hallway, you will be ambush by
           some mobs.

[optional]
Room #18 - There are 2 core stones here and you can see through the fence. You
can't climb over even if you use the stones as stepping-stones, so
don't bother to. Just destroy the stones and collect the energy.
Then return to the hallway and go to room #19.

Room #19 - There is a core stone and wall cracks here. Destroy the wall cracks
to reveal a floor cracks and another core stone. Stomp on the floor
cracks to drop to the lower room.

Room #20 - Just destroy the blockage and proceed on. Don't forget to check out
           the pillars too.

[Evil Symbol]
Room #21 - Just climb over the wall and get to the other side. Before you
proceed to the hallway, look around and you can see a wall cracks.
Destroy it to reveal an Evil Symbol #4 and a core stone. The core
stone contains red energy, so use it to heal if you want.

Room #22 - Destroy all the pillars and a wall cracks as well. Once you clear
the room, position yourself to face the blocked path; the room
           should look like this,

                  Blocked path -------
            _ _ _ _ _| |_ - Key -

           |_ _ _ _ _ _ _|
                       | |

Push the 1st hover platform to the right side of the room. Then run
over to the 2nd hover platform and push it towards the 1st platform.
Run to the side of the 2nd platform and push it to the left side of
the room. It should stop on the 2nd switch. Next quickly push the
1st platform to the 1st switch. With all the switches pressed, the
energy shield will be removed. Quickly destroy the blockage and
proceed on to the next room.

[Evil Symbol]
Room #23 - There is a wall cracks, floor cracks and a core stone, which contain
a red energy. Destroy the wall cracks to reveal the Evil Symbol #5.
It's hiding around the corner. From the ledge, jump to grab it and
quick do a mid air jump to climb back.

Next, stomp on the floor cracks to drop to lower floor. You can see
a big glowing core; it's just like the high-level access control in
Stage 1 and 2. Destroy it and you will get ambushed. Defeat all the
mobs and then proceed on to the next room. It should bring you back
           to Stage 4-2.

-------------
- Stage 4-2 -
-------------

[Checkpoint]
Hallway - Remember this energy shield and the glowing core? You should have
seen it in room #12 before. Destroy that core so you can go back to
           room #12.

Room #12 - Keep moving ahead to room #11

[Evil Symbol]
Room #11 - Now, some of the platforms are lower so you can use them to reach
higher places. Climb up to the pillars and jump over to grab the
Evil Symbol #6. Next, jump over to the ledge and proceed on.

Room #24 - There is a dead end, wall cracks and some core stone. The core stone
at the dead end contains a red energy. Heal yourself if you want.
Hit on the diamond shape object on the wall to proceed to Stage 4-4.

-------------
- Stage 4-4 -
-------------

Room #25 - You can't climb up to the ledge, so just proceed to the path on the
           right.

[Evil Symbol]
Room #26 - This room can be a little confusing. There are 3 ledges in this room
and you are standing on the highest one. If you are going for 100%
K.O. rate, don't forget to go to the middle ledge. There are some
mobs you might want to kill.

To get a better view of the room, drop on to the tiles and quickly
jump to the path on your right. Stand on the edge of the path way
and look around. From this view, you should be able to spot the
position of Evil Symbol #7. If you need some energy and healing,
continue the path on the hallway to reach room #27.

Otherwise, let's try to get the Evil Symbol. There are 2 methods to
           reach it,

              Method 1:
Go to the edge of the highest ledge. Jump out and do a mid air
jump around the corner, you should able to land on the ledge
outside the wall. Look down and you can see a ledge underneath,
there is also a wall as well. Stand on the 4th panel of the ledge
and drop down. If you do it correctly, you should land on top of
the wall. Look around and you can see Evil Symbol #7. Double jump
              and grab it.

              Method 2:
From the hallway, jump over to the ledge in front. And jump over
to cling onto the wall. Climb up but don't drop to the ledge yet.
From the top of the wall, double jump to grab the Evil Symbol #7.

Next just drop to the bottom ledge and defeat all the mobs to
proceed on to the next hallway, which will lead to Room #29 and #30.

[Optional]
Room #27 - Keep moving and you will see a core stone, it contains nothing
though. Just go to the next hallway and hit the Diamond shape object
to get to the room #28.

Room #28 - There are 4 core stones and one of them contains a red energy, the
rest contains blue energy. After you are done, return all the way
           back to room #26.

Hallway - There is yet another junction. The path ahead will lead to Room #29.
If you need some healing, go there. The path on the right will lead
           to room #30.

[Optional]
Room #29 - Don't destroy the pillars yet. Climb up to the ledge and jump over
to the last pillar. Destroy the wall cracks to reveal a core stone,
which contains red energy. Heal yourself if you want to. After you
are done, return to the hallway and move on to room #30.

Room #30 - There is a stepping-stone in front of you, stand on it and look
around. You should be able to see a ledge and a blue energy above
you. If you want to collect the energy, you have to jump from the
higher ledge to grab it. On the stepping-stone, double jump up to
the ledge and you can see a blocked path but the path on the right
is not block, so let's go there first.

