There's rumours and press statements that apparently the DLC will be coming stateside-don't expect it in a hurry.
If it's the Japanese Version you're playing then a Japanese PSN card as advised is what you need.
If it's the US Version you're playing, you'll have to sit tight.
The pre-order bonus was for Kyle and Judas costumes from ToD2, and Rutee from ToD, so the Leon costume wasn't included in that package. Don't expect these costumes to be for sale.
So yeah, for Asbel's Leon costume, patience and praying are a must.

DLC 400 yen, JPN psn, it seems they're bringing the DLC to the US too (seeing the box art)

I don't know how to get it without preordering but i know, you had to preorder here in US to get that. and If that is the issue then I won't ever be able to get the ToD costumes since I'm not getting it until my birthday on 4/1
