What does the "fly" camo do?

I just found the fly camo and idk what it does, its description says "stinky" in it... and i cant find any place for use of it. what does it do?

If you're in alert mode while wearing the Fly Camo, they will back up and say stuff like: "Oh god!That smell!" and stuff like that.It says stinky for the description.If you press R1 on any camo or facepaint,there will be a short description of the camo only IF you are wearing the camo.