Room #31 - The core stone contains a red energy. Destroy the glowing core and
           return to room #30.

Room #30 - Destroy the blockage and proceed on.

[Checkpoint]
Room #32 - Destroy the wall cracks to reveal a stepping-stone. Use that to
reach higher ground and jump over to the next hallway.

Room #33 - Climb up to the higher ground using the stepping-stone. Go over the
other side of the room and defeat the mobs. 2 glowing cores should
appear. You need to destroy these 2 in order to remove the energy
shield. Position yourself to face the blocked path; the room should
           look like this,

                         Blocked path -------
            _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _| | - Key -
           |         ||          |      -------
           |  1st    ||   2nd    |      1st G = 1st glowing core
           |    G    ||     G    |      2nd G = 2nd glowing core
           |         ||          |      H     = hover platform
           | | | | S = stepping-stone
           | | | |_
           | | |
           | | | _
           | | | |
           |_ _ _ _ S| |_ _ _ _ S|
               | |
               | H |
               | |
               |_ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _|

First, push the hover platform to the left side of the room. Push it
towards the 1st glowing core. It should drop off the ledge and stop
near the 1st glowing core. Run to the 1st glowing core and destroy
it. Then quickly use the hover platform as a stepping-stone and jump
over to the right side of the room. Destroy the 2nd glowing core and
quickly destroy the blockage. This should clear the blocked path.

Room #34 - Jump over the moving platform to get to the next hallway. There is
also some red and blue energy and you can get them by just standing
           on the moving platform.

[Evil Symbol]
Room #35 - You can see a big glowing core on the ledge in front and above of
you. There is a hallway at the left. There is also a pendulum and
           blocked path on your right.

Jump over the tiles to reach the hallway on the left, you can find
the Evil Symbol #8 and a core stone, which contains some blue
energy. Return back to the 1st ledge. Go over to the pendulum and
punch it to make it move. Jump over to the higher ledge using the
pendulum and destroy the big glowing core. Then go to the lower
ledge where the pendulum and the blocked path are. Defeat all the
           mobs and proceed on.

[Checkpoint]
Room #25 - You were in this room's lower floor earlier on. Before you dropping
down, check out the core stones on your left and right. The left
core stone contains some red energy and the right core stone
contains some blue energy. Once you are done, drop off the ledge and
move ahead. You will return to Stage 4-2.

-------------
- Stage 4-2 -
-------------

Room #24 - Just keep moving back to room #11.

[Boss]
[Evil Symbol]
Room #11 - Drop off the ledge and check out the diamond shape object on the
wall. It should be glowing purple and have some kind of a
transparent tentacles growing out of it.

If you haven't collected the Evil Symbol in this room, this is your
last chance, so do it now. Hit that object on the wall for a boss
           battle.

-----------------------------
- Stage 4-5 (boss strategy) -
-----------------------------

Name: Energy Orb
Hit Point: 8+8+8+36 (total of 60)
Attacks: ??

Appearance: Just a ball of energy that floats around.

This battle will require you to fulfill certain tasks. First, you need to kill
all the mobs on the center platform. Take note that mobs that appear in boss
battle will not drop any blue or red energy at all; so feel free to push them
off the platform. Demon paw works best for this job.

Once the platform is clear, look out for the energy orb and take note of where
it's headed. You can't use Lock on to find the energy orb so keep your eyes
open wide.

The energy orb will find a platform with a device protected by a green shield.
It will lower the shield to recharge itself. Quickly jump over to that platform
and destroy the device before the shield close up. It's best using the stomp
punch because this move can destroy the device in one hit.

Once the device is destroyed, the platform it's on will disappear, so quickly
jump over to the smaller platforms and return back to the center.

If you are badly injured, there is some red energy on some of the small
platforms. So be sure to grab one on your way back to the center platform.

You need to repeat the tasks 3 more times. Each time you destroy a device, the
center platform will spawn stronger mobs. When there's only 1 device left,
there won't be any more mob to spawn; the energy orb will spam fireballs at you
instead. So stay at the center platform and keep dodging until you get the
chance to jump over to the last platform. Unleash your best combo a few times
on the last device and this battle will end.

- Stage 5-1 -
-------------

Room #1 - There are 2 core stones and a blue energy behind you. The blue
energy is above the right core stone and the left core stone
contains a blue energy too. Grab what you need and proceed on.

Room #2 - Destroy the wall cracks and jump over to the next room.

Room #3 - Destroy the wall cracks near the blocked path. It will reveal a
hover platform. Push the hover platform out and it should stop next
to a pillar. Use it to climb the pillar next to it. You can see a
hallway next to the pillar, so let's go there.

Room #4 - Drop down and look behind. You can see a wall cracks, destroy it to
reveal a core stone. It contains some blue energy.

Room #5 - Destroy the glowing core and backtrack to room #3.

Room #3 - Destroy the blockage and proceed to room #6.

