Quest 26 Hermit Commu?

I'm on 6/25 and I need the Tv sticker, or whatever it's called, but, according to the walkthrough I can buy it on september, is there any other way to get it?

Just order any item on Sundays from the Tanaka program and you'll get a Prize Sticker when the items arrive. I'm quite positive that's the only way you can get the sticker.
