* Rank is a number from 1-9. According to the DJ guide, a higher rank
represents a higher likelihood that the skill will be inherited over a
skill of the same property of a lower rank (e.g. a Rank 3 Slash skill is
more likely to be inherited than a Rank 1 Slash skill), but in my
experience, the OPPOSITE is more likely to be true. A "U" designates a
unique skill that cannot be transferred to any other Persona, while an
"F" designates a fusion spell.
An asterisk means that the skill has the capability to morph. For more
information on skill morphing, see Section 2b.
Note that not all fields are relevant to all skills. Offensive magic skills
cannot critical. Non-offensive skills do not have Power values and have 100%
accuracy unless otherwise stated in the description.

Note: In the original Persona 3, Vorpal Blade was a non-morphable Rank 8
skill that could be inherited through fusion. This seems to have
changed for FES, but there is an accompanying bug in the game that
makes it possible for a Rank 7 skill to morph INTO Vorpal Blade.
This version of Vorpal Blade, however, is defunct and will not be
anywhere near effective, so if that happens, you might as well
reset. The take-home message is to be careful when morphing Rank 7
skills. See Section 2b for more information on skill morphing.

Upon leveling up, there is a 1/8 chance that a Persona will ask you if you will
let them change a skill upon leveling up, if the Persona does in fact possess a
skill that can morph.
As previously listed, there is a hierarchy for all skills in the form of a rank
number from 1-9. If a skill morphs, it will CHANGE RANDOMLY TO A SKILL OF THE
NEXT HIGHEST RANK.

If a Persona has multiple morphable skills, it seems that higher-ranked skills