[Checkpoint]
Room #6 - There are some blue energy hidden in the core stone and pillar. Once
you are done, destroy the blockage and proceed on.

[Evil Symbol]
Room #7 - Look up and you can see Evil Symbol #1 on top of the pillar beside
you. You need these pillars to reach it. So don't destroy them. Lure
the mobs into the hallway and fight there. This should prevent the
pillars from getting destroyed in the heat of battle.

Go to the end of the bridge and jump over to the moving platform.
Jump over to the higher ledge and stand on the edge. Jump around the
corner and land on the pillar. Grab the Evil Symbol from there.

Go back up to the higher ledge again. You can see 2 paths. The path
ahead leads to room #9 and the path on the right lead to room #8. If
you need some energy, go to room #8.

[Optional]
Room #8 - There are 2 core stone here. Collect the blue energy and return to
room #7. Go to room #9 from there.

[Evil Symbol]
Room #9 - You can see the Evil Symbol #2 on the other side of the wall. You
can't reach it by jumping over the wall, so let's try to go around.
Look around for a floor cracks. Stomp on it and drop to lower floor,
you can see another core stone but DON'T destroy it; it is a stepping
-stones to reach the Evil Symbol.

Room #10 - After collecting all the energy and destroying all the pillars,
position yourself to face the blocked path; the room should look
           like this,

                  Blocked path -------
                    _ _| |_ _ _ _ _ - Key -

                       | |

Push the 2nd hover platform to the left side of the room. Then push
it downward. It should land on the lower ledge and stop by the wall.
Next, push the 1st hover platform to the left as well. Push it off
the ledge too. It should land on the lower ledge and stop in front
           of the 2nd hover platform.

Jump down to the lower ledge and push the 1st hover platform to the
left again. Then push it up to the 1st switch. Climb back up to the
higher ledge and wait for the 2nd platform to disappear and reappear
on the higher ledge. Finally, push the 2nd platform to the 2nd
switch. This should remove the energy shield. Destroy the blockage
and proceed to the next room.

-------------
- Stage 5-2 -
-------------

[Evil Symbol]
Room #11 - Look up and you can see the Evil Symbol #3 above. Jump over to the
platforms and then the tile. Once you land on the tile, double jump
straight up and fall straight down. You should be able to grab the
Evil Symbol. The tile you just jumped from will reappear before you
land. As soon as you land on it, jump back to the platform.
           (Thanks solreavr for the tips.)

From the platforms, jump over to the next ledge. Look around and you
can see another ledge, it is the highest ledge in this room. There
is also a path ahead, which leads to room #12. If you need some blue
energy, jump over the tile and go to room #12

Otherwise, jump over to the moving platform to get to the highest
ledge. There is blue energy hidden in the core stone next to the
hallway. Collect it and proceed on to room #13.

[Optional]
Room #12 - There are 2 core stones here. Return back to room #11 when you are
           done.

Room #13 - Climb over the wall. You can see some energy on one corner of room.
Jump from the top of the wall to grab it. There is also a core stone
at the bottom. You can use to it climb back up, in case you fail to
grab the energy. The core stone contains some red energy so use it
to heal if you are injured.

Room #14 - There is a pendulum in this room. Punch it to make it move. Jump
over to the ledge using the pendulum. You can see a blocked path and
hover platform. Look around and you can see a lower ledge. Push the
hover platform off to the lower ledge. It should stop on to one of
the switch. Jump down and use the hover platform to climb up the
           pillar next to it.

From the pillar, you can see another hover platform on another
ledge. Jump over there and position yourself to face the switches on
the lower ledge; the room should look like this,

           Blocked Path -------
               | |_ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ - Key -

                                       | |

Push the 2nd hover platform off the ledge, it should stop on to the
2nd switch. Quickly jump off and climb up the ledge where the 1st
hover platform is. Push it off the ledge as well. It should stop
onto the 1st switch. This should remove the energy shield. Quickly
destroy the blockage and proceed to the next room.

[Checkpoint]
Room #15 - Nothing special here, but you can see through the fence wall. Just
keep moving to the next room.

Room #16 - Jump onto the moving platform to get to higher place. There is a
core stone with hidden energy on the higher ledge.

Room #17 - There is a floor cracks and 2 pillars here. One of the pillars
contains some blue energy. Stomp on the floor cracks to drop to the
           bottom room.

Room #18 - There are some blue and red energy in the pillars here, collect them
if you want. Once you are done with this room, destroy the blockage
           and proceed on.

[Evil Symbol]
Room #19 - You can see the Evil Symbol #4 behind the fence wall. Go around the
ledge and you will see a lower ledge with some pillars. Double jump
towards the pillars, you should be able to cling onto it. Then get
yourself up and jump over to grab the Evil Symbol.

If you fail and fall into the ledge instead, then be careful not to
destroy the pillars by accident. After defeat all the mobs, a
glowing core will appear and you can use it as a stepping-stone to
climb up to the pillars again.

There are some blue and red energy hidden in the pillars too. After
you are done, proceed to the next room.

