ShooBooBaloo answered:

Monsters x 20
3x Destiny Hero - Captain Tenacious
3x Destiny Hero - Defender
3x Destiny Hero - Diamond Dude
2x Destiny Hero - Dogma
3x Destiny Hero - Fear Monger
3x Mystic Tomato
3x Spear Cretin

Spells x 14
3x Clock Tower Prison
1x Giant Trunade
1x Pot of Greed
1x Premature Burial
2x Raregold Armor
2x Reinforcement of the Army
2x The Dark Door
2x Upstart Goblin

Traps x 6
1x Call of the Haunted
1x Ceasefire
2x D-Shield
2x Destiny signal

Like you asked a deck that can be used to protect your Destiny Heroes whose ultimate goal is to summon Destiny Hero Dogma.

There are a decent many combos::
~Tenacious + D-shield = infinite monster recovery
~2x Tenacious + The Dark Door = one will always return
~Tenacious + Fear monger = they should both bring each other back but i haven't tested this
~Defender + Raregold armor = 2700def wall
~Spear cretin can bring anything back, but when in a pinch can create a lock = set one with one in the graveyard, it'll be destroyed, summon the graveyard cretin, rince and repeat

Feel free to change this to your needs, Maybe switching Raregold and some D-heroes for some trap monsters like Metal-Reflect Slime or Zoma the Spirit or hard to kill monsters like treeborn frog and spirit reaper. Since you only need 1 Destiny hero to summon Dogma. But that would be an impure D-Hero deck. Those are no fun =)
