Analyzing with Rise?

I can't seem to. Hitting L1 will prompt the Analyze screen, but Rise will never say she is scanning for enemy weaknesses like Mitsuru/Fuuka in P3. Am I missing something here, or have I just not unlocked it yet? I am at the very beginning of the Mitsuo dungeon, by the way.

You can never know the enemies' weaknesses just by the L1 scan alone, you'll need to actually find out through trial and error, which element works and which doesn't. It's no longer as practical as P3's scan.