Room #20 - There is a core stone and wall cracks. The path ahead will lead to
an energy shield, but you can't get pass yet, so let's check out the
wall cracks. Destroy it and it will reveal more areas and a moving
platform. Jump onto it and move on to the next hallway.

Room #21 - There is a glowing core, a core stone and some pillars in this room.
The core stone contains red energy and there is some blue energy in
the pillars too. Destroy everything and collect the energy. Then
           return to room #20.

Room #20 - Destroy the blockage at the hallway and proceed on.

[Evil Symbol]
[Save point]
Room #22 - The door ahead leads to the save room, use it to save if you want.
There is also a core stone and a stepping-stone here. Look around
and you can see a ledge above the entrance to this room. Climb up to
the wall but don't jump over yet. Double jump around the corner and
you should cling on to the ledge. Climb up and grab the Evil Symbol
#5. There is a core stone on the ledge as well.

Next, jump over to the other side of the wall and proceed on.

-------------
- Stage 5-3 -
-------------

[Boss]
[Evil Symbol]
Room #23 - This room is pretty big and can be pretty confusing, there are many
paths here but you can't reach most of them yet. Some of the
platforms are too high to reach. There is also a blockage guarded
with an energy shield on the lower ledge. You can also see a huge
diamond shape object on the wall ahead. The path on your left
will lead to another energy shield. So the only way is down.

The Evil Symbol #7 is located high above in one of the path. You
can't reach it yet, so let's not bother about it.

There are some energy floating on the platforms, grab them if you
want to. Jump down to the lower ledge and defeat the mobs. Then
destroy the glowing core and the blockage to proceed to the next
           room.

[Checkpoint]
Room #24 - There are 2 paths here; both paths will eventually end up at Room
#27. The path on the left will directly lead you to room #27, and
the path on the right ledge will lead you to room #25 and #26 first.
You can also destroy the pillars here to collect some energy.

If you need more energy and the Evil Symbol #6, go to room #25 by
jumping over the platforms. Destroy the blockage to proceed on.

[Evil Symbol]
[Optional]
Room #25 - Hit the 2 wall cracks to reveal a core stone and more areas in this
room. Defeat the mobs but DON'T destroy the glowing core yet. Look
up around and you can see a ledge above. Use the glowing core as a
stepping-stone to climb up that ledge. There is another core stone
and the Evil Symbol #6. Grab the stuffs and destroy the glowing
core. Destroy and blockage and proceed on, or backtrack to Room #24.

[Optional]
Room #26 - You can see Room #27 through the fence wall. There is also a floor
cracks and a blue energy in this room. If you stomp on the floor
cracks, you will drop down to the other side of Room #27. Doing so,
you will miss some mobs on the other path of Room #24 and you can't
           climb back up.

If you are aiming for 100% K.O. rate, you should backtrack to Room
#24 and check out the other path. Otherwise just drop down to Room
           #27 and proceed on.

Room #27 - This room is divided into 2 sides with a wall. If you came here from
Room #24, you will see a core stone and a stepping-stone. Climb up
the wall and you should see Room #26 through the fence wall on your
           right.

Jump over to the other side and this is where you will be if you
drop from Room #26. There is some red energy hidden in the core
stone. For some reason, you can't use that core stone to climb back
up to Room #26. Destroy the blockage here and move on to the next
           room.

Room #28 - This room is pretty big. Go around and you can see a pillar in the
middle of the room. There is a wall cracks near by. Destroy it to
reveal a hover platform. Push it out and use to reach to the higher
ledge. Jump over to the pillar and you can see another wall cracks.
Double jump to it and use stomp punch or spinning flare kick to
           break it.

Climb back up and jump over to the ledge where the wall cracks was.
You can see another hover platform, a core stone and yet another

Destroy the wall cracks and you can see a glowing core. Push the 2nd
hover platform towards the glowing core. It should fall off and stop
under the ledge. Jump over and destroy the glowing core, then drop
down and push that hover platform towards to blockage. Use it to
climb up. Once you get to the blockage, quickly destroy it before
           the glowing core returns.

Room #29 - You can see the big glowing core in this room. Jump over to the
ledge and destroy it. Defeat the mob and destroy the smaller glowing
core. Then destroy the blockage to proceed on.

[Checkpoint]
Room #30 - Climb up to the wall and double jump to the higher ledge. There is a
glowing core here. Destroy it and blockage to proceed to the next
           room.

[Boss]
[Evil Symbol]
Room #23 - Remember this room? Now there are 2 moving platforms in this room.
One moves up and down. And the other moves horizontally. Jump over
to the moving platform that moves up and down. Use it to reach the
higher ledge. The hallway here will lead to Room #31.

If you need to grab the Evil Symbol #7 or some energy, don't take
the hallway yet. Look around and you can see 2 platforms on the same
level of the ledge. Double jump over the platforms and you can reach
a dead end. There is a core stone and the Evil Symbol here. Grab the
stuffs you need and return to the ledge.

