How to start the first mission in the jungle?

I was walk around the jungle and I dont know where direction that I have to go.

First, find the tree with your backpack in it. Press triangle to climb up the side, walk along the edge, and press triangle again to drop down. This should trigger a radio event that will allow you to advance.
