Did you look at the Faqs section? Misfit119 has a solution you could try, just use your CONTROL + F function and type in 8.6. That will take you to the answer to your question.
"This fight is just like a rematch with the Hell Knights in Tziah, but without Elec Break. So you have one thing less to worry about. The real damage is from Tempest Slash; a multi-hit single target Slash attack, which act like an instant death attack because of its high damage (+450). Ma/Ziodyne are another attacks Judgement Swords (JS) have and they dealt about 200 HP damage to your
Bring Akihiko (Aki), Yukari and Junpei, and set all of them to Support. Junpei will always reset your team lowered defense because of Marakunda with Marakukaja, Yukari with her Mediarama will help a lot in this battle, and Aki will cast Matarunda every three turns to lower JS carnage.
Bring Jatayu (it will learn Null Elec at Lv 59), Byakko (Absorb Elec and Resist Slash), or Thor (Null Elec and Vicious Strike). Equip Gae Bolg and Vayu Bracers before the battle.
As soon as the battle begin, cast Masukukaja immediately. You need to avoid Ma/Ziodyne and Tempest Slash in every chance you got. With Jatayu, you can cast Garudyne every turn for over 200 HP damage. Or with any Personas of the three, you can attack with Gae Bolg for similar damage as Garudyne at the cost of nothing, but you might stumble against them unless Masukukaja is still active.
As Thor, you can use Vicious Strike although it doesn't deal much damage due to JS resist Strike. But it can critical them so you can take less damage from them. Set everyone to Knock Down if you choose this way as you don't want anyone from your team to accidentally attack the downed JS."
This tactic is the tactic I used, and it was taken from the brilliant FAQ by neoXsaga. All credit for information contained in neoXsaga's FAQ belongs to its respective contributor.
Hope this helps!
Inflict Panic on the bosses. That will keep them from using their skills, as well as make them more vulnurable to crits.