Room #31 - There is a core stone here and a door, which lead to room #32. If
you need to set your checkpoint or grab some energy, go to room #32.
There is also a moving platform at the bottom floor, you can drop to
the lower level but you can't climb up if you do so.

[Checkpoint]
[Optional]
Room #32 - There are 4 core stones here. One of them contains some red energy
and the rest are blue energy. Return to room #31 after you are done.

[Checkpoint]
Room #31 - Drop to the moving platform and jump over to the ledge at the lower
floor. There is another core stone on the ledge and a pathway.

- Stage 5-4 -

Room #32 - There are 2 pillars, 2 floor switches, a blocked path and a wall
cracks along the side of the wall. Destroy all the pillars and the
wall cracks as well, it will reveal a hidden path so take that path
           and proceed on.

[Evil Symbol]
Room #33 - Look up and you can see the Evil Symbol #8. Jump over to the second
tile and quickly double jump to the Evil Symbol to grab it. If you
do it right, you should land back on to the ledge. Congratulations,
           you collect all 40 Evil Symbols! But it's not time to celebrate yet;
you still need to beat Stage 5 to obtain the expensive items.

Jump over the tiles to the next hallway.

Room #34 - There are some core stone and a floor cracks in this room. Stand on
the edge of the crack and stomp on it. This should reveal a hole and
you can see room #32. Check out the floor layout of both rooms.
Position yourself to face the blocked path; both rooms should look
           like this,

The 2 switches on the layout of room #34 are use for indicate their
           position on the lower room.

First, push the 1st hover platform to the right side of the wall,
run to it and push it upwards. It should stop at the entrance of
this room. Run to it and push into the hole. It should fall to the
           lower room.

Next, run to the 2nd hover platform and push it downward. It should
also fall to the lower room and stop at the 2nd switch.

Lastly, drop down to room #32 and quickly push the 1st hover
platform towards the 1st switch. This should remove the energy
shield. Quickly run to the blockage and destroy it. Proceed on to
           the next room

Hallway - There is a junction up ahead. The right path is a dead end but there
is a core stone, which contains some red energy. The left path will
           lead to room #35

Room #35 - Go around the room and destroy the wall cracks. Jump down to the
path at the bottom. There is a core stone at the hallway, which
           contain some blue energy

Room #36 - Drop to the lower ledge underneath. There is a core stone, which
contain some red energy. Use it to heal if you want. Jump over to
the moving platform that moves horizontally and over to another
moving platform that moves up and down.

Climb up to the ledge where the pendulum is. Look up and you can see
a row of tiles forming a ledge and ledge on it's right. Punch the
pendulum to give it extra momentum. Use the platform on the pendulum
to reach the tiles. Once you jump over to the tiles, quick run over
to the ledge on the right.

From the highest ledge, look around and you can see the big glowing
core on the lower floor. Drop down and destroy it. After defeating
the mobs, destroy the blockage and proceed on.

-------------
- Stage 5-3 -
-------------

Room #37 - There is a core stone and a floor cracks here. Drop down to the
lower room by stomping the cracks.

Room #38 - There is a core stone here. Use it to grab the energy above.

[Boss]
[Evil Symbol]
Room #23 - Still remember this room? Look at the diamond shape thing on the
wall. It should be glowing purple and have some kind of a
transparent tentacles growing out of it. The core stone on your left
contains a red energy; use to heal if you are injured.

If you haven't collected the Evil Symbol in this room, this is your
last chance so you better do it. After you are done, jump over and
hit the object for the final boss fight.

- Stage 5-5 (boss strategy) -
-----------------------------

Name: Ogre (1st form)
Hit Point: 40
Attacks: Homing projectiles
               Fire blast
               Tail sweep
               Horn thrust
               Backhand swing

Appearance: Same as Ogre in stage 3 but his slightly weaker.

Name: Final Ogre (2nd form)
Hit Point: 65 approximately
Attacks: Homing projectiles
               Fire blast
               Cyclone drill
               Cyclone sweep
               Stomp
               Horn thrust
               Backhand swing

Appearance: Larger than before and meaner looking, with a head that looks
               like a dragon.

1st form strategy:
Ogre has 2 forms in this battle. His 1st form is the same as he was in stage 3.
Just use the same strategy and defeated his first form. If your devil gauge is
full, save it for Ogre's 2nd form. You might need it later. If you could defeat
Ogre's first form without getting much damage, you will have a higher chance of
surviving his 2nd form.

2nd form strategy:
This is it!!! Ogre is mad and his so damn pissed off. He will floor your ass
over and over again if you are careless. Ogre's 2nd form is a little harder but
if you know when to guard, counter attack or run away, it should be a breeze. A
last reminder for all newbies; you can guard melee attacks but you can't guard
projectile attacks. Are you ready for round 2?

Ogre will now use new attacks, the Cyclone Drill, Stomp and the Cyclone Sweep.
Here's how you can deal with these moves,

Cyclone Drill - Ogre will execute this move by raising his left arm like an
uppercut; a cyclone will be rising on where you stand. This is
a projectile attack, so you can't guard this attack. You better
run away when you see Ogre raising his left arm. If there is a
little distance between you and Ogre, you can Stomp Punch Ogre
while dodging the Cyclone Drill at the same time.

Once you knock Ogre down, you can do another Stomp punch as
free hit. You can try for a 3rd Stomp punch, but it will be a
risk. You could also use Demon's Paw to knock down while you
run towards Ogre and dodging the Drills.

Stomp - Stomp is a very quick melee move where Ogre jumps up above you
and quickly stomps down. Since this is a melee move, you can
guard this move but it cause guard damage so there is no point
guarding it when you are dying.

You can guard and counter attack with L.L.R.K., Double Lift
Kick, Hopping Roundhouse kick, Thunder God Fist or Electric
                Wind God Fist.

Or you could easily run away if you are constantly on the move.
If you manage to run away from the stomp, run back to Ogre and
counter with a Demon's Paw. Once you knock him down, you can
                give him another Stomp punch.

Cyclone Sweep - This is a slow start but fast attack melee move. Ogre will
execute this move by turning his body and sweep the floor with
his tail, creating a cyclone around him at the same time. When
Ogre is about to do a Cyclone Sweep, he is invulnerable to any
attack, so prepare to guard instead of attacking like a crazy
mad man. You will be push away if you manage to guard it.

There's isn't much things you can do after guarding the sweep,
so run away and observe Ogre's next move.

If you transform into Devil Jin, lock onto Ogre and keep shooting Hellfire
Blast. This move can damage Ogre badly and cancel whatever it's trying to do
too. This should take away at least half of the health from Ogre, but your
health will drain too. Therefore it's advisable to use this tactic after you
had taken away half of Ogre's health.

If you don't have enough power to transform into Devil Jin, then run close to
fight Ogre. Apply the tips I given above and you should do fine. You can also
punish Ogre with Stomp punches or Hopping Roundhouse kick after blocking his
Horn thrust or Backhand swing. Repeat knocking down Ogre as many times as you
can and his health will go down very quickly.

Since I can't find any information about the official names of the mobs, I
might as well create my own. So don't laugh if I use JILL for the female
version of JACK or if the names are too lame. I'll change them once I get the
correct names or better suggestion from the readers. There are many mobs that
look and fight the same but their colors are different and some took more hits
to kill. This is because of the different levels each mobs are. The higher
their level, the more hit points they have.

Below is a long list of hit point and force points data of each mob,

Confused with the mob names? Below are the descriptions of the mobs. I've
categorized the mobs into 4 main groups, they are Droids, JACKs, Super Soldiers
and the Ancients.

----------
- Droids -
----------

Droids are the most common mobs that Jin encounters in stage 1,2 and 3. They
come in 2 forms, male and female types. The male droids fight like Bruce and
Bryan while the female droids fight like Hwoarang and Christie. I name these
droids by the name of Adam and Eve. There are total of 4 different levels for
the droids. Their levels are differentiated by the color of their bodies and
the markings on their heads.

---------
- JACKs -
---------

Just like the droids, JACKs come in female forms as well; they are known as
JILLs. Similar to JACKs, JILLs has the same funky Mohawk hairstyle too. (I
wonder who design JILLs?) Unlike the JACKs, JILLs has a different fighting
style; they fight like Nina and Xiaoyu and they are faster than JACKs. While
JACKs only fight like their arcade counterpart. There are a total of 4 levels
for JACKs and 3 levels for JILLs.

------------------
- Super Soldiers -
------------------

These soldiers were once members of the Tekken Force. As a result of cruel and
inhuman experiments, there are plugs all over their bodies just like in the
movie, The Matrix. The soldiers come in 2 different sizes, normal and large.
Normal sized soldiers are equipped with elbow blades weapon and they fight like
Lei, Julia and Raven. While the large sized soldiers fight with bare-hands like
Steve and Marduk. There are 2 levels for both normal size soldiers and large
size soldiers.

The names of these two mobs are suggested by Grub, from GameFAQs.com. Normal
size soldiers are named Duke, while the large size soldiers are named Regal.

----------------
- The Ancients -
----------------
These demonic life forms were once human prisoners. Trapped inside the ruins,
these prisoners are mutated by the power of the ruins to guard the ruins and
eliminate any intruders. The scar on their chest area is a result of the
mutations.

[Bald Punks]
Punks are the 1st few ancients that appear in Stage 3-3, their skins are
grayish in color and their fighting style are the same the male drones'.

[Spike Punks]
Spike Punks are the ancients that have spiky Mohawk. Their fighting style is
the same as the female drones. They seem to wear some kind of a gangster
facemask. Other than that, they have those cool spikes sticking out of their
lower legs area.

[Brawler Punks]
Brawlers are large sized mobs that look like they should be in the Soul Calibur
game. They fight just like Regal. They also look like bigger version of bald
punk, and more bad ass looking too.

[Karuras]
Karuras are the ancient mob that looks like a half-bird, half-man deity in
Japan's mythology with the same name. It has a bird-like beak, blades sticking
out of their bare hands and fight just like the normal size super soldiers.

[Higers]
Higers are ancients with a single eye and the head that looks like the alien
from the movie, Alien. Therefore the original creator, H.R. Giger, inspires me
to use the name. Higers has tall and slim figures like JILLs and they also
fight just like JILLs.

[El Diablo]
El Diablo are large sized ancient mobs with horns sticking out of their head.
They only make their first appearance near the end of stage 4. El Diablo fight
exactly the same as the JACKs.

------------
- Prologue -
------------

Just as Heihachi was attacked, someone
raided one of the Mishima Zaibatsu labs.

However, the world never found out
about that raid.

After the Tournament, Jin searched for a
way to rid himself of the devil gene.

Then he heard his mother was alive.

Jin learned of a certain foreign
laboratory and headed straight for it.

The closer he got, the harder it was to
control the devil. He let down his guard
and was ambushed by a squadron of JACKs.

The JACKs overpowered Jin and he passed
out. Then the black wings came out...

At this point, Jin hadn't realized what awoke
when the devil came out.

---------------
- Interlude 1 -
---------------

Jin looked around after the fight. Up
ahead, he saw the logo of G Corporation.

Was G Corporation behind the attack on
the Zaibatsu's lab? Jin thought the
Tekken Army was finished, but those
enemies fought just like them.

Jin found an underground passage and an
eerie voice echoed from inside. At the
end of the hall, Jin witnessed madness.

Failed experiments that were never quite human
were seen in countless tanks.

Jin sensed something underground.
Something he knew very well...

---------------
- Interlude 2 -
---------------

Once Jin saw the G Corporation's Heihachi
clone, he didn't want to know any more.

Just as he tried to leave, all the
monitors switch on and showed some
sort of ruins.

Jin had a bad feeling.

Looking over documents, Jin learned the
lab was built on ancient ruins. He also
learned what the scientists were after.

Then he saw it.

"Ogre?!"

Jin's nightmare returned. He fought to
keep the devil gene under control.

An evil shadow slowly took form. The
screens flickered for an instant and
Jin thought he saw the thing grin.

---------------
- Interlude 3 -
---------------

They fought ferociously, but in the end,
Ogre disappeared into the ruins.

During the fight, Jin realized that Ogre
awakened when Jin became the devil. In
order to put an end to his own cursed
past. Jin would have to defeat Ogre.

Jin chased Ogre deeper into the ruins.
A cold silence hung in the air.

"What is this place?"

Jin was attacked. The enemies, no longer
human, were being controlled by the
ruins themselves.

---------------
- Interlude 4 -
---------------

Jin wondered what he had destroyed. He
felt the power of the ruins fade away.

Then the earth shook and Ogre appeared,
much stronger than before.
The ruins have been a seal.

Created by those who fought Ogre. These
ruins had sealed Ogre from the world.

Ogre went straight for the outside
world. The devil inside Jin welled up,
hungry for a fight. Then Ogre stopped.

Jin knew that Ogre was waiting for him,
calling him to fight, to finish him off.

Jin, straining to control the devil,
headed off for his final battle.

------------
- Epilogue -
------------

Jin summoned all his strength-all his
will-to defeat his nightmare again.

With a deafening roar, Ogre transformed
into light and dissolved into nothing.

As the ruins begin to crumble, Jin knew
that he had fulfilled his duty.

As Jin left the crumbling ruins, he was
surrounded by hundreds of JACKs. They
came at him with everything they had.

The devil was hungry for a fight and
took over Jin in an instant.
Mass slaughter was about to ensue...

As Jin opened his eyes, his mind was
comforted by a white light. The light
protected him from the evil inside him.
His mind was at peace.

This feeling...

Then Jin regained consciousness.
The light slowly disappears
as he floats into the sky.

After Jin takes a moment to gather his thought,
he stretched his black wings wide
and flew into the night sky.

- Clear Game Reward -
---------------------
Beat Devil Within under any difficulty level and you will earn,

 - Play as Devil Jin for Tekken 5
 - Fight in Cathedral for Tekken 5
 - Fight in Final Stage for Tekken 5
 - Fight in Final Stage 2 for Tekken 5
 - 1,000,000 Gold for Tekken 5
 - Stage Select feature for Devil Within

--------------------------------
- Star Blade in Arcade History -
--------------------------------
Go to the first room in Stage 4-2, there will be a breakable wall underneath
the higher ledge. Transform to Devil Jin and press L1+Square to blast at the
wall. There will be some tiles appear after the wall is destroyed. Jump over
the tiles and move on to the next room. There will be a spaceship from Star
Blade in the middle of the room. Collect it and continue to beat Stage 4 to
unlock Star Blade.

---------------------------
- Start game as Devil Jin -
---------------------------
To stay as Devil Jin in Devil Within permanently, you need to beat Devil Within
on Medium difficulty level. Once you accomplish this task, you can use this
trick on New Game and Stage Select as well.

For New Game, go to the main menu and highlight New Game. Press X and choose
your choice of difficulty level, then press and hold the L2, Select & R3. Press
X again to start the game.

For Stage Select, go to the Stage Select menu and choose your choice of
difficulty level, then highlight Start Game. Press and hold L2, Select & R3.
Then press X to start the game.

You will start the game as Devil Jin without the health and devil gauge
draining problems. You can deal 1.5 times more damage than normal Jin but the
downside is that you need to fill up the devil gauge in order to use Hellfire
Blast or Roundhouse Hellfire Blast. You won't get twice the amount of force
points from defeating mobs and you can't turn back to normal Jin as well.

Credits go to Jayson619 for discovering this trick

----------------
- Evil Symbols -
----------------
After beating Devil Within once, you can collect Evil Symbols that didn't
appear before. There are a total of 40 Evil Symbols scatter all over the place
in Devil Within. If you found some, they will be exchange into expensive items
after you beat a stage.

These items are NOT exclusive to Devil Within; you can buy them from the Main
game's customize mode too. Also, the 40 expensive items are for the 20 non-time
release characters only. Therefore if you want expensive items like Anna's Maid
Hat, you'll have to buy it from the main game.

16. Contributor's Tips CTIPS
===============================================================================
This Section contains some of the contributor's share of experience on how they
play Devil Within. Send in your share of experience and tips too.

From Alexander:
The absolutely the best way for cash earning is on Stage 3 and 5, both on
very hard difficulty. At the moment, I completed Stage 3 with A rank and it
was 284,292G in 23:21 minute and I completed Stage 5 with B rank (just bad
luck, but A rank is possible) and it was 299,796G in 30:56... This is a tons
of money, and it would be nice if you will add in faq that the best stages
for cash is 3 and 5.

Tips for very hard is simple, just try to take all blue energy on level (not
in Stage 5 tho), use square + circle uppercut all the time sometimes with
kick after it and it highly necessary to meet the bosses with full devil
gauge which is guarantees >50 combo, which is hard to do on mobs with
  uppercut.

From Brad LaValle:
The way I've been doing this is fairly simple. When you get a big group
together, perform 3 or 4 hit combo's at a time on one enemy until they're
dead, then walk up to the next enemy and repeat. It's a lot easier than
trying to do full combo's and knocking everyone away to where you can't get
to them fast enough to continue the combo.

A lot of the time I would be getting 40 or 50 hit combo's, then they would
block my four string punch combo, and it would stop the combo count. Here's
  how to get around it:

On the higher levels, and higher difficulty settings, it's a good idea to do
2 hit combo's at a time. That way, even if they block the first 2 hits, you
can perform another 2 hit combo immediately after it, and 99% of the time
they won't block the second 2 hit combo, and because it's done so fast, it
  continues the combo count.

17. Frequently Asked Questions HELLP
===============================================================================

Q: I can't find any Evil Symbol!
A: The Evil Symbol will only appear after you beat the game once. So if you are
playing Devil Within for the first time, the symbols won't be there as
   indicated in the walkthrough.

Q: Why can't I access to the save room?
A: If you are playing the game using the stage select feature, the door to the
   save room will be disabled.

Q: Can I collect the Evil Symbol using Stage Select, or other difficulty?
A: Yes, you can.

Q: What other things are disabled if I use the stage select feature?
A: Just the save room door.

Q: I couldn't find the star blade ship as mentioned in this FAQ.
A: This could be because you already unlock it from the main game. Try looking
for it in the Arcade History, scroll pass Tekken 3 to see if it's there?

Q: I don't know how to use Jin, do I have to learn his move in this game?
A: No. You don't need to learn Jin's move to play this game. His moves are
simplify into combos just like any Beat'em up arcade games

Q: Man, this game is so long. How long do I need to beat this game?
A: This game could easily takes up to 4 hours to 6 hours if you try to collect
every energy, fight all mobs and explore every nit and crook of every room.
But if you know which rooms to skip, fights to avoid, it shouldn't take more
than 2 or 3 hours to complete all 5 stages. But hey, that's what save rooms
   are for isn't it?

Q: Do I have to unlock every character before unlocking Devil Jin?
A: No, Devil Jin can be unlocked any time you want. Depends on whether you beat
Devil Within first or play more than 200 matches first.

Q: Should I play this game if I already unlock Devil Jin?
A: Yes, you should. There are other rewards worth getting other than unlocking
   Devil Jin.

Q: I have collected an expensive item from Devil Within but I accidentally
reset my character data and lost it. Can I get it back from Devil Within?

A: Yes. You can get it back. You have to save your game from Devil Within by
saving in the save room or beating any Stage. When you return to the main
game, the lost item will be ready to equip.

Otherwise reloading your data if you haven't save.

Q: Why do the Punks look so much like Astaroth's player 1 costume from Soul
   Calibur series?
A: I believe it's another crossover between the Tekken and Soul Calibur series.
